Only disappointed that I did not receive the email stating to strip the beds and start the dishwasher until we left. Luckily we kept the place pretty damn clean.

Several problems with this home that were not listed in the description. There was a bedroom light that didn’t work. Mold in at least 2 places on the ceiling (would not recommend for anyone with allergies like us). Worst of all if you are booking this for the outdoor jacuzzi, it was poorly maintained, smelled bad, and green with algae so we couldn’t enjoy it. This was a big disappointment because we booked this house and paid extra to use a jacuzzi but couldn’t. Tried to message the owner several times before and during the stay and didn’t get a prompt response. Having to contact VRBO for a solution now.

Algae growing in outdoor jacuzzi - also bad smell.

Property was beautiful and well kept. Had a great time with the family.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay. The house is a perfect size for large groups. There are so many areas for gathering all over the house and outside. We ate all our meals in and the house had everything we needed to prepare our food. The house is older and some of the areas could use updating or maintenance, but overall a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful weather and a gorgeous view of the San Francisco Peaks!

Everything about this place is great. Absolutely no complaints. Its a perfect home for a relaxing getaway with few friends and enjoying local food and drink establishments, great weather, star gazing and dark skies.

Good place to stay

Home is nice and located on a great spot if you’re looking to enjoy the snow , only bad thing was 2 out the 3 toilets were dirty we had to clean them to feel comfortable. Wifi works well and garage was big for the cars . Overall good place to stay 👍🏽

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would consider returning, possibly for a girls’ trip next year. The home was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space for everyone. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own exterior door, and the combination of central heat and space heaters made the house very cozy. The space itself was a big highlight of our stay.There were a few issues worth noting for future guests. At check-in, the cleaners were still at the property due to the previous guests leaving it in poor condition. We were initially told the delay would be about an hour, but it ended up being closer to two. The cleaners shared that they had been unable to reach the host for several hours. When we later contacted the host about compensation, he did offer a late checkout, but the interaction felt rushed and somewhat dismissive, and the late checkout wasn’t ultimately helpful due to our travel plans.We also experienced a few maintenance issues, including a coffee pot that didn’t work properly and a late-night power outage in the main living area. We had to reset the breaker ourselves, which was located in a very dark, unlit area of the yard, with several exterior lights not functioning. Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed the home’s layout and comfort. With improved communication and a few fixes, this could be an exceptional place to stay, and we would definitely consider returning.

nice home

some things are a little outdated for the price, tv in the master does not work and there is no other TV's besides the Livingroom, plan on traveling for firewood as everything around the property is private and the neighbors do a good job of making that known. other than that place is very big.

Family Vacation

We loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We ran into a few issues, the a/c didn’t work for us, luckily the weather was beautiful so it wasn’t that big of an issue. I did contact VACASA about it and they did send someone out the next day to look at it, they just never resolved the issue while we were there. The oven needs to be cleaned, when we tried to use it, we got smoked out. Few sugar ants on the kitchen counter by the side door closes to the kitchen sink. We did find someone undergarments in one of the dressers. None of these issues were big enough to disturb our vacation. We still enjoyed the house and our family time. I still would recommend this house, we loved our stay.
