Cette belle propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve parmi 3 hectares de grands pins ponderosa dans la belle forĂȘt de Kaibab. Il y a 2 cabines sur la propriĂ©tĂ© incluses dans le prix. La cabine principale comprend une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, un salon avec une grande cheminĂ©e Ă  bois et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Il y a un magnifique loft spacieux pouvant accueillir de 5 Ă  7 personnes. Il y a une chambre en bas avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complĂšte. Cette cabine a un grand porche couvert pour asseoir et regarder le coucher du soleil, lire un livre, observer les oiseaux, ou tout simplement profiter du beau paysage et du temps. La cabine invitĂ©s dispose d'un grand salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision, d'un minibar, d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et d'une salle de bains avec douche. Cette cabine dispose Ă©galement d’une GRANDE salle de jeux Ă©quipĂ©e d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, d’une table de ping-pong et d’une table de poker / jeu. Il y a beaucoup de jeux, cartes, livres et jouets pour divertir tout le monde! Cette cabine a Ă©galement deux chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage. Une chambre a un lit queen, l'autre a un lit king-size. À l’extĂ©rieur de la cabine principale se trouve un beau patio pavĂ© avec balançoire en bois, foyer (bois fourni), barbecue au propane et un stand en fer Ă  cheval de taille rĂ©glementaire. Il y a beaucoup de place pour que les enfants jouent sur la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous sommes Ă  23 minutes Ă  l'ouest de Flagstaff, Ă  9 minutes de Bearizona et Ă  environ 11 minutes Ă  l'est de la ville historique de la route 66, Williams, AZ. De plus, il vous faudra environ une heure pour rejoindre la rive sud du Grand Canyon et un peu moins d’une heure pour vous rendre Ă  la belle ville de Sedona, avec ses falaises de roches rouges et ses magnifiques sentiers. Beaucoup de randonnĂ©es Ă  proximitĂ© et de choses Ă  faire. Plusieurs petits lacs pour pĂȘcher Ă  proximitĂ©. Apportez votre hamac, il y a de nombreux pins sur la propriĂ©tĂ© pour vous dĂ©tendre ci-dessous! La rĂ©gion a reçu des chutes de neige supĂ©rieures Ă  la normale en 2019. Perfect stay for our large group

We loved our stay here for our large group (6 adults 6 small children). The structure in the photo with the garage door is the second (guest) cabin. Property was stocked with copious amounts of wood for the outdoor fire pit, main fireplace in the main cabin, and wood stove in the guest cabin. So many utensils and accessories in the main kitchen. Nice televisions with plenty of apps (bowl games!) and internet worked great. We never left property for the two nights we stayed. I read a few reviews where people complained about cabins being "rustic." Lol. Not sure what people expected, but cabins were perfect mix nature, cabin feel, and plenty of modern amenities. Hard to find a place in this part of the state with all of the amenities and space to house a large group for this price. Bed in main cabin was a little hard - couldn't handle more than 2 nights on that bed. But that's my only criticism. Kids got a ton of use out of play structure and zipline. Game room in guest cabin was huge and the garage door opens up if you want fresh air. Houses were cold when we arrived but warmed up really quickly with use of fire and space heaters (provided). The main cabin does have central air. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful area

The property itself is great. The kids had a blast running around and enjoying the different things to play with in the yard. The cabins have everything you need they could just use a little TLC. Overall I fun weekend and we would stay again.

Perfect space for everybody!!! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful property to enjoy every minute. We loved this place.

Our Favorite Place!

My husband and I have now stayed here four times and it’s our favorite place, we look forward to it every year! Christianna and her husband Joe are incredibly helpful and responsive. They have added amenities to the property since we first went in 2021, so now it’s even more perfect for us bringing our toddler son. We always leave saying we wish we had another day or two! There is so much to do in the cabins and on the property, plus the Deer Farm nearby, Bearizona and exploring Williams. We just got home yesterday and already can’t wait to go back! Thank you Joe and Christianna for sharing your incredible place with us!

