Appartement 1 chambre flambant neuf construit au-dessus de notre garage

L'appartement est neuf avec un design moderne et un look épuré. Il y a une entrée privée et un grand balcon pour votre plaisir. Il y a une cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités. Nous sommes à 1. 5 miles de la plage de Huntington, 2. 3 miles de la plage de Newport, 4. 7 miles de l'aéroport John Wayne. Disneyland et Knotts Berry Farm sont à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins à quelques minutes de notre maison avec Uber et Lyft disponibles rapidement si vous n'avez pas de voiture.

Charming stay in beautiful Costa Mesa! The photos don’t do it justice. This is a lovely pet friendly apartment with a full kitchen in a very walkable neighborhood. Our favorite spot was the Nancy Meyers style porch - coffee in the morning and moon watching views at night. The hosts were very accommodating.

I was here on business from Northern California and this was a great set up. We arrived late at 1130pm, the code provided worked flawlessly. The apartment was clean, roomy and felt like home. We enjoyed Hunnington Beach, Newport and Palos Verdes. Centrally located, we hope to use this again.

While the accommodations were clean and kitchen well equipped, there was an ant problem each time I set food out for my cat. That was a disappointing daily occurrence, and I ended up leaving early from the property. Everything else was as described, cozy and nice vibes!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The vibe of the area was perfect for our family—peaceful yet close enough to the ocean and local shopping. We especially loved the kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals together. The outdoor patio was a great spot for dining and relaxing. Costa Mesa getaway

Perfect spot for our little trip. This oversized 1 bedroom has everything you need and more. Close to great restaurants, local shops and the beach! Our hosts Michelle and Greg were wonderful they even made recommendations on their favorite local places to eat. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The apartment is brand new and very private. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people with flat screen TV's, good WiFi, AC and heat, large shower, and a washer/dryer. The balcony seats 6 with umbrellas for shade and is a good place to read or have a cup of coffee. There is plenty of street parking and our house is well lit throughout the night.
