Aloha! Des vacances hawaĂŻennes dans le magnifique Oceanside. Un condo premium avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Complex dispose d'une piscine surdimensionnĂ©e de style resort. Spacieux 2 Ă©tages, complet avec des boogie boards, des parasols / chaises et des vĂ©los pour rouler sur la promenade. Beach condo se situe entre la marina et Ruby's sur la plus longue jetĂ©e de Californie. Bateau, kayak, planches Ă  pĂ©dales, pĂ©dalos Ă  louer. Le condo sur la plage est idĂ©al pour les familles et pour un week-end en couple. Le complexe est face Ă  la mer. Par consĂ©quent, aucune des unitĂ©s n’a Ă©tĂ© construite en unitĂ©s AC. Nous avons beaucoup de fans pour chaque chambre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in B323 at North Coast Village, Oceanside, CA! The views were beautiful! We especially loved the upper deck off the upstairs loft bedroom that had a king bed and twin. We did not use the bikes, beach toys, or wagon that were on the smaller deck. We loved having a kitchen with a good size table, grilling down at the pool area, and being so close to the beach!!! Thank you so much Teri for your answering all my questions!

Double booked

I booked this property through instant booking a little over 2 months before our trip and received confirmation. I reached out to Teresa through the app a couple weeks later but never received any communication from her. I received multiple notifications from VRBO letting me know our trip was getting close, what to expect, etc. The day of as we were driving to the location I messaged Teresa to see if we could check in an hour early. She then responded saying that I never got the welcome letter and that it was already booked. She claimed VRBO double booked, issued a refund and ignored any other communication. After 4 hours on the phone with the claims resolution they did say this wasn't the case. Claim resolutions handled the situation from there and helped get us into a hotel room. Not the 2 bedroom condo we were hoping for. I'm sure some technology issues are involved but to ignore a potential renter's text a couple of months prior seems to also be an issue.

Great spot! Everyone loved it!

In summary, everyone in our girls getaway had a wonderful time in this bungalow by the beach. Very refreshing, lots of fans blowing to keep the beach breeze flowing at night and during the day. Some of the group had never been to California or the beach of California and just loved it! They said they will be back for sure. There was a handle broken on the faucet prior to our stay that we were made aware of and they were very speedy in getting the parts ordered and promised a refund for our troubles. I haven't seen it yet but hopefully soon! Otherwise, extremely responsive and very accommodating! Thank you Teresa!

Comfy Stay By The Beach

We just got home (sad face) from our 3 day stay. The condo was a comfortable place to rest after long days on the beach. The resort is very nicely manicured with a great pool and hot tub. Working with owner Teri was easy and she was extremely accommodating. We hope to be back in Oceanside (our favorite beach) again soon!

Awesome stay in Oceanside!

We had such a great time with our family in Oceanside. The condo had lots of room and plenty of beds or room for a couple air mattresses as well. The host was great abs went out of her way to continually check on us and make sure we were doing good. There were plenty of beach items to use including a big beach wagon that we were able to easily take everything to and from the beach each day :) highly recommend this unit and host!

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s right next to the beach and the grounds are amazing! We never ran out of things to do, even though it was a little rainy. We loved every minute!

Family vacation

Great location, great property. Only complaint was pull out bed is very soft and needs to be replaced, but that's it, everything else was amazing! Property is beautiful just as it was 10 years ago, so it is well maintained, And just steps to the beach. Our condo we stayed at had a cart to carry everything to the beach which was super convenient, and had beach toys, a beach chair(could use another one), and 6 or 7 boogies boards. We Loved it. Fabulous view of the ocean!

Condo was clean as promised. Some of the units in North Coast Village need to be updated, but not this one. It’s actually better looking in person. Photos don’t do it justice, especially the upstairs balcony view and lounge. We had nice weather in March. Spacious enough for a family or group. Downside: I like to BBQ and needed at least 4 grilling trays. They had 2 trays so I had to make two trips to the BBQ area at pool. Overall, a great place and we will be returning!

This condo has a great location right by the beach, close to the Pier, dining, marina, shopping and more. The condo village had many fun extras. The condo was great, owners left stuff for s’mores on the beach...spent time in San Diego, L.A. & in between during our stay. We’d definitely recommend it & stay again!

5 Star Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I cannot recommend this place enough!--we had such a wonderful stay. We recently booked this place for a two night stay (4 adults/2 kids) and we had such a great and memorable time. The condo is a spacious, 2 level unit on the third floor that offers bright, airy spaces, beautiful wall murals, a fully loaded kitchen, breathtaking top-level ocean views, and everything else you would need for a perfect family weekend getaway--if not more! We especially love that the place provided beach gear (beach chairs, towels, kids shovels and buckets, umbrellas, bicycles, etc!) as well as plenty of clean towels for the beach and pool area as well. When you have kids with you for the weekend, every little thing that can make your stay that much easier and comfortable is a thumbs up! They even had toys in the closet for our three year old Godson to play with. Just a hop and skip away from the beach, the unit is within a very well maintained, secured compound with beautiful, lush greenery, and sparkling ponds and streams teeming with colorful koi fish. It also has gorgeous pool and jacuzzi areas and is super quiet and serene in the evenings. The best part of course is Laura, one of the property managers we were in contact with, who made sure we were happy during our entire stay. She checked in regularly in case we needed anything and even agreed to our request for a late checkout on Sunday afternoon. Thanks so much Laura for being so nice and attentive. 5 stars all the way! You will not be disappointed!
