Le ranch est une ferme en activité. Situé dans la communauté Carlos, à l'extérieur de College Station. Yankee Tavern and Grille est situé à proximité, tout comme Gibbons Creek Reservoir. La maison est de 4ooo pieds carrés, 5 chambres et 5 salles de bain. Les clients auront accès à 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, 2400 pieds carrés sur un seul étage avec chauffage central et air. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, four double, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, keurig et grille-pain. Il n'y a pas d'élimination des déchets. Le salon à aire ouverte dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec accès à Netflix, Hulu et Sling. Il y a Wifi et Internet par satellite assez rapide pour diffuser. Laveuse, sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser sont disponibles. Les salles de bains comprennent des serviettes, du savon, du shampoing et un sèche-cheveux. Les chambres ont des lits king et queen confortables. La cour est entourée de beaux jardins, d'une belle pergola, d'un barbecue à ciel ouvert et d'autres coins salons ombragés. Country living

We were an extended family group visiting from all over the country to attend graduation at A&M. There was plenty of space for our group with the three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We loved the multiple areas both inside and out where we could get together and visit. We also appreciated being out in the country with beautiful views and privacy. Highly recommend.

beautiful home, bad weather, couldn't enjoy the garden because it was cold and rainy.

The Home was beautiful and large. Fresh flowers in most of the rooms. Very Clean and nice furniture thought out the home. Garden looked great and yard was clean. I didn't understand that the key pad was in the outdoor hall, had to call owner. I didn't want to go in the house without permission. The outdoor hall looked like part of the main house. Only thing, was a lot of the light switches to some rooms were in a hall. The out door lights was a guess which switch when to what light or fan?Only thing need to be fixed was in the bath in the East end of the house didn't turn the shower head from shower to tub. The bath also was very slow draining. Beds were great, very comfortable!

Great outdoor area

We did a weekend getaway to see an Aggie football game and go to Santa’s Wonderland! The house was great and had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. We especially loved the back yard where the kids were able to run and play.

We loved staying at the Ranch! The home had everything we needed and our host were amazing, responsive and just great people! Quite an amazing home and history!! We loved living the Texas Ranch life for a few days! Thank you Lonnie and Jeanette for having us.. you are wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a unique layout and is situated on a beautiful piece of property outside the city. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Quiet and Comfortable country retreat and Spacious Hospitality for family and Aggie events

The area and property is quiet and restful, with peaceful views of the property, and of nearby ranches and cattle. The hospitality was wonderful with a lot of special touches in the accommodations beyond what was already listed in the description. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve meals as described, and for plenty of place settings. If you wish to invite some daytime guests during your stay, you should inquire as to the possibilities, given the parking space, seating in the inside living areas, and even more in the outdoor enclosed porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. All of the baths and showers function well and helps to easily start their day. One note for the area is that the short County Road has some potholes including large ones and so you should slow down in your vehicle on that road to navigate, and also consider bringing vehicles better suited for an uneven road. You are close enough to other conveniences. Large grocery and retail is about 10 miles away, and the TAMU campus about 17 miles away.

Great property for our large group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone just as advertised.

I was coordinating a large group for our daughters A&M graduation weekend and the owners were more than helpful before, during and after. The property met all expectations. Very roomy, clean, well stocked with all amenities as promised, etc. no complaints at all and highly recommend. The entire family enjoyed the property and had a wonderful time.

Lonnie was super helpful

We were the first to rent. Very nice clean and very quiet. Only suggestion would be to drop Roku. Especially for game day renters. Difficult to navigate and limited ESPN stations and Fox networks
