The property and House were well kept and clean. The Owner was very nice and easy to work with. They responded quickly to any calls or text. I would highly recommend to family and friends as well as staying there again in the future.

This is really fantastic place to stay! Everyone in the area is nice and friendly, the beach access is super convenient and the kitchen is very well equipped. Unloading and unloading through the garage and the elevator is so much less tiring. The master bedroom is wonderful, and the other rooms are super nice. Words fail me at describing how great this place is. You can't go wrong staying here

This property was the sweet spot in term of location & pricing. We were a group of guys looking for couple of days for fun at the casinos , beach and fishing. The places in Atlantic city were bit more expensive than what we wanted to. That's when we came across Brian's property that was in a great location, only about 10 minutes from Atlantic city and great fishing nearby. The property was spotless, check-in was super easy, What I liked the most was structure of the house. It has 3 floors, the bottom and top floors have all the bedrooms. The middle floor of the house is the kitchen, living and dining area, this is where we had all the fun where there is plenty of seating for everyone to gather around for games and fun. Another unique thing about this place is that it has an elevator. Although we did not need it, I could see it being useful for guests with mobility issues.All in all, a great property and we would happily rent it again.

This property is very well appointed and in a perfect beachside location - even off-season this is a wonderful place with plenty of space and extra attention paid to comfort. I can’t recommend this property and the owner highly enough. He was highly communicative and answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask. This place is a gem and we will definitely be back.

Definitely one of our best stays to date! Host was exceptionally responsive, and very helpful. We got in significantly later than we originally planned, and needed to stay an extra night, due to a change in plans. Brian was very accommodating, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help us solve our issues. The property itself was immaculately maintained, and served our purposes exceptionally well. Will definitely be staying here again in the “not so distant” future

This is the second property that I’ve stayed at and I could not be any happier with my decision. The host Brian makes you feel like an old friend. He owns four properties in Brigantine, this was my second property rental and I now have a goal to stay at all four. Top notch decor. Comfortable beds. All of the furniture indoors and out are top tier. The weather was a little cool this week but we still sat out and enjoyed some wine and the serene scenery. And if you’re wondering the twin bedroom beds were very comfortable for the two adults who shared the room. It’s convenient to AC and Brigantine has a ton of restaurants to enjoy. Don’t hesitate to rent from Brian.

Great time

Brain was an awesome host was very helpful and the house is amazing. Close walk to the beach and a short walk to tennis courts, my kids enjoyed the most. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
