Rénové, chez soi loin de chez soi avec A / C, prÚs du centre-ville, du ski et de ~ NAU ~

Notre maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. La chambre principale est trĂšs spacieuse avec un coin salon et une grande salle de bain. 3 des quatre chambres ont une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et comprend une grande salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Il y a un salon en prime avec un bureau et une imprimante pour votre usage, ainsi qu'un grand vestiaire pour suspendre les skis et garder les vĂȘtements d'hiver. La cour arriĂšre dispose de 2 superbes coins salons et d'un barbecue. Le sentier urbain, qui s'Ă©tend sur plus de 80 km Ă  travers et autour de Flagstaff, est situĂ© Ă  2 maisons en contrebas et est idĂ©al pour marcher, courir ou faire du vĂ©lo. Thorpe Park est Ă  seulement 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons et propose des terrains de tennis, de handball, de basket-ball, de baseball et un parc pour chiens. De nombreux lieux de musique sont hĂ©bergĂ©s ici. Le cƓur du centre-ville de Flagstaff est Ă  moins d'un mile de distance. La cour arriĂšre est spacieuse et privĂ©e avec barbecue Ă  gaz et beaucoup de siĂšges. Nous sommes situĂ©s dans un endroit parfait pour explorer le Grand Canyon ou Sedona, faire du ski Snowbowl, visiter NAU ou profiter de la ville unique et de la bonne cuisine de Flagstaff.

The home feels very welcoming, clean, and well-stocked for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, as well as the laundry detergent. The location is very convenient. Office was a great place for reading, or getting some work done. Mud room worked well for walking into the house with the skiing gears. Nancy is quick to respond. Great place to stay if I visit Flagstaff again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better—close to downtown, the grocery store, and Snowbowl ski resort, which made everything so convenient.Nancy was a true pleasure to deal with—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The house itself was cozy, warm, and beautifully set up with a wonderful Christmas feeling that made our stay extra special. The thoughtful gift of a bottle of wine and delicious cookies was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to return one day, whether for another holiday stay or just a relaxing getaway from day-to-day life. Highly recommend!

The best equipped VRBO, from the kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal to plenty of towels/sheets. Lots of games for a cozy night in. Incredibly clean! Lovely property with a great yard to enjoy the cool Flagstaff temps.

The owner of this property is a great lady!! She thought of just about everything we could possibly need. We were a group of adults. The kitchen and common areas were comfortable and inviting. The property was immaculate. The patio a d deck are lovely and rhe property is in a very nice neighborhood. Convenient to everything in Flagstaff and a direct drive to ski areas. Highly recommended. We can’t say enough good things!!

Nancy’s place is perfect. Extremely clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor space and perfect for our family’s weekend stay. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nancy was very attentive and kind. This is one of the best short term rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Thanks Nancy!

Just WOW!This is our first time so we didn't know what to expect. But the owners of this property certainly understand how to take care of others. The attention to detail even so much as to provide local restaurants and things to do with comments was surprising and wonderful! This home was much more than we expected. Perfectly clean with many amenities that helped make our stay fantastic. Fantastic home & location

We loved this home and this neighborhood. The house had everything we could need or want, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous backyard, bikes, games. Nancy left a lovely welcome snack basket and bottle of wine which was so thoughtful. Walking distance to fun downtown, Thorpe park hikes and Lowell Observatory. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. NAU graduation visit

This is an excellent home if you have a group. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully designed and so comfortable. Lots of room so you don’t feel on top of one another. Nancy was excellent to work with and very communicative and easy to reach. Location is fabulous - close enough to town to be convenient but great area to give you a break from the crowds during busy times. Plus the view of the Peaks from the house is incredible.

Perfect Place

2 day ski trip to Snow bowl. Nancy's place was absolutely perfect for me, my son and two of our friends. Very clean home that had everything we needed. Great location as well. Will certainly stay again next season.

BEST VRBO EVER!

I have never had a more homey, well laid out, well stocked VRBO! The owner thought of everything...from a variety of spices in the kitchen to a crock pot to bikes in mud room and black wash cloths for make up removal. The back yard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Having a 3rd bathroom was very helpful. Location was great...close to restaurants and shopping. Owner very responsive when I had questions. Would give her a 10 if I could!

Charming house

We just left Flagstaff today and had a great time at Nancy's charming, remodeled house. It was perfect for us and the location was idle. The house was clean and just as described. Nancy was very communicative and answered any questions I asked of her. There were four of us so we each had a room and only 2 had to share a bathroom. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for us. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Flagstaff!

Excellent home

House feels bigger than the pictures can show. Open concept with lots of room to hang out.Very cozy living room, high quality furniture to snuggle up on and watch a movie by the fire.Sitting room with big bay window just off the back of the kitchen was a beautiful spot to start the day. Storage area for skis and bikes just a few steps from where you park your car.I could go on and on. House was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean and well provided.Excellent communication from host.Very highly recommended.

Better than I anticipated!

Nancy was super communicative and helpful when we were looking at different options for snow access for our kids. It was such a nice touch to have a personalized card and bottle of wine (which was great) as a welcome. The space was a lot bigger than I thought also. The only downside (if any) was that the walls and doors were super thin... so if you bring babies or young kids I'd recommend bringing a sound machine. We will definitely return!

Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.
