Cette jolie maison est proche de tout ce que la station de ski Deep Creek Lake a à offrir, en plus vous avez un bateau et un accès au lac! Montez les marches sur la grande terrasse côté lac et ouvrez la porte vitrée de la grande salle aux tons de terre avec des plafonds cathédrale, un mobilier confortable et une salle à manger de bon goût. Juste après la table à manger se trouve une cuisine complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et beaucoup d'espace pour la cuisine. Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez deux suites de chambres joliment coordonnées de couleurs avec des salles de bains privées attenantes, vous garantissant un merveilleux sommeil. Une salle d'eau pratique se trouve entre les espaces de vie et de repos.

Au-dessus de la grande salle se trouve un espace unique idéal pour se prélasser! Le loft lumineux avec vue sur les puits de lumière, offre un endroit pour regarder des films ou avoir une conversation intime à la table de style café tout en regardant une partie de billard. Avec des meubles et des décorations uniques, cet espace sera un favori! Une baignoire et un canapé-lit transforment cet espace en une suite de couchage supplémentaire la nuit.

Le niveau inférieur a une petite entrée pour stocker vos skis ou vos chaussures et un accès rapide depuis l'allée. Un charmant salon vous accueille avec une section confortable et une grande télévision à écran plat. Trouvez la détente ou la compétition amicale dans cette pièce chaleureuse et accueillante. Une chambre élégamment décorée, une chambre parfaite pour les enfants et une salle de bain complète complètent le niveau.

Traversez la rue et descendez un petit chemin pour trouver votre embarcation et une zone d'accès au lac offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Deep Creek. Autour de la maison, vous trouverez une grande terrasse côté lac avec des sièges à manger et une terrasse couverte de niveau inférieur. Derrière la maison est un foyer avec des sièges pour faire s'mores, et un barbecue au gaz propane et une table de pique-nique pour dîner à la fresque. Truly a Perfect Getaway

Overall a very nice & roomy place. Great location. Its an older home so the people in the lower level were cold while those on the main level were hot. Downstairs bathroom heater did not work. Looked like mold was in the clothes washer.

Perfect for family vacations

This was a perfect house and location for my family. We had plenty of room to spread out and the walk to the dock was very easy. We also loved the little back yard to grill and make s’mores at the campfire. We had a great time!

Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough about this house!! The house was super clean and the property was wonderful! We grilled, built a fire and sat around the fire pit, made dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen and sat on the deck to watch the sunrise. We rented a boat and used the dock; literally this property had everything we could have wanted!! LOVED!! Cannot wait to stay again!!

Great getaway

The property was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen wares. It was clean, however we did find numerous "Easter eggs" in various rooms such as food wrappers under the beds, kids toys wedged in the couch, etc. Although only a short distance from the house, the dock was across a busy road and was not visible from the house. The dock is situated on a very busy section of the lake and is exposed to extremely large boat wakes. This required timing our exit and entry to the dock in order to avoid bashing our boat on the dock. Other than these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

"Perfect Getaway"--exactlly!

This vacation house was perfect in every way. The house is so well designed that everyone had the privacy they needed to rest and relax, and the closeness we needed to enjoy family company. The loft with pool table and big TV was a great hangout-place, and the downstairs family room and bedrooms allowed us to spread out and even lay out a 500 piece puzzle on the coffee table over the 7 days. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots &. pans, baking equipment, blender, coffee maker--just great! And location could not be better. Dock access also includes a rack for kayaks, etc, so all very convenient.

Not what we expected.

The house was fine. But the view from the "lakeside deck" was a huge powerline. And the steep path to the dock was too treacherous for us to take kayaks up and down. Fortunately the woman who lived across the street let us put our kayaks in on her yard. That saved us. This house is a few houses away from the highway, and the traffic was loud.

Perfect Getaway is more than just Perfect!

Great location at Deep Creek. Easy access. Property was exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean, and well equipped and nicely furnished. We used the boat slip, chatted around the fire pit at night, played pool in the loft and set up our croquet set in the yard. And with 6 adults the WiFi didn't skip a beat. Checking in and out was seamless. Property gave us easy access to dining, shopping, WISP, the lake and the State Parks.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and daughters (17 and 19) , our daughter and son-in-law and children (9 and 10) along with my husband and I. The teenagers had space to get away from the younger children. We used the pool table a lot, enjoyed the deck, had fires in the fire pit. We really loved the house! We enjoyed the pass to the college pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we even received a gift bag! The instructions for check in were excellent! Even though the dock was across the street, it was visited several times. We LOVED the house! Thank you for everything!!!

Great house, great location

Our party consisted of three families, 6 adults and 4 kids. The house comfortably accommodated our group for the most part and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Pros: - Lots of space - with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and three living areas, we had plenty of room to spread around - Location - we went in February, so 5-7 min drive to Wisp ski resort was great - Comfortable beds - Well equipped kitchen - regular coffee maker plus Keurig (which we wish we had known ahead of time), plenty of plates, mugs, and glasses - Pool table (speaks for itself) :) Cons: - The temps on the ground level on the house were several degrees lower than on upper levels. We were freezing at night in our ground level bedroom and had to raise temperature. There is only one thermostat in the whole house, so it caused those in the bedrooms on the main level to sweat. This also rendered the ground level living room to get significantly less use. It seems that adding a simple curtain (or door) between the entry foyer and the living area on the ground floor would help keep the temp up. Weatherproofing the sliding door in the ground level bedroom would be also helpful. - Lack of a comfortable ‘hang out’ space on main level. We ended up spending evenings sitting at the dining table as the layout of the main level is not conducive to conversation (the two love seats are against opposite walls and there is no coffee table). A visit from an interior designer may be helpful. :) This might had been less of an issue if it wasn’t so cold on the ground level as there is a great entertaining area there. - Please please please provide wine glasses made of actual glass. Wine just doesn’t taste the same in plastic “glasses”. :( - The fridge took forever to get to proper temperature About the management company: I called a few days ahead to inquire about check-in. They weren’t able to tell me if a remote check-in was available for this house, which, I thought, was strange. I was told that if it is, I’d receive an email with the key code the day off. Since I haven’t received anything that morning, I called while we were on the way there. They sent the instructions with the keyless entry code then. That’s great, because it was convenient not having to check-in in person. However, the email also included a list of items to bring, which would have been much more useful when we were packing. :) They came through at the end, though, as they gave us an extended check out.

Nice place and pretty much central to everything in DCL

This home was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed. It was central to pretty much everything in DCL. There were only two minor downside. 1) We had brought some DVDs, but apparently the DVD player at this home is very old and could not read current DVD formats to play the movies. We weren't able to watch any of the DVDs. 2) The management fees associated with this house are somewhat high compared to other vacation rental homes in DCL, but we needed a large place for our group that was central in DCL. Anyway, we would rent this home again if we need to.
