Bien décoré, 3Úme étage, entiÚrement meublé condo 2 chambres (lit queen, 1 lit double et 2 lits pliants) dans le trÚs souhaitable Anasazi Village. Cette unité d'extrémité est calme avec une vue sur la piscine trÚs paisible. Les chambres sont réparties sur deux étages avec placards et balcon avec portes coulissantes. Grand salon avec espace salle à manger et grande lumiÚre naturelle.

Le complexe fermĂ© est adjacent au terrain de golf Stonecreek. À quelques minutes de marche des magasins, restaurants, golf, bibliothĂšque et cinĂ©ma et Ă  20 minutes de l'aĂ©roport Sky Harbor. Had the best stay! We were greeted upon check in and check out. Great hosts! Very responsive and helpful! We LOVED the complex as well. Great location and very safe and beautiful grounds. There is a golf course/bike trail right outside the gates that is great to walk on in the evenings! Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice condo in a beautiful setting. A walkable community where you can golf, swim, rest in the cacti garden and enjoy the proximity of restaurants and stores.Anasazi Village will appeal to all and the 55 plus seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Very comfortable 2bdrm 2bath - highly recommend

The hosts Warren and his wife are a very nice couple and very attentive. This is a very well equipped and comfortably furnished unit. We have stayed at Anasazi several times now over recent years so we are familiar with the complex and the amenities and know what to expect. The balcony off the living room gets some road and front gate noise but the balcony off the kitchen is secluded and quiet. We were happy with our stay and would return.

Great Apartment

This is the second time that I stay here, and I enjoyed it as much as the first time. This is a big, very nice apartment that has everything that you need for a great vacation. The apartment is in a very nice complex in Paradise Valley, so you have everything that you might need nearby. I look forward to my next stay here.

Great place to stay!

Warren is a wonderful host. He tries to anticipate his guests needs and keeps the apartment stocked with necessities. He is quick to respond to questions. He also lives close by if you need him for anything. The apartment is quiet and has great A/C if you plan to be there when it is hot outside. The covered parking is right in front of the building. We enjoyed our time in Phoenix and were happy to have such a comfortable home while we were there.

Excellent Apartment!

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment for almost three months. The place is big, very nicely furnished, and everything works very well (a/c, internet, cable, etc.). The owner even bought a new washing machine when the old one gave me some trouble! Anasazi is a great place to stay. There are 5 swimming pools, the grounds are very well kept, there are very nice people living here, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and stores nearby. I have absolutely no complaints. I look forward to renting this apartment again in the future.

Amazing place to stay!

Me and my friend stayed at this property for about three months and it was great! The condo itself is located in a really nice gated community. It is really close to all the necessities including a lot of great places to eat All of the five pools were absolutely amazing. The views are great and have some really good hikes close by. My favorite was Charles mountain 100 loop! The grounds are well-kept and is right next to a golf course that I frequently ran along. Inside the condo has everything you need and more. The kitchen is filled with a ton of items! The entire unit was clean and everything worked great upon arrival and during the duration of our stay! We enjoyed the two balconies and in unit laundry room! Another really nice thing about this place is that they have rollaway fold up mattresses that we used when we had guests Over and they were great! The couple that rents out this condo is so sweet and even helped us move a couple things when we were moving out. They were also very quick to respond to a questions that we had. Overall both me and my roommate loved living here and would gladly stay again!

This condo experience puts the ‘Paradise’ into Paradise Valley

Our family was in between homes while we were waiting for our new home to be finished being constructed. This location is so central to everything that we rarely needed to go out of the neighborhood for anything. The complex has 5 different resort style pools which are really amazing. Our family felt completely at home.

Great condo for play or work

The condo was very comfortable for our family. We loved how well stocked it was with basic cooking and baking supplies. The internet runs at a fast speed, which makes working from the condo possible. Warren was quick to make sure all of our needs were met during our stay. The pools are well maintained and beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing ping pong and pool in the billiards room. The condo is in such a convenient location. We would stay there again!

Great location for golf and other adventures

We enjoyed our stay at the Anasazi. The owner was excellent and very responsive to any of our concerns. The unit was very spacious and in an excellent location for golf and shopping . There is a bit of road noise due to hot rods in the area.We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great price, great amenities

This home came completely equipped. It is an end unit with 2 large balconies, one for each bedroom, which offers great cross ventilation. We stayed in this home for 2 months while our home was being remodeled, and were able to completely relax. The property has 5 pool/spa areas so you can always find a sun drenched or shady one. We made good use of the small but adequately equipped gym. The elevator was a godsend when moving luggage, groceries, etc.. The owner of the property lives nearby, was readily reached, immediately responsive, and kept us well informed via email of happenings within the community. There are many wonderful dining options close by, don’t miss Marigold Madison Indian cuisine or Iron Chef Asian food and sushi. Plenty of shopping and conveniences nearby as well. This rental is a welcoming respite, just sit back on the wrap around sofa and relax. This feels like home.

Perfect for us

The owners greeted us at the property upon our arrival. They showed us around and answered any questions we had. They left their phone number so we could reach them at any time. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to begin our stay. The furniture and decor made it feel like home. There was a large dining room table where we could work a puzzle at one end and still have plenty of room to dine at the other end. The condo is an end unit with a patio door in all 4 rooms. This brightens and lightens the entire condo. It also has 2 balconies, one of which looks out over the pool. The Wifi modem went out. We called the owner. He came immediately and didn't leave until it was fixed. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We'd love to return!

Perfect for us!

This is a very spacious 2 bdrm condo in a large complex. The condo and the grounds are very well-maintained . Everything works and the kitchen was well-supplied. Shopping (Target, Costco, REI) are within walking distance. There is a plethora of dining options nearby, from fast to fast casual and sit-down. The public Stonecreek golf course is adjacent and has a walking path adjacent for non-golfers. Lots of desert hiking trails also nearby. The five swimming pools in the complex were relatively non-busy and the hot spas were very relaxing. This unit was very quiet, as was the whole complex. We were very happy with our choice of this property.

Great experience

The property was great, and Tom the host was most helpful and quick to respond with only one issue, and that was with TV. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The one thing to know that in the 2nd bedroom, the bed is a full size. It worked fine for us, but for tall or larger couples, it may be something to consider.

Comfy and convenient resort apartment.

Anasazi is a great gated location, convenient walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 5 pools with water features and hot tubs and great walking along adjacent golf course. The condo is very roomy, nicely furnished, and comfortable with 2 large balconies. The owners are helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. Dishes, cookware, paper ware, and cooking and cleaning supplies are all included. A lovely home away from home.
