I was recently in this flat, it is really confortable, next to the Jumbo Center and many foodstore and restaurant. The flat is super clean and all accessories were good. The only problem was the keyopen, that is a little bit problematic to open but for the rest i suggest you to rent it, you will be as happy as I am. Thanks a lot for the owner for his availability and promptness to answer all our questions. Surely next year i will come back to your wonderful flat.

Appartement trÚs bien décoré et équipé / Very well decorated and equipped apartment

L'appartement a été refait récemment avec bon gout. Il est trÚs bien décoré et l'équipement est complet. L'accueil à l'arrivé est agréable. Belle piscine propre, ensoleillée et calme. La situation à Playa del Ingles est pratique pour profiter de l'ile et surtout des dunes à quelques minutes de l'appartement. The apartment was remade recently with good taste. It's very well decorated and the equipment is complete. The welcome is pleasant. The swiming pool is clean, sunny and calm. The location at Playa del Ingles is useful for enjoying the island and almost the dunes which are a few minutes walking.

Appartement pratique et bien situé - trÚs agréable séjour

L'appartement est bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage, en plein centre ville et à 3 minutes à pied d'un supermarché. Intérieur trÚs propre, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (wifi, lave linge, lave vaisselle, piscine, ...). Le propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et nous a reservé un bon accueil. Nous sommes venus à Maspalomas pour faire du cyclisme et avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est relativement bruyant, car une des chambres donne sur la rue.

Im großen und ganzen war es OK

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung durch den Verkehr ist im "kleinen Schlafzimmer" ziemlich heftig. Wenn am frĂŒhen Morgen die LKW's vorbeifahren hat man das GefĂŒhl er fĂ€hrt direkt am Bett vorbei. Doppelverglaste Fenster wĂŒrden hier Abhilfe schaffen. Die Matratzen hinterlassen einen guten Eindruck. Der Esstisch ist eine ziemlich wackelige Angelegenheit, der Tisch sollte an der Wand befestigt werden. Ein Sichtschutz auf dem Balkon wĂ€re sehr angenehm. Der TV und WLAN haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Poolbereich inkl. Garten ist sehr gepflegt.

Great flat in a nice surrounding and close to the beach

We stayed in the apartment for 11 days with 4 people and were overall very happy with our choice. A 10 min walk to the beach, a lot of nice restaurants and smaller shops in the surrounding and only a 5 min drive with the taxi to Playa del InglĂ©s Promenade (3€). The apartment is fully equipped with all you need during your stay and the WiFi was also very fast. The landlord was also very nice and always helpful and reachable for any questions. Highly recommended and I would book the apartment again for a second trip to gran Canaria!

Very nice and relaxed stay

The appartement is very nice, clean and good equipped with everything you need. All beds are very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and has been cleaned every day in the morning. Everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants etc. is right around the corner. The beach is within a 15min walking destance. However if somebody wants to take a taxi, it's also very cheap option with only approx. 3 EUR per ride. We can highly recommend this appartement to everybody who wants to have a nice and comfortable stay at Playa del Ingles. Ramandy was always very pleasant and helpful. Casa perfecta

Hemos estado mi marido mi hija y yo en el mes de julio. El apartamento estå completamente reformado y decorado con mucho gusto. No falta de nada. La ubicacion es muy buena y el dueño, Ramesh, es encantador y muy amable. Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y limpias. Estupenda piscina. Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Modern and Airy

We were greeted by Ramesh who gave us a full run down of property and facilities, gave us info on good places to eat. The accommodation was Modern and Airy. Ideal location for walking to the various shopping arcades, the famous Dunes and only 40 minutes walk from the apartment across the Dunes to the lighthouse. Could of done with a couple of extra pillows on beds and couple of spare blankets in singles bedroom but that was only minor issue. The Gemini bar below had live singer every night but wasn't too distracting. Overall thoroughly enjoyed. Ramesh was an amazing host and was contactable at any point during our stay if we had any problems. Thank you Ramesh for your hospitality, Tge McIntosh Family

Well equipped apartment with sea views from balcony

Did enjoy our time in this well equipped and well maintained apartment. Ample room for two couples or a family. Balcony west facing overlooks the well maintained garden and pool area. Supermarkets are close by and Poncho restaurant at roundabout .Bus stops for Las Palmas and Maspalomas nearby. Access to beach a 5 minute walk away. We had a great time here . Thank you Ramesh for all your help

Hey!

