Ceci est une toute nouvelle maison (construction achevée en août 2018), entièrement meublé maison de 500 pieds carrés situé à 2 miles au nord du centre-ville de Gunnison, sur 1, 3 hectares de propriété privée sur la rivière Gunnison, avec accès de pêche et de navigation privée . Un beau morceau de paradis. !!La propriété se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus RTA (bus gratuit pour Crested Butte et Gunnison) et de la piste cyclable menant à la ville. Allée privée et parking, TV directe, W / D dans la propriété. Les propriétaires habitent sur la propriété et sont disponibles si nécessaire.

What a lovely cabin to spend a few days around Gunnison! Karah was awesome and very responsive with questions. The cabin was absolutely darling and well appointed. Our dog loved the yard, as well. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!

We stayed at this cottage for a 5 day biking vacation. The location was perfect to hit Hartman Rocks and gravel riding in the Gunnison National Forest. The kitchen had everything we needed and a grocery store was close by. It was private and quiet at night - even saw a shooting star one night. Highly recommend this location.

This was our third time staying in the cottage. It is so comfortable and clean; we just love staying there. The hosts are very friendly and available if you need them. I highly recommend this property.

The check in was very easy. Kara left detailed instructions. The cottage was clean and had everything you would ever need. Very nice and relaxing. Gunnison is just a few minutes away. I highly recommend the cottage as a place to stay!!

Wonderful getaway

Lovely cabin on a beautiful property. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location close to restaurants in Gunnison and an easy drive to Crested Butte. Would definitely recommend!

Gus’s Getaway is Great!

This was my second stay in as many weeks. I have been living and working in Gunnison for the past year and a half and since my lease went up at my apartment (1/4 mile south) this cottage has served me well and has been very comfortable and private. I hope to reserve it again before I leave the valley to go home to Paonia.

Karah and Bob’s “Gus’s Getaway” is the perfect couple’s getaway on the Gunnison river. We were looking for a quiet cabin to enjoy some late fall colors and private access to one of Colorado’s most coveted trout fisheries. This is a very well stocked, super clean, and cozy cabin that leaves you looking forward to your next visit. Only 6 miles from a lively Main Street restaurant scene and under an hour from incredible views of The Black Canyon National Park. Best of all… the fishing right behind the cabin is legendary! We can’t wait to book next season! Karen and Bob are the most kind and generous hosts! 100% recommend!!

Great spot!

This is the second time I've had a parent stay here and it was equally as well received as the last time. The property is spacious, cozy, clean and secluded, and really made my family feel like they were truly on vacation while still having access to their grandkids. Karah is a wonderful host and does a great job all around. This spot is highly recommended!
