Un luxe abordable dans les montagnes

Détendez-vous dans votre refuge de montagne. Vues à couper le souffle et à quelques pas des pistes impressionnantes de Keystone. Cette (1600 pieds carrés) unité spacieuse offre un cadre idyllique parfait pour toute occasion. Que vous aimiez l'aire de jeux extérieure spectaculaire juste devant votre porte ou vous voulez simplement pour se détendre bien au-delà de la mouture de la ville, venez profiter de ce paradis douillet.

Notre condo décoré professionnellement dispose de deux espaces de vie luxueux. Chaque niveau a une cheminée à bois, lit queen size, canapé-lit brûlant, bain à remous et centre de divertissement. La chambre inférieure comprend également un lit de jour (2 lits jumeaux). La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, donc si l'envie de cuisiner se pose, vous pouvez concocter un festin en peu de temps. Laura Ashley draps fournis. Désolé pas d'animaux.

Le condo dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, bain à remous et salle de musculation. Et ne vous inquiétez pas les intempéries, le souterrain chauffé stationnement offre un refuge pour vous et votre voiture. L'unité a également un casier à skis de sorte que vous ne devez pas trimballer tout équipement.

ActivitĂ©s abondent Ă  Keystone. RandonnĂ©e pĂ©destre, course Ă  pied, VTT, pĂȘche, chasse, golf de championnat et le rafting peuvent faire de chaque jour une aventure inoubliable. Et ne pas oublier les sports d'hiver, aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de ski, Ă  la fois diurne et nocturne, l'embarquement, la motoneige et le ski de fond simplement vous asseoir et profiter de la compagnie de bons amis et un foyer au bois grillĂ©. Excellent location and plenty of space for a big family. Everything went perfect. Host is very punctual with answers. Layout of building is wonky but you figure it out. Parking was easy and the pool/hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes.

The host was very open and responded very quickly. The walk to the slopes was about 8 to 10 minutes in ski boots. Ski lockers were very convienent on the indoor parking level. Hot tub and pool were very nice. The bathrooms seemed to be updated. The kitchen was a little sparse they need a mixing bowl and larger non stick frying pans. Would stay again.

Overall it was a good stay. The layout and location of the property was great. The pool/hot tub area was not very clean and the kitchen did not have some basics like a pizza cutter and other utensils. We really enjoyed our stay!

Walking distance to Peru Express

Property is spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. The living room is well equipped to entertain and comfortable. The balcony looks onto the mountain and provided a sunny location for lunch. The kitchen has the essentials. Could use addition frying pans. Access to the condo is tenuous as the elevator does not exit at the appropriate floor requiring climbing one flight to the entrance. Overall a good value.

Huge and clean apartment close to the ski lift

I would rent it again and I would recommend even for large groups. Only part what was not so great is that the kitchen should be better equipped, but this did not ruin the whole experience.

Great stay close to the slopes!

This unit is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Even though you have a shuttle that passes by the complex, it's faster to walk to Mountain House (approx 8 minutes). Being from Denver myself, It's a great place to stay when looking to get out of town!

Great Property

We rented this property for our winter ski vacation and it was great for us. It's very spacious two story condo that has everything to make your stay great. Honestly it has the potential to host 10 adults without feeling cramped. Located very close to Peru lift and the walk is no more than 5 min, has a convenient ski locker in the garage. The owner is very responsive and he'll get back to you immediately if you need any help or anything to make your stay great. We are definitely going back.

Perfect for our two families

This property was perfect for our two families. Short walk to Mountain House base arra where we kept our walking boots and snacks in a locker. Getting to condo in building was a little puzzle, but not bad once you get it down. Great location and good accommodations.

Disappointed

We were a little disappointed. Upside: you can’t get much closer to the slopes. Easy walk and even manageable in ski boots if you don’t want to rent a locker. Lots of space, but know that you cannot avoid stairs. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Downside: total silent treatment (didn’t return a single text) from the manager when: 1) we found out that the clubhouse with pool and hot tub were not open the whole trip and we were not told this before our arrival. Our son doesn’t ski and the pool was the only reason he came. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency. 2) the water was cut off for almost an hour do to some building renovation, and manager didn’t give us any forewarning or call me back when I asked about why the water was off. Luckily my wife had just completed her shower! Crazy. 3) there was no working stopper in one bathtub, so the stopper from the other had to be moved back and forth for baths
which were necessary since the clubhouse hot tub was unavailable. 4) the WiFi was bad. If more than one device (we had two teenagers with us) was trying to stream anything, it would routinely drop
sometimes completely. 5) the dust on the ceiling fan in the lower bedroom fell like snow For almost $300/night we were underwhelmed.

Our multi generational group members we’re all very pleased with our accommodations and our host Russ. Communication with Russ was always quick and accurate. Because we had excellent written directions, we had no need to contact Russ during our stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. It’s literally about a six minute walk to the Mountain in House Bass Lodge and ski rental. Bus access is excellent. I really can’t overstate how important being close to the lift is for a group. I hope to stay here in the future we were all very pleased. Thank you, Russ!

Nice location

Enjoyed staying here as it was roomy and great location. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we embraced as another calorie killer. Views were excellent and able to be on Peru chair in no time.

Great location, spacious condo

We loved staying at Russ' place - location is super close to the Peru ski lift (5-7 min walk) and the condo itself is very spacious with two separate bedrooms/living rooms on each floor. Communication with Russ was great - prompt in replying and attending to all of our questions. Kitchen is nicely stocked with non-perishable goods and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the place and plan to be back next ski season !

Spacious condo perfect for families

This condo worked well for our family summer vacation in the mountains. Our 2 older kids slept upstairs—each in their own bed—and had their own bathroom. The rest of our family slept in the lower unit. We brought our own food for meals and found the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, hiking, and biking. Although there were a few mountain bikes available to use in the garage, they needed maintenance. This wasn’t a big deal, since we brought our own bikes with us. The place worked well for the 6 of us and could accommodate a few more comfortably.

My wife and I bought our Liftside unit about three years ago. It has provided a wonderful respite from our day-to-day lives. My wife, Laurie, is a university professor. Her expertise is in child development, concentrating on providing services for children with autism. I am a retired military officer and presently work as a realtor in the Greater Denver area. During the summer, we donate the unit to families who face end of life decisions and want one last opportunity to have that special time together.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Keystone provides excellent skiing during the winter. The resort caters to families which makes it an ideal stay. The unit is so close to the slopes that our son even doesn't mind carrying his own skiis. The unit itself is very comfortable. We call it the 'fluffy house'. Its a great opportunity to get away from the everyday grind and just relax. We go up every chance we get!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We've never had a disappointed renter in our ten plus years managing the property. I like to be up front about Keystone, the condo and the area in general. The unit is spacious so you won't be packed in like sardines as in most rentals. The two floors allow that separation for couples or children from adults when you need it.

The condo has all the charm and comfort of a mountain retreat. The view of the slopes is breath-taking. Its so nice to kick back after along day on the slopes and watch the skiers race down the mountain. We have all the conveniences at our condo so you don't need to bring anything except food and drink. And lastly, the unit is very competitively price so you get excellent value for your money.
