Updated Condo with 1 private bedroom (queen), loft area (full bed and twin bunk beds) with 1 full bathroom. Condo includes updated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and beautiful hickory cabinets. Enjoy the living room with free Wi-Fi, ROKU TV, cable TV, gas fireplace. Your stay includes free parking and in unit laundry along with a patio to enjoy your view. This condo setting is next to the Snow Pine lift at Holiday Valley with a shuttle provided to the main lodge every hour. Please note the spiral staircase to the loft is narrow

Great accommodation, plenty of room for our family of 4, and lots of amenities. Big fan of the Nespresso maker! We had a small issue getting in - apparently the software that powers the door codes was down, but the owner answered my call, quickly gave us a new code, and all was good. She even ln followed up to make sure everything was good!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is absolutely perfext to ski in and out of. There is a shuttle picks you right out front of the building to bring you to the main lodge. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and the hosts are amazing providing everything we needed for our get away. They also respond to requests quickly. Cant wait to go back

The condo was well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc. The living room was inviting, beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace made for a homey feel.

This location was very relaxing, picturesque, and comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything we had at home (except for food of course) was there for us to use. Great place!

Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany.

Cozy Condo

We only stayed for a brief 24-hour period, so it’s difficult to give a very thorough review. That being said, the unit was clean and updated, and the owner was very responsive to communications. Aside from the unit, the parking area was incredibly icy and the signage for ski-in/ski-out was not very good. No fault of the owner, but just an observation. This was our first time at the resort, so we may have just overlooked it. We ended up driving and parking at the main lodge. My only recommendation would be to have towels hanging in the bathroom upon arrival, as well as general travel toiletries, such as boxed soap, individual shampoo, etc., for use, rather than community toiletries. We would definitely stay at this property again, especially for a longer duration.

Skiing Fun at HV

Our stay was very pleasant, the condo was nicely appointed and fit our families needs. Very close to the chairlift, easy walk. Kids enjoyed the loft and having access to a shuttle was nice for running to the main lodge or going for dinner after a long day on the slopes. You will not be disappointed!

Birthday Celebration

It was my son’s 14th birthday and we wanted to celebrate with a few of his best friends with a day of skiing and overnight stay. This place was so comfy and cozy and everything we were looking for! Would highly recommend!

Great location at base of The Wall

Great location at the base of the wall. The place was clean and well stocked with anything you need for a short stay. Our only disappointment was with Holiday Valley who apparently did zero effort to open the Last Chance run - so we couldn't actually ski back to the condo. That's on Holiday Valley, not the property, but FYI if you're staying here and plan to ski back. It's a long hike out if you don't know this in advance.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo is located the "The Wall" and is on the side of Holiday Valley. Easy access to all amenities of the town includes mountain biking, adventure course, mountain coaster, golf and tennis. We highly recommend a day pass to the Tamarack pool and cabana or kayaking at Spruce Lake. The ski-in/out condo provides easy access to the SnowPine ski lift which runs weather dependent (from 8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays to about 4pm). The Holiday Valley shuttle provides transportation to the lodge every hour on the hour.
