Le Mauna Lani Terrace est un Ă©tablissement de premiĂšre classe situĂ© en bord de mer, au sein du complexe 5 Ă©toiles Mauna Lani, sur la cĂŽte Kohala de la grande Ăźle. Adjacent au Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, situĂ© sur le seul site de condominiums en bord de mer du complexe Mauna Lani, le Terrace se trouve Ă  quelques pas du club de plage privĂ©, qui propose certains des meilleurs sites de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e de l'Ăźle. Les deux parcours de golf 18 trous de Mauna Lani ont reçu la mĂ©daille d’or du Golf Magazine chaque annĂ©e depuis 1988.

E102 est au premier étage et offre une vue sur l'océan et le lagon. Cette belle 1 chambre à coucher, 2 unités de bain avec une cuisine bien équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse, est de 1 058 pieds carrés avec une véranda supplémentaire de 314 pieds carrés qui s'ouvre sur le salon et la salle à manger. La chambre principale a une véranda privée.

La terrasse offre qualitĂ©, intimitĂ©, luxe et une rĂ©elle sensation d’évasion. Les condominiums Terrace ont un accĂšs sĂ©curisĂ© et sont situĂ©s au milieu d'un environnement tropical d'anciens Ă©tangs Ă  poissons hawaĂŻens. À quelques pas, de pittoresques sentiers de randonnĂ©e traversent la rĂ©serve et le long de la plage. La terrasse est Ă  distance de marche du club de plage privĂ©, du club de tennis et de remise en forme Mauna Lani.

Les clients ont accĂšs Ă  la carte principale du Mauna Lani Beach Club, oĂč l'on peut profiter d'une magnifique plage avec parking privĂ©, utiliser des chaises longues et des salles de repos / douche, ainsi qu'un accĂšs Ă  un restaurant en bord de mer. Des Ă©quipements de sports de mer sont disponibles Ă  la location sur la plage.

Les installations de loisirs sur place des condominiums Terrace comprennent une piscine de 22 'x 60', un spa, un sauna, une piscine pour enfants, des barbecues à gaz et des aires de pique-nique. L'intimité est protégée par la construction de qualité avec des murs en béton de huit pouces d'épaisseur. Un parking couvert, à quelques pas du condo, est disponible sans frais supplémentaires.

Great Honeymoon location

We loved the unit with a beautiful view of the fish pond. Short distance from the beach with great snorkeling. They have everything you need. Dave responds with any questions answered. Could not recommend more!

Exceptional!

Everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the grounds of the Mauna Lani resort was perfect. The unit was decorated beautifully, had stunning views and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. A simple check in/check out experience made our trip stress free! The beautiful lanai views with soft trade wind breezes blowing made it simply blissful. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and the owners thoughtfulness and attention to detail make it the best.

A true Zen experience

This is a beautifully appointed condo complete with lots of extras that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio that overlooks the lagoon. The birds chirping and palm trees gently swaying set the mood for our day!Serene, idyllic, and a beautiful paradise retreat pretty much sums it up!

Fabulous Property

Great location, lovely views, peaceful, relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, generously provisioned plus has lovely outdoor seating areas. The area has lovely parks, fish ponds and beaches. The condo is close to numerous restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Dave & Sue were a pleasure to deal with and provided extraordinary guidance and information on the area / restaurants / things to do. Highly recommend for a great stay on the Big Island.

Great Place at Mauna Lani

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It is 1/3 mile from the Aubrege Resort, which we frequent for their drinks, eat at the bar and listen to live Hawaiian music. Good trails from the Condo for whale watching. We will be back.

Beautiful, well-appointed home!

The property is gorgeous! The home is nestled in luscious vegetation, surrounded by a beautiful fish pond. The inside is gorgeous and superbly comfortable, stocked with everything you’d need and leaves one wanting for nothing. Dave and Sue made everything from reservations to check out a breeze and made us feel perfectly at home! We will definitely return!

Beautiful Property and Location

Great location in an unusually lush spot on the Kohala Coast. The Mauna Lani development offers many trails, golf, and restaurants to make it a wonderful Big Island destination stay. The condo was beautifully appointed with even more amenities and conveniences than listed. It was more like staying in the post guest house of a friend than a rental property. The snorkeling around the point at the beach club was unexpectedly fantastic -- some of the best on the Big Island.

Zero Disappointments

This is a very easy review, perfect location that is exactly as advertised and so well stocked and supplied we only bought groceries. We stayed nine nights and had zero disappointments. If you are seeking a resort experience, do much better than a hotel. Room to relax yet within five to 15-minutes you can walk to any of the resort restaurants/ bars. We could not have been more pleased and will not only recommend to others but, of course, return for more. Dave and Susan take pride of ownership and comfort of their guests to heart.

Our Time in Paradise

This was my husband's and my second stay at Sue and Dave's beautiful condo. They have created a wonderful environment for a vacation. Every detail of what you might need is already there in the condo complete with a thick binder on the coffee table answering any question you might have with tons of great suggestion of what to do during your stay. They are always available to answer any question you may have and respond quickly. It has become one our favorite places to go in the world and we will be returning. Thank you, sue & Dave.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful condo! The unit was clean and welcoming and the lanai was perfect - overlooking both the ocean and a beautiful fish pond. Easy walk to the pool and the neighboring Mauna Lani Auberge Resort. The owners took great care to make sure we had a nice stay, and their recommendations for local dining and entertainment were greatly appreciated. The unit was also well equipped for preparing meals and eating in. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo.

Fantastic Location!

My husband and I had a great stay here April 14 to 20, 2024. The location next to the Mauna Lani Hotel really can't be beat. We were able to walk over to the hotel to grab a coffee in the morning, and also walked to dinner one night. There are many walking trails as well. Having the two bathrooms in the condo was a major plus, and the view from the lanai was so wonderful. It is so great to have all the extra space that a condo gives you over a hotel room. The beach club that is available for use was very nice, with a quiet lagoon, and cabanas and loungers for guests. There is a restaurant right there, and would have been a great option to get lunch, but the day we were there, Monday, April 15, their gas was shut off, so they could only offer cold items. The beach club was a small area, and was very crowded, even though it was still just mid-April. We prefer a different ambiance, so we took the drive up the highway the rest of the week to the beautiful beach at the Mauna Kea Resort. The public parking lot there is small, so if you want to explore that beach, go early! The condo is also close to a small shopping center with a grocery store, where we bought a few provisions, and a Tommy Bahama restaurant and store. There are a few more restaurants and shops there as well. Sue and Dave, the condo owners, were so helpful with lots of information regarding local dining options and activities. We really appreciate all their help, and thank them for making their condo available.

First time visit to Big Island

We had a terrific stay at Mauni Lani Terrace Condominiums. This was our first stay at Big Island in over 25 years and did not know what to expect. This unit is located very centrally to everything around the island. We did not have enough time to do everything but will have to come back soon. The Unit itself is well furnished with everything that you need for a short or extended stay. We absolutely would recommend this Unit.

Christmas getaway

This is a high end condo in a high end quiet development. The unit was fully stocked (as much as any we’ve been in). Very close to grocery , dive shop, and coffee shop. The pool area was quiet, with separate wading pool and large hot tub. The grilling area is a short walk from the unit. Overall exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful property and unit. Condo was perfectly appointed. Quick walk to the beach and morning walks around the fish ponds and along the ocean were second to none. Sunsets from the beach were fantastic. Hope to come back next year!