We spend very nice time in this apartment. Everything was as was promised. Its good position if you want go to the beach. When we arrived Ramesh (owner) was waiting for us even we get there 1 hour earlier. My family liked much this place. Children age 4 and 8. Internet works well. Other bedroom was little bit noisy at the nighttime 11-03, because the karaoke restaurant. I recommend this place for everyone who are going to Playa del Ingles. Spitzen-Appartment 😃

Das Appartment liegt nahe dem Yumbo-Center und ist sehr modern und sauber. Die KĂŒche ist ein Traum. Es waren sogar schon GewĂŒrze, Essig und Öl vorhanden. Ebenso der Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Pool. Einzig das eine Zimmer liegt zur Straße raus und es ist deshalb etwas lauter. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Appartment aber jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Super !!!

Ich war am Anfang ein bisschen skeptisch, da fĂŒr diese Wohnung nur eine Bewertung vorhanden war. Nach den ersten schnellen Antworten vom EigentĂŒmer, sowie auf Basis der wunderschönen Fotos, habe ich mich entschieden an das "Risiko" zu gehen. Es war aber wie ein 6 im Lotto, da wir zu dritt waren und eine schöne, moderne, saubere und sehr hellere Wohnung gesucht und gefunden haben. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie in der Bilder zu sehen ist. Sehr gut renoviert, um nicht zu sagen, wie neue und mit viel Liebe fĂŒr Details. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet: es gibt alles was man braucht. Von Töpfe bis zum Besteck. Ein grösser KĂŒhlschrank, Induktion Herd, Backofen mit Mikrowelle Funktion, Putzmittel. Alles ist da. Fernsehen mit SAT Anlage und ein W-Lan (die funktioniert sogar unten am Pool) ist auch um sonst da. Die Betten sind sehr gut (auch ganz neue) und es gibt mehr als genug Platz fĂŒr alle Klamotten dieser Welt. Ein Tresor fĂŒr die Wert Sachen ist auch vorhanden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und ein schönes großes Fenster zum Innenhof, wo die totale Ruhe ist. Die Nachbarn sind kaum zu hören. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzeln Bett und ein kleines Fenster Richtung Strasse, wobei man hört kaum das StraßengerĂ€usch, da die Wohnung im vierten Stock ist. Der Balkon ist groß genug und es gibt auch ein schönes modernes Tisch (leider aber nur zwei StĂŒhle). Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer Badewanne mit Stehdusche und Glass Trennwand. TĂŒcher waren auch da. Der Vermieter \ EigentĂŒrmer ist sehr nett, freundlich und korrekt: es gab ein paar „Kleinigkeiten“ die nicht in Ordnung sind (wie z.B. eine kleine Lackschade auf einem TĂŒr), der er aber sofort uns gemeldet hat. Man hat das GefĂŒhl gehabt, als man wĂŒrde bei einem Freund seiner Wohnung einziehen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an Cita, Yumbo und an den „Eingang“ zur Paradise (die DĂŒnen). Eine Endreinigung war nicht nötig, wobei die Werkzeug dazu sind vorhanden, wenn jemand selber reinigen möchten. Der Boden ist aus moderne Holzimitat Fliesen und sehr einfach zu reinigen und kehren. Ob man will, oder nicht, der Sand schafft es immer in der Wohnung. Auf Wunsch kann ein Reinigung Dienst zusĂ€tzlich bestellt werden: wir haben aber das gar nichts gebraucht. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr sauber und es war immer ein paar Leuten da zu sehen
auch wenn wir eigentlich kaum ihn benutzt haben. TagsĂŒber gibt’s ein Pförtner, sonst der Haupteingang ist

El apartamento estå recien reformado tal como decía el anuncio. Estaba muy limpio y es muy coqueto y estaba muy bien equipado. la urbanización muy cuidada. Su ubicación excelente. El trato de Ramesh el propietario ha sido excelente y sobretodo se ha preocupado que estemos a gusto. El proximo año volveremos sin duda.

Tolles Appartment

Ich war erstmal von der seltsamen (offensichtlich automatisch generierten) deutschen Übersetzung verwirrt. Die Bilder und dann der tatsĂ€chliche Eindruck vor Ort haben mich aber dann ĂŒberzeugt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Anlage "Tenesor". Obwohl an einer Seite an der Strasse gelegen ist das Schlafzimmer ruhig zum Innenhof hinaus. FĂŒr Selbstversorger gibt es eine KĂŒchenkomplettausstattung inklusive Induktionsherd (und einem Spar-Laden die "Treppe runter"). Der Vermieter hat sich sehr rĂŒhrend um mich sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch bei der Abreise gekĂŒmmert. Er bot volle FlexibilitĂ€t jenseits starrer Check-In/Check-Out-Zeiten. Da es sich bei der Wohnung um seine Privatwohnung handelt, ist allerdings die Übersendung eines gescannten Ausweisdokuments notwendig. War erstmal "strange", aber die HĂŒrde hat sich gelohnt, da alles wirklich tip-top in Ordnung war...
