Quaint Cottage Centrally Located to Kerrville

The Cottage has an open floor plan. Tucked away from the street. It's bright and airy, has a lot of charm and character. We have a kitchenette, there is a toaster oven, 2 burner cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator. We offer coffee, tea (hot/cold), sodas, water. All the dishes and utensils are there. We have wi-fi we ask you put in your information to log on to watch Netflix etc. There is an outdoor shower. There is a private patio for your use. There is a house manual with further information. And sometimes we have deer that sleep in the back yard.

Wonderful Experience!

Quaint and beautiful casita that met all of our needs and our pups. Location was perfect and even with a Motorcycle Rally, we experienced very little road noise. The owners have created a beautiful place.

Amazing Place! Great Location!

My husband and I came to stay in Kerrville for the weekend visiting family. This house was perfect for us and in a great location in town! Very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Jackie is great host that is responsive and made our stay comfortable. We will absolutely be coming back.

The cottage is a great place to stay. All the amenities that we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Even enjoyed watching the deer grazing on the rye grass. We would stay again.

Great little cottage

Very clean; well stocked. Perfect for a couple of nights. The only reason I didn’t rate location as 5 star is it is a little bit tricky access to the Main Street.

Awesome getaway

The cottage was small and cozy. Was very happy. The cottage was so close to everything around in town. Got to go to Bandera and Fredericksburg within 20 minutes to 30 minute drive. Overall had an awesome stay.

Cute little cottage. It had everything we needed except for maybe a washer and dryer. We use the outdoor shower practically every day.

Absolutely ideal place to stay!

This place is all you could want in your wildest dreams. Exceptionally clean, close to everything, and quiet. She had thought of every detail! Seriously, EVERY little detail! Amazing hosts, amazing place, I need to pick her brain for so much of the details in this great cottage! We will definitely return! I have to have more of the chocolates!

A serene Sanctuary in Kerrville

This accommodation may well be the most delightful and tranquil lodging in Kerrville. Nestled in a serene and peaceful neighborhood, it is a mere 2-minute drive from the town center. Throughout our stay, we encountered no discomfort and were consistently touched by Jackie’s considerate hospitality. The rare spectacle of deer gracefully visiting the backyard was breathtaking, evoking a sense of being on a safari. A stay here promises to be an unforgettable experience, one you will certainly not regret.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

This property is exactly as shown on the website. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was furnished with quite a few kitchen amenities that made meal prep easy. The bathroom has a wonderful shower and the owner provided soaps and hair products. The outdoor area is quite spacious and fun. The queen bed was very comfortable. Jackie was quick to answer questions and very kind. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable. The outside was so relaxing. They have a patio section that was so peaceful. Perfect place to sit and chill with a glass of wine. We also had a beautiful deer that would come and sleep in the backyard. I definitely recommend The Cottage. We'll be back for sure.

Was my oasis during Search & Recovery

Jackie went way above and beyond to make her place a safe haven and retreat for me while volunteering. Her cottage is amazing and would be a great place for a fun trip. Words can't express what a blessing it was to come back to. The outdoor shower was amazing and the set up was so cozy and comfortable. Jackie was the best host and provided me was some extras to help with the recovery effort. I liked her place so much, I told my husband we should come back in the future just for a vacation (I flew in from North Carolina)
