Condo mis à jour avec vue sur la baie ouverte, piscine en bord de baie et 3 pùtés de maisons de la plage / promenade

Ce condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© est plus de 1k pieds carrĂ©s avec une vue incroyable sur la baie! SituĂ© au centre-ville sur la 3e rue le long de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des terrains de baseball / soccer, du parc de planche Ă  roulettes, de l'aire de jeux et Ă  seulement 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et de la promenade. Le bĂątiment offre un ascenseur, deux places de stationnement assignĂ©es et une piscine au bord de la baie. Nous avons une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et pourtant proche de nombreux restaurants / bars et divertissements en direct. Il y a un grand balcon pour profiter des bateaux qui passent et des fameux couchers de soleil OC. Nous fournissons Ă©galement des draps! Le maĂźtre a un lit king size, la 2Ăšme chambre a une reine et il y a un canapĂ©-lit avec un lit complet. 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, WIFI et de nombreux siĂšges. Tu peux tout avoir!

We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect. The place was well decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The couch was great. The patio was superb! Katie was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ocean City.

Weve stayed at these condos b4, always love them no matter which 1 we stay at! My only thing is maybe a little deep clean like under beds, couches, behind tv stand, night stands but i understand thats not a clean that happens often but as we were making sure we had everything from under beds & couches b4 we left we seen band aids, a drink that had been spilled under couch, (not us, we made kids take food & drinks to balcony) anywho over all, great place, great stay! We'll be back!

PERFECT!

My gfs and I were about to book a condo we stayed in in the past, but thankfully this listing popped up. Better price point and 100x nicer than the other spot. We were thrilled with how clean and nice the place was, and we will absolutely stay again in the future. We got to OC about an hour earlier than check-in and Katie allowed up to park and access the unit to unload our refrigerated goods. Super convenient and helpful. We appreciated this stay.

Beautiful and in the perfect location!

We loved our stay in Katie’s condo. It was immaculately kept and the location was close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay without a bunch of noise and people walking around. My boys also took advantage of the park next to the condo to play some pickle ball. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to OCMD.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for me and my husband! Plenty of room, and it is in great condition. The location can’t be beat - we could walk to the Boardwalk, we had onsite parking at the condo building, and the sunset view in the evenings from the balcony was AMAZING! We will definitely book here again! Katie was wonderful to work with.

Memorial Day 2024

Group of four had an awesome week in Ocean City! Condo is located in great location with easy walking access to beach, boardwalk, fishing pier, bay, community park, stores, and restaurants. Unit was clean, comfortable, updated decor, and spacious with all amenities as advertised. Watching sunsets and boats from bayfront deck was super relaxing! Parking on-site conveniently located right outside the unit down just one short flight of steps. Host Katie was awesome and quickly responded to questions prior to stay and communicated day of checkin to ensure no issues. Looking forward to next trip to OC and staying here again!

Relaxing

My friend & I were very pleased with the condo. The location was great. Directly overlooking the Bay. We enjoyed watching the boats go by & the fisherman fishing from the boardwalk. A. Very relaxing week. The condo had everything one would need for a long vacation. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this vacation condo to a family vacationing in the Ocean City area.

Very nice condo. Exactly what was advertised. Nice location on the bayfront/boardwalk. We were only there for a long weekend, but would definetly reserve again.

The condo was in a great location right on the bay and very close to the ocean. It was not as clean as expected. The bathrooms were updated but very small.
