Great location! Super cute neighborhood walking distance to campus. Lots of great space for gathering with fellow Bama fans pre and post game. Clean and great amenities!

Great location, easy to work with the property manager, they were extremely responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the backyard is great and was perfect for our pup. Everything was very clean and thoughtful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The house is beautiful, there is a nice fenced in back yard and our hosts couldn't be more gracious in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Love Myrtlewood Cottage

This is our favorite place to stay whenever we come to T-town. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Very clean, comfy, and it has everything we need. Management is great and allowed early check in after our long drive too which was great. Will stay again. ROLL TIDE.

UoA weekend stay

The house was just perfect! We loved the location as it was close to our son’s apartment and all that is fun at UofA! The house is beautiful, has so many nice/fun amentiies and the back yard was so nice for us to hang out at. We were so appreciative of the hosts touching base to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The details of the home are very unique and the outdoor seating area was a great place to hang out in the beautiful weather. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property manager was very responsive and the information provided was very clear and thorough. I will definitely stay here again.

It comes very nicely appointed with just about everything you could possibly need from one end to the other. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to help you feed your family, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms well supplied with soft towels and other necessities, and having a separate laundry room is a nice bonus. Everything you need to provide a place for your family to truly enjoy the city of Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama is available. Our Bama B&B contact was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and maintenance was quick to remedy any issue. She even took the time to make us aware of severe weather, and where we could locate the tornado shelter if needed!Great location! An easy walk to Bryant-Denny stadium and campus one way or downtown for dinner the other. A quiet neighborhood during our time there.The only small negative we experienced, had nothing to do with the home itself. Fair warning to those that might not live near railroad tracks, or in town where dumpster trash pickup is a thing – trains come frequently, and the trash guys that empty the dumpsters on the street behind are loud. The dumpster dumping noise is only twice a week, but they do it at is 3am! Both can be a little shocking, but Tuscaloosa is a city, so it’s going to have noises everywhere. The good people at BB&B have thought to provide noise machines in each of the bedrooms for those of us unaccustomed to such things.Other reviewers have mentioned the long list of rules for the house. The rules are for those idiots that don’t know how to be respectful of others property and take care of their own messes. BB&B needs to protect their properties, and laying out the rules in detail helps them do that. Our family had no issues with any of the rules, and they were most accommodating when we made specific requests.This was the perfect place to st

Great Parents Weekend House!

We had a wonderful stay at Myrtlewood Cottage. The house was perfect for our family by being in walking distance to the stadium and sorority houses. The family room was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make some home-cooked meals for our student. Loved the outdoor living space! And the beds were super comfy too. This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise, visitor, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!
