Beautifully remodeled Tudor located in historic Willo neighborhood.
Originally one of Phoenix’s first suburbs planned in the 1920’s, is now part of the core of Central Phoenix and all the amenities.
This stunning home includes a private guesthouse with kitchenette and full bathroom. Private pool, jacuzzi, gas fire pit and gas BBQ grill. 2 minute walk to St. Joseph’s Hospital, 5 minute walk to light rail, and just blocks away from downtown. Fantastic restaurants, museums, sporting events, and entertainment venues just down the street.
The main house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms.
The living room and dining room open to a newly remodeled bright kitchen and butler pantry. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, modern stone counter tops and all the tools needed for meal prep and service. Beautiful wood floors and modern tile lead from one spacious room to another.
A mud room side entry and separate laundry are located on the main floor.
The ensuite spa bathroom off the master has a modern, glass walled walk in shower, soaking vessel tub and double sinks.
The separate, private casita is located in the back of the main house. Full wall glass doors open to the outdoor patio, pool, jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill. There is a kitchenette with full size fridge, coffeemaker, counter space, cabinets and shelves and a dining table that seats four.
A full bathroom is located on the lower lever with a modern walk in shower, sink and toilet.
There is a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper downstairs and a large, private bedroom upstairs with a king size bed.
Make this your home base while easily enjoying all the activities Phoenix has to offer..

We had a crew of 7 when we had the pleasure of staying at Historic Mid-Town Phoenix Oasis. Each of us were blown away at how pretty the property was and the occomadatoins that were provided. This location was great for the Arizona National Fair, as it was only 7 minutes fron the fairgrounds, located in a good neighborhood, and had plenty of eating areas around.

The host Jason was extremely welcoming and attentive. The house exceeded expectations and is lovely. The historic district is so charming and everything is within mins. We had a graduate at GCU and this location was perfect to arrive from airport and move back and forth to GCU Canpus.

The property was perfect for a recent family celebration. It is very well maintained and the main house casita had plenty of room for all our guests. Jason, the host was also very responsive and provided lots of helpful suggestions for nearby hikes that were also dog friendly.

I received compliments from the other ladies about finding this rental. They were impressed and so was I! The host was very accommodating with early check in and later check out. The property had everything we needed. So clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend and perhaps stay here again for tennis intersectionals in 2 years

Wonderful house and great host. Phoenix in July is a rough time for temperatures and things to do, but this Vrbo was a perfect spot in the city to relax and unwind after a long day. Pool was great for the evenings when the sun was going down and my kids loved that they could watch a little TV while swimming. Having the pool house in back as great so that you dont have to run back inside main house for everything.

Volleyball Weekend Staycation

The house was perfect & Jason was the best host. It was the perfect escape for our volleyball tournament weekend. Check in was simple & quick. Comfortable beds with soft sheets & comforters in all beds/bedrooms, and plenty of pillows/blankets. The pool/spa were clean & easy to use. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, spices, condiments, keurig coffeemaker. Several refrigerators, and beautiful Viking appliances. Fans were in every bedroom if needed, but the AC was perfectly cold- even in the AZ summer. The living room had a big comfy couch to hang out on. All rooms had either smart tv or direct tv. Plenty of towels & pool towels are provided. The grill was easy to use. 4 Bathrooms were spotless, water pressure good & hot. An adorable little neighborhood with beautiful homes. It was quiet & we felt very safe. We easily fit 3 cars in the gated driveway, & could have fit more in front of the gate. Jason was the perfect host. He called to check on us & provided his cell # on the first day. We texted once with a question & he responded immediately. He even texted us during our stay to let us know there was a special ice cream truck parked in the neighborhood, so we enjoyed some amazing ice cream from a local specialty food truck. Checkout was the easiest I’ve ever had. No long list of rules or cleaning requirements. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host for our volleyball tournament staycation! We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful cottage stay

Jason, We had a wonderful stay and your beautiful property was perfect in every way. Your home was in a great location near downtown, well stocked with everything needed, plenty of room for a large family and a cute fully furnished casita, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and a fabulous pool and spa. This property had it all and was clean and fully furnished. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Jason was quick to respond and very friendly. Amazing set-up!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. The grandparents had their space, the kids had enough space to spread out and the teens thought the casita was an amazing space for them to hang out. The pool and yard were the perfect size. Everything was just beautiful!Jason was an amazing host that actually came through in a pinch when we could not get back to the property in time to accept our Instacart order. All around 10 stars. Highly recommended!!

Perfect oasis in Phoenix

Great location with comfy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The back yard pool/hot tub and patio are all fantastic, with BBQ, outdoor TV & great speaker system throughout. Jason was super responsive (like there in 5 minutes) when I had a question about the patio speakers. Check in/out was very easy. The kitchen is nicely equipped with Viking appliances and ample supplies (lots of spices too). Pool house casita is fabulous, very nice bathroom, comfy king bed upstairs and full fridge in the kitchen. Overall, very comfortable for our group of 8. The location is perfect--super easy to get to the airport or any freeway. We will be back for sure. Thanks so much Jason!

We had a wonderful stay! So much space, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, the hot tub and fire pit were amazing, the house is very well stocked. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great location and style

The house’s location is stellar. It’s in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Unusual for Phoenix, there are many eateries and activities within walking distance, and the light rail is super convenient and nearby as well. The house is older with a lot of charm but also beautifully updated for convenience and comfort. We visited in winter and loved the hot tub, very hot and strong jets. Jason was very responsive and very helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

A beautiful home-away-from-home!

We loved our stay and will plan to rent again each time we come to town with the family! We brought 3 of our (grown) kids, their spouse's, thier kids, my husband’s, mom and even her little dog, Orie. The pool was fantastic, the outdoor seating and atmosphere was great. The interior has been meticulously updated, with 4 bedrooms and the pool house was the perfect space for our son. Jason was just great to work with and we appreciated his support and hospitality.

Old Guys Reunion

My friends visit me in Phoenix every year. We are friends from college. The youngest of our group of 5 is 76. The property was great for us. Plenty of space and the a well stocked kitchen. The property manager was very responsive to any problems. We really ejoyed the location.

We bought this home 6 years ago a couple months before we were married. We fell in love with it immediately and my wife Desi wanted to buy it from the pictures alone. We did not think we could afford it but miraculously we were able to purchase it. I am in the construction world and have worked on it for the last six years trying to make it our forever home. We just recently had a little girl and we wanted grandma to help out with her upbringing so we purchased another home with a single level casita and grandma moved in. We did not want to let the house go as it is very special to us and we hope to move back some time down the road. Hence, the only way we can afford to keep it is to share it with awesome guest like yourself. We hope you enjoy the stay!
