Découvrez l'atmosphère relaxante et en même temps animée du centre historique de cet appartement lumineux, avec une vue magnifique sur l'une des rues les plus prestigieuses de Vicence, dans un bâtiment récemment rénové, situé entre le Duomo et la Piazza dei Signori, dans une rue piétonne , à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et de deux grands parkings.

L'appartement mesure 600 m² et est situé au premier étage avec ascenseur. Il est parfait pour 2 personnes, mais peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, grâce à un canapé-lit de 140x200 cm dans le salon. Il est également disponible un lit bébé.
Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, avec même une petite provision pour le petit déjeuner.
Wifi haut débit par fibre optique haut débit, TV 49 "avec abonnement Netflix HD inclus.
2 vélos sont disponibles gratuitement pour les clients.


La centralité de l'appartement le rend très proche des principales attractions artistiques de la ville et des nombreuses activités du centre (restaurants, boulangeries, pâtisseries, magasins ...).

Le Conservatoire de musique Pedrollo, l'Université, la Foire et le CUOA sont facilement accessibles à pied, en vélo (fourni) ou en transports en commun.

De Vicence, vous pouvez arriver en train à Venise en 45 minutes, à Padoue en 20 minutes et à Vérone en 25 minutes.

You just can't beat the location of 19, Via Cesare Battisti, right in the shadow of the Duomo, above a friendly, unpretentious little café, just off the town's main drag, the Corso Andrea Palladio, and but a stone's throw from Vicenza's landmark edifice, the Basilica Palladiana. The owner, Gianna, is friendly, helpful, and speaks excellent English. Vicenza is an elegant, friendly and fashionable little city whose natives have a charming accent and which boasts of important architectural and artistic treasures such as Palladio's Teatro Olimpico and Bellini's Baptism of Christ.

Fabulous location

Great location for everything we needed for a week of exploring. Managers were easy to work with and I was able to contact them when I had questions. It was great having a washing machine. Coffee shop downstairs which was very handy!!

Séjour trés agréable

Appartement idéalement situé en ville permettant de profiter pleinement du séjour. La gare est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds et permet de se rendre tranquillement dans les villes voisines (Vérone, Venise, Padoue....). Appartement trés agréable et Gianna au contact pour la moindre question. A recommander.

Sehr sauberes und super gelegenes Apartement mitten in der Altstadt von Vicenza. Perfekt für 2 Personen, wir waren zu 4. dort und auch das hat sehr gut geklappt. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Auch das Einchecken und Auschecken hat gut funktioniert.

Beautiful apartment and well appointed in centralized Vicenza. Close to coffee bars, restaurants and piazza. Easy check in and check out and the host was readily available for questions. I would recommend and stay there again.

Un accueil chaleureux précis et souriant, une excellente situation de l'appartement dans le plein centre-ville animé donc très vivant, pouvant être parfois un peu bruyant pour les grincheux ! Juste au dessus d'un bar de jour qui offre d'excellents petits déjeuners en terrasse juste en bas de l'appartement avec des odeurs de croissants et de brioches : merveilleux le matin de descendre de l'appartement pour aller sur la terrasse ! Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect and was right in the heart of Vicenza. We were visiting family in Vicenza and we really loved using the bikes that were provided with the apartment as that was the perfect way to get to their location. Gianna was a great communicator and she provided us a very good fan, when we knew it was going to be a hot week during our stay. She checked in on us via What's App to see how our stay was going and sent us a little video on how to make the couch into a bed. Truly top notch communication. Thanks Gianna!

Perfect Location

I highly recommend this apartment. It is perfect for a couple. The on-demand water heater is a nice plus, as is the washing machine. The apartment’s location is just off the Corso Palladio, the main shopping street. You have two caffe bars within steps of the front door. We will definitely return.

Great stay in Vicenza.

The apartment is in a great location just away minutes away from the main square and within walking distance of the railway station. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Gianna the owner was welcoming and provided local information which was very helpful. When we return to Vicenza we will definitely book this apartment.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was within a manageable walk of the railway station and being in the historic centre, everything was on our doorstep. We liked the personal touches and the fact that Gianna contacted us to arrange to meet us when we arrived at the apartment and to show us around as well as contacting us to see that everything was alright during our stay. We loved looking out onto the little street below us and hearing the bells chiming at different times of the day and conversation wafting up. Great location and lovely apartment

This apartment is right in the action of Vicenza. Everywhere is very easy to walk to, and I particularly enjoyed the longer walk up the hill to the Santuario di Monte Berico and then the further trek to the Villa Rotonda. It is a bit of a haul to get from the parking lot to the apartment, but it is fun to stay in a pedestrian-only area, so the trade-off was worth it. The apartment is clean, comfortable and cleverly laid out for a compact space. We really appreciated the food and drinks Gianna had left in the cupboards - it is so nice to not have to buy staples like salt, oil, coffee, tea, etc. Additionally, she left some food for breakfast. There are bunches of excellent cafes and restaurants right around the apartment. Gianna was a very good host: Check-in went smoothly, and she texted once-in-a-while to make sure we were doing well. For anyone going to the Caserma Ederle army base, it would take my husband about 30 minutes to drive there. And with the walk to the parking lot and then changing clothes at the base, he would estimate about an hour. Del Din was about the same distance. This was a great home base for exploring this lovely town!

I'm glad you enjoyed the apartment and Vicenza. About how to reach the Caserma Ederle army base, it usually takes 10 – 12 minutes by car from the parking lots (about 2,8 – 3 miles), and usually it takes 8 – 10 minutes by walk from the apartment to the parking lot (about 0,5 mile). Del Din base is about the same distance. 2 bicycles are also available for guests at the apartment and it’s possible to get the Caserma Ederle in 15 minutes. I hope to host you again if you come back to Vicenza.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old city

We spent two weeks in this apartment and loved being in the old city centre with the market and coffee shops right on our doorstep. Vicenza is a beautiful city with lots of interesting places to visit and it is conveniently on the railway for trips to Venice, Verona, Padua. Gianna, the owner, is very friendly and had provided everything in the apartment, which is clean and modern but with a characterful open beam ceiling. It is useful to have a washing machine and there is lots of space for storing things. Although it was cold weather in November the flat was warm and cosy. Gianna was helpful in recommending places to visit and good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed using the bicycles to get around town. Would thoroughly recommend.
