Our family stayed here for a wedding and absolutely loved it! The home was quiet, cozy, and beautifully furnished—perfect for spending time together. There were several great gathering areas outside where we could relax and catch up, and plenty of space for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!! This house is nothing short of beautiful and in the perfect location! The space is decorated beautifully. Jennifer was very responsive for anything that we needed!

We stayed here for a weekend with my family while visiting Washington-on-the-Brazos. One reason we booked this property were the sleeping arrangements advertised, which included a room with two king beds, a room with two double beds, and a room with a queen bed. We had three couples and five little kids, so the number of beds was important. When we arrived, we quickly realized that there was not a room with two kings. It was just one king bed. I reached out to the host to let her know about this error via email, which is how she had communicated with me. I didn’t hear back overnight, so I messaged her in the app. She replied fairly quickly with an apology about the inaccurate listing and said she would change it right away. This was nearly two weeks ago now, and the live listing still says two kings, which is simply false advertising. Otherwise, the home was beautiful and comfortable, but a bit impractical: there was no dining table or chairs, just four barstools around the kitchen island. There are outdoor sitting areas, but the mosquitoes are too crazy to spend time out there. Lots of broken things, like the ventahood, front door, stools by the chess set, etc. We really enjoyed the lush, private setting though. The decor is beautiful, and it was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve seen. The hosts were kind once we heard back, and they allowed us late checkout upon request. The value was still good for the area, but there are some big improvements that could be made.

Jen is a 10/10 hostess; generous, communicative, welcoming. We were in town for A&M graduation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one of our dogs with us and this was the perfect spot to have space to take care of him out in the countryside. Property was well appointed and comfortably slept 6. Would highly, highly recommend!

This impeccably designed retreat heightened our experience in College Station and Bryan! The beds were so comfortable, it made it difficult to want to wake up. The numerous opportunities tucked away to sit and relax, are many. The kitchen was so equipped

The best place ever

We stayed in this property for New Year's Eve, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was gorgeous and perfect for cozy family gatherings during the cold winter. It is pet-friendly, so we were a bit concerned about cleanliness, but the house was impeccably clean. All the necessary utensils were available in the kitchen, and the bathrooms had clean towels, while the bedrooms were equipped with fresh blankets. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Additionally, the decoration is beautiful. I want to congratulate the owner, as this has been the best property I have ever rented.
