Une des plus belles annonces dans Brigantine. Maison construite sur mesure de 3 étages dans un emplacement idéal au cœur de Brigantine. 4 chambres de belle taille, chacune avec sa propre baignoire et douche. Premier étage a chambre à coucher, den, pont arrière, laveuse / sécheuse ainsi que le foyer. Ouvrez la porte et laissez vos clés dans cette maison de ville magnifiquement meublée. Deuxième étage se compose de 3 chambres dont un grand maître avec son propre pont de sortie. Le troisième étage est incroyable avec beaucoup de fenêtres, plan d'étage ouvert, cuisine gastronomique et ponts avant et arrière pour une vue imprenable 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et 1. 5 blocs du point d'accès public de la baie (apportez votre équipement d'eau). Beaucoup de places de stationnement devant la maison, garage, douche extérieure et cour avec cela. Proche de tout (10 min à Atlantic City) et dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Vous ne serez pas déçu, ne manquez pas!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The house was very clean and plenty of space for everyone in our family. The first floor bedroom/living area was perfect for my father in law to rest. We loved being able to walk to 8th st south beach as well as our other local favorites. We will be back!

The house was spacious, clean and included everything you need for the stay. We spent lots of time on the upstairs outdoor patio enjoying the beach air and sunsets. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive at all times! Highly recommend!

Great stay all around! Beautiful, extremely clean property with all the features you’d want for a family trip to the beach. Plenty of room and well appointed with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc and amazing sunset views from the top deck. Ideal location between bay and beach with a 2.5 block walk to the ocean. Mark is a great host and very responsive, check in/out was a breeze. 10/10 on this trip and will look to rent again!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful family beach home in Brigantine! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was very convenient, and having everything we needed close by made our stay that much more enjoyable. There was also a food truck festival happening close by which was within walking distance so it was nice and convenient for a quick dinner option after a day’s travel upon arriving. The owner was also fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question and went above and beyond with recommendations, especially when we were looking for good places to have dinner. Their quick responses and local suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Brigantine.We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the perfect place for our group to relax, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time together. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home for a multigenerational family vacation or for several families traveling together. Mark was a fantastic host—he was always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had.The house was incredibly spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of our favorite parts of each day was watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay, and the fireworks from the Borgata were a fun, unexpected bonus.The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a walk away. We also loved that the beach at the end of the street was guarded, so we never had to go any farther to enjoy a relaxing day by the water. We made some wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again.

The house was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were well appointed and nice and quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed the bay views from the top deck as well. Also loved all the bikes to use for getting around the island. A great stay!

Great rental! 8th street is a sneaky great street to be on. The beach was less crowded than neighboring streets, and access was super convenient. House was perfect for three generations, and the host provided the perfect level of communication to help us enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Brigantine.

Great place and location! Place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Only problem was its a lot of steps…but, small price for a great property.

Great house for our family

We booked this house for Father’s Day weekend. It was lovely house that was perfect for our family. The location was great, short walk to the beach, and only 20 min from AC. The best feature was the outdoor shower.
