Nouvelle maison! Rare Villa Luxe Oasis Au Bord Du Lac. Niveau unique avec piscine chauffée et spa.

Bienvenue à la Villa Toscana! Une découverte vraiment rare d'une villa de luxe au bord du lac avec une architecture de conception toscane entourée de la magnifique oasis du désert qu'est Phoenix!

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain principale complète et sauvegarde à votre propre retraite privée au bord du lac. Il y a une deuxième "chambre principale" également avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète séparée de l'autre côté de la maison pour une intimité ultime. La maison est située au rez-de-chaussée et ne comporte ni marches ni escaliers. Elle convient donc parfaitement aux personnes âgées.

Cette maison est le choix idéal pour un ou deux couples de personnes âgées ou adultes, des tourtereaux ou même des familles avec 1 ou 2 jeunes enfants en âge de nager. Nous acceptons les animaux aussi!

Il y a un matelas pneumatique haut de gamme Queen Size haut de gamme disponible sur demande pour 2 enfants qui dorment dans la grande salle. (4 adultes et 2 enfants maximum avec la configuration ci-dessus.)

Veuillez noter que 50% sont réellement dus à la réservation. 25% sont payés en ligne via VRBO, les 25% restants étant payés par chèque après la signature du contrat de location et l'identification officielle. Great vacation!

Lovely home with ultimate amenities -- heated pool, hot tub, ideal locale to hiking, biking, golf, dining..... Owner was very responsive to needs or re quests.

Book for the backyard!

Great stay, the heated pool was fantastic, the kids swam every day even though the weather did not behave. House has great space and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

You get what you see!

When you look at the house online, you get no surprises when you arrive!! The place was GREAT! Outside space was fantastic! Close to grocery store and anything else you may need! Great house, location and trip. The heated pool was a big treat!

Best stay EVER!!

The home was spotlessly clean and well organized. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved the location since the home sits within minutes of anything you can think of needing (food, banks, shopping, massages, etc.). When we booked, we really did not know what a great location this was. The hot tub was AWESOME!! Wonderful jets. We were going to swim on the last day (we were there during an unusually cold period) but changed our minds. The backyard is a dream! We called the owner twice for guidance and she called back in less than 5 minutes - great service. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay

We are older and wanted a clean, safe place with a pool and hot tub to lay low and do some hiking, tourist attractions other than hiking was not a priority. This place did not disappoint! We will stay here again. This place is in a super quiet neighborhood with no traffic, we could walk our dogs around the neighborhood safely and never see a car. The house was close to various grocery stores, Fryes, Safeway, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Whole Foods, as well as Target, Sams, Costco, the mall and restaurants, anything you would need in a 5 mile radius. The hiking was so close, many trailheads as close as 2 miles away and many more within 10 miles if you just wanted to stay in the area. The house is spacious and well maintained. We spent hours on the patio/pool area. Pool is large and in great condition Hot tub is new! Large astro turf area. Host was easily accessible to contact for any needs or questions.

Absolutely PERFECT

We have been using VRBO for our vacation home rentals for years. Twelve rentals in 5 different states. So we believe we know what a good rental is. This was not only a “good” rental it was outstanding.! Everything was better than promised. From the communication before booking, during our stay, and after we left to make sure everything was good. The villa was eat off the floor clean. Freshly painted and polished. Outside was just as clean. Jaime thought of everything. New bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. New spices, and 3 new canisters of coffee and tea. A bottle of welcoming wine awaits you when you arrive. All household supplies were supplied by the cases, not just boxes. A book awaits you when you enter, lists of local restaurants with reviews. Directions on the house and appliances. Area.attractions, pool rules, exercise room, etc. a discount card for the local market. At least six magazines of the area and WiFi directions. The lake outside the back patio is less than a stones throw away. Pull out the Weber and barbecue, Jaime supplied a new bag of Matchlight charcoal. Birds of all kinds visit throughout the day, from ducks begging to hummingbirds. If you feed them, expect carp to come up and beg also. That attracted Canadian Geese, Loons, Black scoots, a Blue Herron, Peach faced Lovebirds, and more. A private parking garage and gated entrance is a secure feeling. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub perfect for early season visits thank you Jaime for treating us and you lovely villa.

Awesome Everything!

We had a wonderful stay for a week with 2 adults and 2 Teenagers. The views were amazing, weather was perfect! Jamie was very helpful giving us suggestions on local hikes and things to do. She has a wonderful villa and accomodations make you feel right at home. We have stayed at other vacation homes and this by far had more amenities. The villa is located near everything you would need. It's also decorated very nicely. It's a very quiet and clean area and I felt very safe with the gated entrance. We would love to stay here again!

Great property and great location!

Relaxing, Quiet Pool & Spa area. Beautiful lake & mountain views

What a romantic place to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary! Between the lake, private patio and the near-private pool and spa area, it felt like a little honeymoon for us! We were a bit hesitant as we were ideally looking for a home with a private pool, but were pleasantly surprised that the communal pool area is indeed extremely private. Every time we went to take a dip in the hot tub, we were the only ones there. (The community is small and looked to be mainly seniors/adults.) Jamie was such a doll! We will definitely look to return.

5 stars on cleanliness and stunning decor!!!

On our recent trip to Phoenix AZ, my husband and I stayed at this lovely villa on the lake. Once there, owner Jamie contacted us to make sure everything was up to par and her little gestures upon arrival made us feel very welcomed. A truly wonderful little gem featuring two bedrooms both with king size beds, all new furniture and just freshly painted with a unique designer touch. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio as well as morning coffee looking out onto the tranquil lake surroundings. The 2nd bedroom with the king bed proved to be a terrific extra as surprise guests stayed with us for two nights and with the 2nd full bath, everyone had that comfy-home feel. There was plenty of seating for meals as the dining room seats six with room to spare. We've already booked this treasure for our nine-night stay over the Christmas holiday!! Gwen H, NY

Gorgeous property with awesome views

My husband and two young boys (8 and 6) stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area. The home is just gorgeous! The back patio backs right up to the lake and has fish in it - the boys absolutely loved it! We grilled on the patio in the evenings and watched the sunset over the lake. Really, really nice. It was great that the second bedroom has a king bed - the boys slept nicely in there and had plenty of room. All the furnishings are brand new and we loved the Tuscan theme - very classy. Jamie was great and was available when we needed her. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan to stay again on our next trip back.
