Escapade en famille dans la belle ville d'Ellicottville!

La propriété est au rez-de-chaussée et est située en face de Holiday Valley. Les équipements comprennent toutes les nécessités de la cuisine, une cafetiÚre pour une tasse, toute la literie, les serviettes, une buanderie, deux télévisions, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une entrée facile et sans clé. Nous avons également une cheminée à gaz, la climatisation pour les mois chauds et un patio avec vue sur les pistes de ski. Excellente configuration pour une famille avec un lit queen-size, un canapé-lit queen-size et des lits superposés jumeaux. Bill and Donna were excellent hosts. They were quick at responding to any questions we had both leading up to and during our stay. The condo was well equipped and we are already planning a future stay next time we come to Ellicottville.

Comfy beds, a kitchen, and great access to the slopes! We took advantage of the shuttle to Holiday Valley so some of our family could head back and rest in front of the fire as needed.

Family ski weekend

Our family had a great time at the condo over Presidents’ Day! The condo is situated in a great location, complete with a free shuttle to and from holiday Valley. Close to town and all the fun restaurants!The condominium was very clean, and well appointed. Excellent communication with the owners. We will look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location for skiing

We stayed for a weekend trip to ski at Holiday Valley. This condo is a perfect location that is super close with easy transportation. The fireplace makes for a cozy way to warm up, and the table can have sides that fold out for 4 people to sit down together using the bar chairs. The kitchen counter/"bar" is very fun to use, with enough space for someone on each side to have some snack or dish while talking with each other. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and I would definitely stay here again. The only caveat for us was that none of the bedding options is fully enclosed from each other (no actual bedrooms - it's technically all connected space with wall segments that block line of sight (mostly). We didn't realize that until we got there, but it wasn't an issue for us since we're all rather close friends. It's worth being aware that sound can carry throughout (for any light sleepers), but the hosts supplied a fan that helped as white noise. I would recommend this stay as an ideal option for a casual group of 3-4 friends or perfect for a couple. We packed in 5 people and still had a great time, so it all depends on your group. All communication with the host was timely, clear, and relevant. The entryway has lots of convenient space for ski equipment. Looking forward to future ski stays here!

Post-Christmas Ski Weekend

Great, clean house located in a short distance from the slopes. Was well stocked in the kitchen, with towels, and other essentials. Owners were excellent with communication and very gracious. The weather wasn’t optimal for late December but we made the most of Ellicottville, skiing and enjoying the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

MLK weekend

Fabulous time and wonderful place to stay. The condo is done in warm, neutral colors and the entire place gets beautiful natural light. Great place to come back to after a full day of skiing because of the calming, comfy and vibe. Will definitely return. Thank you Bill and Donna
