Real Escapes Properties offre fièrement Sea Spray Cottage! Avec si peu de cottages sur la plage face à l'océan, vous apprécierez sûrement cet établissement unique face à l'océan.

Cette incroyable maison de deux chambres et deux salles de bain offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois dans cet adorable chalet, vous êtes invité à vous d��tendre. Décoré avec goût, la tanière et la salle à manger sont assez spacieuses pour la superficie. Beaucoup d'espace pour regarder la télévision ou lire le dernier roman. La cuisine est bien mise à jour et vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des dîners savoureux pour votre famille. N'oubliez pas: notre région regorge d'endroits fantastiques pour ramasser les fruits de mer les plus frais!

La chambre n ° 1 est une confortable chambre principale dotée d'un lit king-size, qui invite à la sieste pour une sieste après une journée bien remplie à la plage. Il est équipé d'une télévision aussi. Ne vous inquiétez pas, vous pouvez toujours voir la plage à travers les portes coulissantes en verre! Il y a une salle de bains principale qui est reliée à la chambre par un grand placard. La chambre n ° 2 a deux lits jumeaux avec une télévision montée, mais vous aurez du mal à vous détourner de la vue sur la mer juste devant cette chambre aussi! Il y a une salle de bain complète adjacente à la pièce commune et à la 2ème chambre.

Bien qu'il y ait un accès direct au pont par les chambres, vous pouvez également vous diriger vers le porche par la tanière. La terrasse à l'étage s'étend sur toute la largeur de la maison. Il y a des chaises longues et un ensemble de patio disponible. Imaginez-vous prendre votre café du matin sur le porche en écoutant le son de l'océan.

C'est la location idéale avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre une expérience inoubliable à Saint-Laurent. Simons Island.

Really enjoyed the location and proximity to area restaurants. Having the beach just steps (a/k/a stairs) away!! Could hear the surf on the decks which was very relaxing. The beach in the morning was wonderful; not a lot of people and the fact that the beach is dog friendly was nice to see (we didn't have a dog). The home was very comfortable for 2 sisters and the split bedrooms and baths was nice; we each had our own space. Highly recommend this home.

The home was very clean, well equipped and in a fabulous location. Steps away from the beach and only a short walk to the light house and shops, this home is a good one. The house is definitely a charming, older home among the larger modern homes.

Truly beachfront with no obstruction. Place was very comfortable and clean. Good stock of kitchen supplies. Great to leave the windows open and hear the ocean waves. Everything was wonderful! The only small suggestion I’d make is to change the soap supply in the bathrooms. Currently, you receive one thin quarter-size bar which is not enough to last more than a day or two. Other than that…. Bravo!

This cottage is cozy but has lots of space for relaxing and spending time together. The deck is perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise, and then enjoying a glass of wine after sunset. The location is obviously a perfect spot to access the beach, but it’s also convenient to walk dogs, and it’s even an easy walk into town. The small enclosed backyard was a big hit with our dogs. Sea Spray is a comfortable retreat that lets you listen to the ocean waves and experience the fun and beauty on the island.

Relaxing Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. It’s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

This was an ideal home for my husband and I, along with our fur babies. We especially loved the location as we were able to walk into town, plus its hard to beat the view. We would have liked to have a gas grill at the property, but other than that it had everything we needed. Very clean and homey!

Cute House in Great Location

This house is much cuter than advertised! Nice area in the back for the dogs to take care of business. The decks are gated off for peace of mind and are in great condition. The neighborhood is safe to walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The management staff is super friendly and kindly offered personal recommendations for things to do. We were very happy.
