Located in the Heart of Wildwood close to Beach, Boardwalk and Convention Center

This super clean spacious open floor plan offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Parking for 2 cars. 1 in garage and 1 just outside in the carport. Their are also 2 balconies. Our place can sleep up to 10 people and we are located on the top floor so no noisy footsteps from above. There are beach chairs and grill for use in the garage. We have all the amenities of home. (Central air / heat, Full size washer / dryer, cable / WiFi ) just park your car and forget about it. We do not supply sheets and towels. We are available to rent all year round.
Only Saturday to Saturday Rentals from mid June to mid September.
Off season we have a 3 day minimum

No Senior Week or Prom Rentals
Must be 25 or older to rent

Fourth of July week stay 2025

Condo was outstanding. Clean and convenient to a lot of restaurants, boardwalk, and beach. Had a lot of useful items for the beach and in the condo for family fun. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Fabulous place to stay

We really enjoyed our time in Wildwood due to the lovely home we stayed in. It was clean and inviting and the owner was extremely responsive. This place is located close to the boardwalk and several restaurants and stores within walking distance. It is in the second floor so be prepared for steps but they were not steep so they were easy to navigate. We would rent from this owner again.

Nice and relaxing stay at the property

Place was clean and had plenty of space for 7 of us. Just about 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Jim was quick with any queries we had. Balcony was nice to hangout and chill in the evenings.

Wildwood Weekend

Jim and Brenda’s place was perfect! Large rooms, comfy beds and great parking. We are very happy we were able to use the grill! The communication with the owner was fantastic, couldn’t of asked for anything better. We will definitely be back in the future!

Wildwoods Best Kept Secret

My family was in town for 3 days attending an AAU basketball tournament at the Conventional center and, this Unit meet all of our expectations (clean, spacious, safe location and walking distance to everything). The owners prompt response time to any concerns is just another bonus.

Great spot

This property was perfect for our family. We were there for a dance competition and the property was excellent for access to the convention center. It has a very comfortable and large main room and the beds were also very comfortable. The balcony is small, but cute, and the kitchen was well appointed. (It even included a Keurig, which is critical for us!) Overall it was a great week!

An upgrade

This was my 4th time at Wildwood and have always chosen a hotel. Spending a little more money on a condo was well worth the money. Spacious, wonderful amenities and private.

Nice property but sketchy neighborhood.

Property was as described. Everything worked as it should. The property sits on Pacific Ave which is a main drag and very loud 24/7. The main balcony faces the parking lot and Pacific Ave with abandoned building and what I believe to be a drug house across the street. Sketchy people hanging out at night in plan sight. Cars would drive up blow the horn and someone would come out and give them a package.

I'm happy the place met all your needs. I'm sorry I can't control the amount of traffic on Pacific Ave. We are in the middle of a busy shore season. I can only control what happens in our unit. Yes there is a an abandoned building across the street that is boarded up and slated for demolition as part of the revitalization project for redoing all of Pacific Ave. There are no drug houses across the street. There is a convenience store across the street where people go in and out of but that closes at 10pm. I'm sorry that you believed to have witnessed some bad behavior. We have owed the place for 5 years and have never seen anything like that.

Very clean, spacious and good location

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is very spacious and the garage includes 6 beach chairs, a wagon and other beach stuff! A few things to note, you must bring towels and sheets, which for us was a positive. There is a clean washer and dryer free to use in the unit. There is no coffee drip brewer, but there is a nice Keureg, so bring those k-cups. We were a bit frustrated with garbage situation. We have no problem putting garbage out for town pickup, but if your checkout date is not on a garbage pickup day you have to collect all your trash and take it with you. There is a $100 fee if you don’t. We would definitely book again!

Nice weekend Getaway at a Great Place!

Property was very clean/ well maintained. Enjoyed looking at the Wildwood/beach decorations which gave the place a homely feel! Only downfall was the 3 flight of steps you need to climb to get to the property. Maybe a hinderance for elderly or peolple with disabilities.
