La villa est dans un grand jardin arboré avec piscine d'eau douce (traitée par ionisation). Le jardin est clôturé et sécurisé par un portail électrique. Le jardin est entouré de villas et seule l'entrée donne sur la rue ce qui permet une grande tranquillité . La chambre dite "Tamanou" N'est accessible pas aux personnes handicapées, le ménage est fait chaque semaine et vous disposez d'une petite cuisine équipée qui est sur une grande terrasse de 50 m2 protégée par une toile ombrière étanche. Le chauffe-eau et l'électricité sont solaires et des conteneurs sont à votre disposition pour faire le tri sélectif afin de protéger notre ile dont le lagon est bien fragile.
