Cabin is great, nice mini kitchen and very nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Great firepit area. Love the rocking chair on the porch. Peaceful, relaxing, and serene.

Perfect Hill Country Location for Couple!

Great firepit and outdoor ranch vibe with close reach to many attractions. Clean and comfortable with nice neighbors also. Will come back!

We had an excellent stay. It was extremely hot outside and the AC still kept up just fine. A must-have for me. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd time here. Best value in Kerrville area. Nice improvements since 1st visit in 2021, with paved parking & lit pathways. Pet friendly.

Getaway

We were looking for a weekend getawy from Houston. This cabin was conveniently located between Kerrville and Fredrickburg and suited our needs. The cabin was small but roomy and not overly clutered. We enjoyed our stay away from City life with no interruptions not even TV.

The outdoor area was impeccable, with fencing around the cabins and a nice gathering place in the center. Snack area not nice. No area to wash dishes except the bathroom sink. Mattress stained

This cabin was dirty with dead bugs in several places. Stunk, Gate to cabin area heavy with no night lighting. No bath soap. Bathed with my shampoo.

HAPPY old lady and her puppy..

First time to stay on a ranch and it was so nice. A little piece of heaven on earth. Stars and crickets at night and Joey the goat at sunrise wanting a scratch on his head. Thank you both for a wonderful little spot to stay. This 72 year old woman was very pleased. Maybe a little hand rail on one side of steps???

Great ranch cabin!

We loved staying at Jim’s cabin for our anniversary trip. Check in process was very easy along with finding the cabin on the property. We had everything we needed for our stay and made ourselves at home for the weekend. The cabin is a short drive to Fredericksburg and 5 minutes away from Kerrville. We would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know that is headed out towards that area! Jim was very attentive and responded to all our messages in a timely matter. He provides a guide on places to eat and activities at the cabin which was nice to have. He also honors military discounts which you don’t see too often with rentals! Thank you again!

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. When then owner found out that we like coffee, he went to the store and bought a brand new Keurig for our cabin. (He said the one that was in there had been acting up.) We would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying there again in the future!
