Beautiful, upgraded, and meticulously clean 1 bed/ 1 bath located on the second floor right off the elevator. As soon as you walk in, you will see a large open floor plan with a balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard - so peaceful and relaxing. Unit has washer and dryer, high speed internet, 55' TV in the living room. There is a covered parking spot for you and ample parking for guests.

This complex has endless amenities - five pools (each with spa), clubhouse with office center and outdoor fireplace, pool tables, fitness center, card room, and party room.

Looking to venture out?! No problem! I cannot speak enough about the location! Stone Creek Golf Course is located right outside of the building's pedestrian gates with the pro shop and putting green just steps away. Along side the golf course is a beautiful trail where you can walk, run, bike, roller blade - you name it! Hiking is just a 15 minute drive, Paradise Valley Mall is within walking distance, which has endless dining options!

Need groceries?! No worries! Choose from Walmart, Target, Fry's, WholeFoods, Trader Joe's, Costco all within 1 mile away. You can even walk to some of these locations.

Temp Home Sweet Home

We needed a place while our home was being built and this place had everything we needed, including space for our dog to relax. The walking trail and golf were steps away as well as plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. Quiet, gated community, lots of friendly people at the gym and pool. We needed to extend our stay and Sylvia was super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely try to book again for friends coming to town.

Loved the property

I enjoyed my stayed at the condo. There is grass everywhere and at least 5 pools that I counted with lovely flowing waterfalls over rocks. There is a bike path along a golf course and a driving range and clubhouse 5 minutes walking time from the complex. It was located close to Starbucks, the mall, target, rei, tjmax and costco all within a 5 minute drive. I can't say enough about the complex, it was beautifully kept up. The condo overlooked the grass and one pool. The shower was a bit of work to get the water flowing and the mattress needs replacing, but I still enjoyed being there.

Sylvia- property manager is awesome

My wife and I spent a month here and loved it! Sylvia, the property manager is an excellent host. We had a couple of snags with the property, however, Sylvia was quick to respond to all our needs. If you choose to stay here you will NOT be disappointed with the customer service by Sylvia!! She is great, and the property is in a perfect location- highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay here!!

Great host!

We stayed here for an extended period and had a great experience. Host was very attentive to any questions and took action when we required assistance. Close access to a nice path for walking. 5 pools to hang out at. Low key and quiet gated complex, but still close to shops and food.

I moved here full time from Chicago a few years ago and absolutely love not just the valley, but the entire state, even in the dead of summer haha. I love taking a break from the day to day by hiking and getting myself connected with nature. The mountains, great weather, outdoor lifestyle, growing city, sun every day is what drew me here. The valley is turning into a great foodie centered culture, which I am so excited about as I am a Chicagoan. California being an option as a quick escape for some ocean time is a huge plus too.

I love having the opportunity to host guest and share what Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley has to offer, along with providing any recommendations to make your stay special - coffee shops, dining, cocktail lounges, speakeasies, etc.

This neighborhood is central to any popular location you would like to visit in the Valley. Highway 51 is nearby, which takes you north and south. Going north will take you to Desert Ride/ High Street, connect you to 101 which gives an easy commute to Sedona and other cities in northern AZ, while going south is easy access to downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airpot, Old Town Scottsdale. This home is also nearby main streets that connects you to popular neighborhoods and events (Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, etc.). You cannot go wrong with this area. I personally feel very safe walking around the condo complex at anytime.

My unit has straight line of sight to pool and courtyard views from the balcony and towards the dining area, you will have beautiful mountain views. This unit is bright which makes it extra special. You won't have direct sun until an hour or two before sunset, which makes the unit even more inviting. There is no carpet in unit, which helps prevent allergens and maintains cleanliness.
