Maison récemment rénovée avec belle vue dégagée sur le lagon. Plancher de vinyle de luxe partout avec carrelage dans les salles de bains. Deux chambres ont des lits king et la troisième a des couchettes pour quatre. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain et toutes disposent d'une télévision avec Youtube. Ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et dans le salon. 10 personnes avec un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Il y a quatre balcons, deux donnant sur le lagon et aménagés pour les dîners en plein air et se détendre, et deux faisant face à la piscine et offrant une vue imprenable sur la plage. Un grill de style parc est disponible pour les grands cuisiniers. Salle à manger a une table pour six et tabourets de bar pour quatre. Un côté miroir B du duplex peut être réservé ensemble pour les grands groupes jusqu'à 20 personnes (voir la fiche n ° 1405729). Superbe piscine d'eau salée dans la cour est privée au duplex.

Très bien situé, à un pâté de maison de la plage. À seulement deux minutes à pied du restaurant Beach House Kitchen, du marché de fruits de mer S and S, de l’île Ice Cream and Treats et de l’épicerie Waves. Nous sommes à un mile du Hangout et des tas de restaurants. Nous sommes à 7 minutes de Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, à 15 minutes de Adventure Island. Il y a beaucoup à faire!

However, what I appreciate is that the owner quickly notified us of the issue, and was very honest and willing to work with us to make our stay pleasant! Lovely Property

Our family enjoyed our stay at Solace II. It was only a couple of blocks from the beach, and the pool was great for the red flag days. We had four adults and four children and it was the perfect size. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect our getaway. 4 adults and 4 teens. The walk to the beach was quick. The convenience of having a restaurant, grocery store and ice cream shop literally down the road that you can walk was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and in the perfect location. It’s a two minute walk to a resturant/bar and gas station/grocery store and a 5 min walk to the beach. It was a perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Thanks for the trip was well worth it.

Outstanding location near West Beach

As good as advertised! Loved our stay here! Perfect for our family of 6 (5 adults and 1 three year old) and could hold more kids in bunks. Short walk to beach and house had everything we needed for our stay! Heated pool was nice as fall temps are near! Will book again! Hosts were awesome too! Great communication! Peaceful Paradise!

This property is a dream! It’s located just a block off the beach, so it’s much more quiet and private than a place on the beach, but easily within walking distance! It’s also across the street from a lagoon, so you have water views from the front and back of the house. It’s also super convenient for someone that enjoys fishing, which my son and husband do!We were in town for a big baseball tournament, and split the place with another family. So there were 4 adults and 5 kids. There is plenty of room to spread out- multiple balconies and a private pool that make it easy to accommodate more people than you might expect.The property is well kept, and the owners were very easy to communicate with.It’s on a quiet, peaceful street, but just blocks from great restaurants and shops!10 out of 10 recommend. We will be staying here next time we come back!

Wonderful

We stayed for 7 days with 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. The pool was a great asset as it was extremely hot when we were there and we used it all the time even at night. We did have to communicate with George & Wendy regarding the pool gate door & their response was quick. The place was clean as it is hard to get all the sand out. It had everything we needed, we used the grill twice. The neighbors that rented the other half next door were great & we all had fun using the pool. Definitely would stay here again!!

Overall, very enjoyable. The pool could have been cleaned better, as there was a dirty ring around the top. Also, one of the guests felt the first floor mattress was uncomfortable, complaining of a sore neck upon waking. Furniture was definitely dated. But as far as location and convenience to all the best things gulf shores has to offer, it is ideal.