Renters beware

This was by far the worst rental we've ever had. The owner was awful. One cabin had no heat, we had no water, there is no wifi, no washer or dryer, when the water does work you are limited to a certain amount of water you can use, and the place is a dump, it was a very unsafe place to be, and the owners did nothing to help. We had to leave and go stay elsewhere. After I told the owner our concerns she turned around and accused us of lying. I have a receipt for the other houses I rented during our stay to prove this. The owner accused us of breaking things and stealing some old nasty pillows. They will not be upfront with you. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Owner claims her daughter is the cleaner and they will accuse you of every and anything just to try and get money. The place is very old and dirty. It is in a horrible location. We took videos of the place when we got there and videos when we left. Glad we were smarter than the owner.

First Family Vacation

This cabin was so amazing, very much like a home away from home. We love the snow, this was the first time my kids have in person seen snow and played in snow. Our old kids did complain of the no wifi but it was a good thing, they put the phones down and had fun having snow ball fights, making angels, smores and becoming kids again instead of wanting to be adults. We definitely want to plan a spring or summer vacation here. This cabin is beautiful. Thank you so much. Its was a great and much needed break from the city.

This place was awesome, we stayed with the family over Christmas week with kids of all ages and there was something to do for everyone. The place could use a good deep cleaning and some attention to detail, but overall we enjoyed our time here.

Great Property With Something for Everyone

Awesome location. It is a residential neighborhood, but it's quiet and the lots are large and wooded so it still feels secluded. The 6 year old had a blast with all the entertainment options (zip line was his favorite by far) and the adults enjoyed the conveniences of the cabin and outdoor grilling area. We spent one lazy day on the property and the rest of our 8 day stay was spent visiting area lakes, the Grand Canyon, Williams, Bearizona, etc. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Wish we stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time in Williams, AZ and Ponderosa retreat was icing on the cake. The cabins were cozy with everything we needed. Board games, zip line, fire pit and a little play set for our kiddos. Cabins were lovely decorated. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Place

Had a great time at these cabins. Was perfect for the 10 of us. Only feedback is it could use a good scrubbing. Spider webs, dusty blinds, etc. Otherwise great place!! Would come back for sure!

Beautiful setting

Zipline was a hit for the kids 3yrs-14yrs. The setting was beautiful my grown children brought and hung up travel hammocks. It was a nice location in proximity to Williams and other attractions. The property management just needs to make sure there are plenty of towels and to spray for bugs and spiders in the small house. We were 12 people with 10 bath towels but we had some beach towels. Also no on sight laundry

Family Fun

Again, we enjoyed the stay and is perfect for the family gathering. Love the game room garage and how it opens to a beautiful forest view, especially during a monsoon afternoon storm. We played cornhole, wiffle ball, ping pong, poker, and frisbee golf. Also a great location for Williams activities and golf.

Rustic cabins near Grand Canyon in Williams

We stayed at these cabins which were a convenient home base (~1 hr) from Grand Canyon. Williams is a quiet town, maybe quieter in April when we were there. House is rustic but comfortable. Second cabin has a nice living room but the rec room is a garage - wasn't totally obvious to us on the listing. Bedrooms in second cabin don't have doors - they have drapes so not completely private from one another when using both. Overall the cabins could use some freshening up, we found cobwebs around and a previous guest's clothing was left on a kitchen chair. Good place for outdoor time and great for those who are looking for a rustic, outdoorsy experience.

We fell in love with this property from the moment we drove by. It has great curb appeal. The 2 cabins and property amenities just add to it's amazing qualities. We plan to spend many years building amazing memories here and we want to share those opportunities with others.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I can't adequately describe how great it is to have two separate buildings on the property. That feature really sets this cabin apart from other listings. There are opportunities for horse shoe or ping pong tournaments. Enjoy the game/poker table. Let the kids glide on the zip line. The acreage, fire pit, picnic table, porches, trees, swing, loft, game room, log walls, games, dvds etc are just extra bonuses!
