We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Jessica was an amazing host. She went above and beyond in helping us check-in and maximize our time in Oceanside. Jessica was extremely accommodating to us and very responsive (even afterward when I thought I left my flash drive in the apartment!). Everything was as she'd described it and more...

This unit exceeded my expectations. It was decorated with a cute beach vibe, bathroom & kitchen look brand new & kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. In addition, the bed was ultra comfy:) We enjoyed the partial ocean view & could hear the waves from our balcony. The property manager was very responsive & professional. We will definitely be back - such a short walk to the beach & they even had beach chairs!!!

This condo is such a gem! It's in a fantastic location, with an easy walk to the strand in one direction and the harbor in the other direction. The beautifully landscaped complex has a pool and hot tub, and a pretty beach is steps from the pool area. The condo itself is super clean and cute and looks freshly updated. We were very comfortable and used both the bedroom and the pull-out couch in the living room for sleeping. The host was very communicative and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out processes are clear. Next time we are visiting Oceanside, we'll cross our fingers we can book this property again!

The property manager was amazing the apartment was clean. The pullout sofa was surprisingly very comfortable and was easy to set up and put back. The unit itself was very nice but the noise from up above and the near by elevator was an issue. Jessica immediately got a sound machine for us so it helped block out some of the noise. I would say if you're a light sleeper this place may not be for you but it was definitely cute and fully stocked with what we needed.

We have stayed at North Coat Village multiple times and we love it here. This unit is by far, the most updated of all that we have rented. Everything is new and the owner thought of every detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new cabinets and appliances and lots of extras. The bathroom is beautiful with new towels for both showers and the beach/pool. The bedroom furniture is very nice and the mattress is comfortable. The living room is also updated with new comfortable furniture. Something of importance to us, great quality fans. The unit has brand new ceiling fans and for warmer days, there are two stand fans that work wonders! There is a partial ocean view from the balcony which you don’t get with many units. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved walking in to a newly updated home. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Most importantly the owner was a dream to deal with. So accommodating and very responsive! I would absolutely rent from her again!

The property was in an excellent location. It’s on the beach, the pool area has a pool, jacuzzi for families, and a separate jacuzzi for adults. It was clean and well prepared for guests. Unfortunately, we assumed it had A/C but that was not the fault of the hosts. Many of the condos on this property do not have A/C. Since the property is right on the beach, folks leave their windows and sliding glass doors open with fans which our hosts provided. We were inconvenienced a couple of days when the shower backed up. But the hosts took care of it promptly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and available.

Beautifully landscaped property - very clean and excellent location 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice underground parking spot included - great spot for 2-3 people. Note that there is no A/C (not unusual for beachside) but plenty of fans. This why is our first time in Oceanside and we had a great time walking the farmers market on a Thursday evening and hitting some of the local beverage establishment. Nice pool & exercise room too!

Very nice one bedroom condo in an exceptionally nice complex in Oceanside. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Everything was as stated in the VRBO listing. The only reason it did not get a complete 5 stars was because of an army of ants that arrived on our second day. Some spray and cleaner took care of that problem very quickly - no biggie.Nice pool and fitness center, too.This is I. An exceptional location, walkable to anywhere in downtown Oceanside and very convenient to Camp Pendleton.We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay and relax. The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities nearby to enjoy. The property takes a bit to navigate at first but the running streams and vegetation make it very relaxing. Overall, well worth the value!