Hi Ann, we want to thank you for the private text saying that you were happy the the cleanliness of Solace 2. We are glad to hear that you loved the convenience of the location. Since we have a pool that is private to the duplex, it is professionally cleaned weekly and sunscreen does tend to collect on the left side of the pool if guests get in the pool with lots of sunscreen (which we encourage for sunburn prevention). It’s practically impossible to keep completely out of pool between cleanings, but we will forward your comment to our pool cleaning company. We are very happy to be able to offer our seasonally heated pool which is such a big bonus to our home. We are always replacing furniture as renting is hard on furniture. We recently replaced the living room recliner. We also bought all new medium firm memory foam king mattresses 1 year ago. We will sleep on the downstairs king mattress next time we’re down to see if there is an issue with that mattress. We strive to earn 5 star reviews from our guests. Thanks for the opportunity to keep making our home the best it can be and please come back and enjoy the Solace from the busyness of life that our place provides for us and our much loved guests.

Very relaxing and peaceful

The owner was easy to contact. He had messaged me about a kitchen cabinet drawer that was off from previous occupant and told me maintenance would be there to fix it during our stay, which they did. I had messaged him about the refrigerator and he quickly replied. Very nice duplex in a quiet neighborhood, very short walk to the beach, pool was nice, ice cream shop around the corner the kids walked to every night. It wasnt too far away from the center of town, but far enough down we werent in the middle of all the crowded traffic. Definitely will be staying herr again.

Our Getaway

Kitchen was well equipped. With it being cool the heated pool was a big plus!!! The kids swam in 50 degree weather and thought it was the coolest thing😄 the property owner called right a way with any issue.... I couldn’t figure the pool gate out....lol I txt and he called right a way! It was the getaway we needed from life 👍🏻 Hope to come back in warmer weather!

Great owners, convient location but very dirty

Just want to preface the bad with the good. The owners are great! Best owners we have ever had, so helpful with planning, easy to get ahold of and understanding with issues. The location is good, the rooms air conditioning works good, plenty of parking space, nice extras for the beach. However, this rental was absolutely disgusting. The smell was awful when we walked in. We couldn’t find sheets for the upstairs pull out. While looking, we found cookie wrapper garbage in the blankets, a urine soaked sham in the truck in the living room. We also found a bit in a cup from previous renters. We also found a few towels covered in feces under the bed and a maxi pad wrapper. The owner was helpful trying to remedy the situation and I am assuming will be getting new cleaners The cleaner came to help out also. The Extra blanket upstairs has cookie wrapper in it. There was a note from the previous tenet left in a cup on the wall shelf. There were not enough towels for everybody. Each bathroom just had 1 toilet paper. Bring your own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The pool is extremely tiny, it would be awkaward if the other sides guest came in at the same time. Again, great owners, I have faith they will adress these issues!

Rough needs some tender loving care

First off the property is in a great location a short walk to the amazing beautiful beach. If you don’t care what the place looks like and you are all about location this place is perfect. The bathroom and bedrooms are on the larger side as well. We have stayed in all kinds of places in America and this was probably the dirtiest. The entire place needs some tender loving care and a deep clean. The front door is completely rusted there was sand all throughout the place despite us just checking in. We didn’t worry about that so much but did message the cleaners because in the downstairs bedroom the sheets had not been changed and were rolled up in a ball under the covers. The cleaners did respond quickly and changed them. The stairs are carpeted and they are disgusting. In my opinion not something the cleaners can deal with quickly should be deep carpet cleaned the entire stay they smelled terrible! The kitchen and living room were very very small and the living room furniture is in bad shape even for a beach house. All of the furniture outside was super dirty and the kitchen table was sticky all over. The pool was nice and it wasn’t bad having to share it with the other side of the duplex. They also promote all their beach equipment so we didn’t bring our own wagon the only thing worth using is the beach chairs they were nice. The whole house is functional but needs work.

Great stay

Great location, the pool was wonderful. The property was clean but does need a good deep cleaning (fans, baseboards, behind furniture). The beds were actually very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great at getting us info and very pleasent.

The place is amazing with pool

It was a little cool in October so having a heated pool allowed all of us to swim. The pool was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked and 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Would love to stay here again next year. Owners are amazing and ensured everything was perfect
