Élégant et exceptionnellement entretenu, maison de plage super propre juste sur Atlantic Ave au coeur de la meilleure section non rocheuse Wells Beach. À seulement 30 secondes à pied de la plage depuis la porte d'entrée! Construite en 2012, cette maison de plage est très moderne avec des finitions haut de gamme, y compris des planchers de bois franc, de jolis comptoirs et dosserets de cuisine en granit, des planchers de salle de bains en carrelage chauffant, des vanités en marbre et un foyer à gaz avec moulure couronnée. Magnifique cuisine avec magnifique îlot central et vue sur l'océan Atlantique et la rivière Webhannet. Trois étages de grand espace de vie comprenant 4 chambres, dont une suite parentale avec salle de bain complète attenante impressionnante. 3 autres chambres sont très spacieuses et offrent une vue sur l'océan et la rivière. Toutes les chambres ont des lits queen avec deux chambres ayant un couchage supplémentaire pour les tout-petits et un lit bébé si nécessaire. Les salles de bain sont grandes et modernes avec cabine de douche en marbre et vasques en granit. Toute la literie et les serviettes pour les salles de bains sont fournies, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée et un barbecue à gaz sur le pont arrière. Situé juste en face de la plage avec des chemins d'accès double faciles. Accès facile aux nombreuses commodités de la région - boutiques, galeries, fine cuisine, théâtre saisonnier, navigation de plaisance, kayak, paddle board et loisirs. La maison comprend tout le nécessaire pour des vacances mémorables à la plage: chaises de plage, parasols, serviettes de plage, planches de bodyboard et plus encore. 10 minutes en tramway jusqu'à Ogunquit et 15 minutes jusqu'à Kennebunkport. Propriété en parfait état à Wells Beach pour un prix attractif!

Great beach week with kids and grandkids

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The beach is beautiful and perfect for kids to play on, the waves are just right for beginner boogie boarders and the proximity to the house is so convenient. And the weather was fantastic!!

Beautiful Home

The house was perfect for our family- lots of space. You have beautiful views of the river and can fall asleep listening to the waves from the ocean . It was spotless!

Great place

This worked out perfectly for our needs. Fast, efficient communication with the owner, wonderful beds, big bathrooms, and the perfect location. Plenty of cookware plus the outside grill was great. Like many beach rentals, remember to bring your own sheets as mentioned in the listing. We flew here and didn't want to bring linens so we used Cottage Linens rentals and it worked out great as they drop off and pick up for you. Thanks for the great accommodations!

great location, tough parking

Owner is terrific and very responsive! we have stayed on Atlantic ave before and love the location. tough tight parking for 2 small suvs at the house. appreciated the parking passes but did need to juggle shuttling back and forth to the lot about half mile away with 4 adult couples and 4 cars. Rooms and Bathrooms are lovely. Maine had a really rainy week during our stay and so could not use the picnic table outside; no way for 8 to eat together inside. Overall nice experience made even nicer due to the owner's engagement!

Friendly Location with Scenic Views

We had a fabulous week staying at George's beautiful home. Everything you need is included-beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, towels, AC and a well stocked kitchen complete with dinnerware, glassware and cooking needs. There's a guide to help navigate the area sharing coffee shops, restaurants and things to do in and around the area. The home offers pristine accommodations. All the neighbors were extremely friendly, many people bike ride/jog/walk along the street in front of the home. We often sat on the front porch with our morning coffee chatting to passersby. The sunsets are amazing and the convenience of walking to the beach-a minute away-invaluable. George was always prompt with responses and correspondence, a joy to work with!

Family Vacation

Our family vacationed in Wells Beach for over fifteen years as our children went from toddlers to teens. After seeing George and Amanda's cottage on Vrbo I asked the (middle-aged) kids if they'd like to return - a unanimous yes! The eight of us - (grand)father, children, and grandchildren - just completed our week at Wells Beach. It was everything we hoped it would be, a vacation to remember always. George and Amanda's cottage is in perfect condition, had everything we needed, and was conducive to (now three) family living. Across the street is the best, in our opinion, part of Wells Beach. As I sat on the beach watching my grown children spend hours in the water every day I saw the little kids of 20+ years ago. Thank you, George and Amanda.

Another wonderful stay in Wells…

This was our third year at this property and everything was fantastic as usual. The location (close to the beach and the little town) can’t be beat. The generous sized rooms and well appointed bathrooms kept our mixed bag of family members happy. And, as an added bonus, the sunset views from the backyard are epic.

LOVE, LOVE, & LOVE

The property was immaculate and the host was very kind and great with communication. The location is fabulous. The house is spacious with four bathrooms. We hope to stay at the house again next year! Highly recommend to all — even those with small children. There are a lot of stairs, but a crib and toddler bed upstairs. Thanks to our hosts for letting us use their gorgeous home!

Great spot on Wells!

George was great answering all my questions and we got to meet him on the last day as we we're leaving. There were lots of fun Beach toys, chairs, mats, and even some games and coloring books for the kids to use. Gas stove is nice to have. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was also key for our group. Just know that there is another house right behind this one, but you still have a view of the beautiful marsh! Thank you George! Lise

Excellent location. Very well appointed.

We were a family of three generations staying in this beautiful home. It was well appointed with everything you could need. The beds and showers were clean and very nice. The location was excellent with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Amazing views! We didn’t need anything while we were there but contacted the owner beforehand with a few questions and he was very kind and quick to respond. Hope to make this an annual event!

Beautiful House, needs better parking

My family recently stayed for 9 days. The house is beautiful! The location is amazing being right across the street from the beach! Loved that the gorgeous kitchen was open to the living room so we could all be together no matter what we were doing. Wish there was room for a bigger dining table but we made it work. The bathrooms in this house are all amazing. Great water pressure and the heated floors are the best! Almost everywhere you look in this house there are beautiful views! Being a family with little ones we especially appreciated the fact that there was a crib and toddler bed there. And our queen bed was soo comfortable! Ive never stayed on vacation and had a comfortable mattress but this one was amazing. In fact, I'd love to find out what kind of mattress it is so I can get one for home. There are a few things that could have been better. There is a lot of touch up painting that needs to happen all over. It makes the place appear to be dirtier than it actually is. In the hallway entryway by the shoe rack, it would be helpful to have a a coat rack or hooks along the wall for coats. We kept looking for places to conveniently leave our coats and they just kept ending up in a pile on the couch. The biggest deal breaker that we all felt was the parking. There are only 2 tiny spaces literally on the front lawn and if your car isnt tiny, you end up either sticking out into the road or into the neighbors driveway. There are specific lines painted to show where your vehicle shouldnt go past but with my mini van and others SUVs it was very difficult to stay inside those lines and if you don't the neighbor is very quick to complain. We had a total of 3 cars and it was very inconvenient to have to park one of the cars in a lot far down the road and have to get a ride back to the house. The lot is definitely not in any kind of normal person walking distance from the house. And with kids this definitely wasnt ideal. We really enjoyed most things about the house but not sure that we would stay again because of the parking.

Details that really stood out; very cozy. You can do just about anything with what was there even with families that have small children. Grill gas ran out after first night BBQ and we switched to cook inside. Clean and comfortable with 10 seniors.

Maine is magic and this house helped to make the whole trip that way.

Cozy,comfortable with nice modern updates. It was perfect for us 4 ladies. We each had our own bedroom. Do not think it would work for a large crowd. All bedrooms have a queen bed. think it might be a good idea to have 2 singles in one of the rooms. We loved the house and wouild be happy to return. Views were great and so close to the ocean. Wells beach is a perfect vacation spot.
