Great property to stay at while visiting the Grand Canyon. Home is very clean and plenty of space for 4/5 people to stay comfortably. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay Mr. C
So beautiful, clean, quiet, safe. Easy check in. Privacy. Again, gorgeous property and surrounding. We stayed because of our trip to the Polar Express. We will be coming back to stay here again when we visit Bearizona and the Grand Canyon again. Also wonderful space for our dog.
Exceptionally clean house in a great location for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend.
House was as described in the listing. Very clean and had all amenities. Would recommend this property to friends if they are looking to visit this area.
We thought this cabin was great! Our family was very comfortable during our stay and we had plenty of room and outdoor space for the kids to run around. The kitchen was very generously equipped. Thank you for your hospitality, Joey and Ron!
Our family stayed here during our visit to Grand Canyon. This property is super clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Location was awesome! Highly recommend!
Comfy and cozy little home. Great porch and fire pit for cold night enjoyment. Clean and well maintained, it was perfect for trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Keurig pod coffee maker.
The property was very clean, well equipped and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, kept, close to the Grand Canyon, Williams and Bearizona Wildlife Park for day trips. I would highly recommend this property for a couple or small family. Thank you for sharing your property with us, we really enjoyed our stay!!
The cabin and property were very welcoming, full of all the basics
The owners went out of their way to make it comfy and cozy -- the ambiance is great and the furniture qutie comfy. We were grateful for the speedy laundry machine, too!
If you're arriving at night, be sure to read over the provided directions and pay attention!)
If we're back in the area, we'll definitely look this place up again!
The Knotty Pine was a great choice to stay while up to visit for Bearizona and the Polar Express for the weekend (within 15 minutes to both). More than enough room for us and the three kids. Boys spent a lot of time playing out on the property collecting pinecones, sticks, and rocks. Pellet stove made for a cozy relaxing evening to watch movies. Great little cabin details. We would stay here again.
This property was immaculate and cozy. It even had a decorated Christmas tree which was lit when we arrived.
The Keurig coffee maker even came with pods of coffee for our use.
The location was perfect- away from the hustle and bustle. And the pellet stove was so comforting and cozy.
Very
We rented this cabin for 5 days. It was the perfect way to recharge our batteries. The cabin is close enough to town so you can run to the grocery store or go eat but far enough off the path to make you feel like you are in the woods. The cabin was super clean and stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Our family loved sitting on porches and star gazing at night and exploring Williams. We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing our family to rent this beautiful cabin!!
It's a straight shot from this house north of Williams up to the Grand Canyon (about 1 hour drive), which was perfect for us. We loved this cabin! Very cute and comfortable and clean. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The house is located back several dirt roads, but they are easy for any vehicle. Wish we had more time to explore Williams, because it also seemed delightful. Be sure to get gas in Williams, on the other side of 40 (big price difference), don't wait until you're on the road to Grand Canyon. We also got groceries in Flagstaff before coming to Williams.
Cozy cabin close to Williams attractions, restaurants, breweries & local parks and lakes
Cozy little cabin...used as hub as we visited stores, restaurants, breweries & the local parks and lakes of Williams, AZ.
Enjoyed playing card games, Left/Right/Center, Aggravation, and other games during the evenings and during the few times that gentle monsoon rains arrived. TV & WiFi were also good alternatives.
Loved to hear the crow of a neighbor's rooster each morning...the bleating of goats & the daily visit from a roaming, but friendly White Horse...not sure where he belonged, but he sure enjoyed the carrots we offered...
All in all...a wonderful way to spend time with family & also beat the heat of the Phoenix summer
The cabin location was a perfect hub for us since we went from the grand canyon to page to the hoover dam, and south past sedona and jerome. We had everything we needed to cook there. There was plenty of coffee and other necessities for our 10 nights. The laundry facilities and fenced yard were a bonus. Entry and checkout was easy. Communication was easy and great! The decor was nice. We liked the wood walls and ceiling. The king size bed downstairs was very comfortable. We did not utilize the upstairs area. We were within 15 minutes of williams where there was plenty of food options.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was easy to get to but there is a well maintained dirt/gravel road. We didnât have 4wheel drive and it was fine but if the weather is bad I wouldnât want to deal with it. The property was clean and cozy and was stocked with the main necessities we needed.
There is just TV with Dish network, no streaming services. We watched on my laptop and the internet was a bit slow but we could steam with a little bit of waiting for loading. The cell service was fine.
Was the perfect place to stay with you want close access to Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon. We would stay here again.
I absolutely loved this house, itâs just a few miles outside of Williams. It seemed to be well stocked, I didnât cook. The fenced in yard was a bit muddy due to the rain and snow which made it hard to keep the floors clean. If you havenât had a water pump before it makes you jump when it kicks in, ours at home is outside so this one made me jump. Bring your slippers, I have never had a house without a basement before so I donât know if that is why but the floors seemed cold. It was just my husband and I so didnât use the upstairs bedrooms. Oh, if your phone canât find the internet, the router is probably unpluggedâŠ. It took me a hot minute to figure that one out. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did.
We had a wonderful time. We used the home as our base to attend my son's NAU graduation. After the graduation, there was a long line of traffic waiting to get on I-17. We were fortunate enough to avoid all the chaos as our GPS took us on a back road to I-40 west and the house was an easy drive. The home was clean and well cared for. The location is very rural but there are a few houses nearby so we didn't feel unsafe. Being so rural, I thought that perhaps we would encounter wild life but we saw none. We were excited to see a fire pit and hoped to use it but the weather kicked up suddenly and we were concerned about the wind. We decided to leave the fire for another time. The beds were very comfortable. When we arrived we were a bit concerned with the amount of heat that accumulated in the upstairs bedrooms. There are no AC vents upstairs but Mother Nature took care to cool off the bedrooms as soon as the windows were opened and the fans that are provided were put into use. No complaints from the upstairs. The owners were easy to work with and I would definitely stay again.
The part we love most about hosting is being able to provide guests with a comfortable, private, and peaceful home to enjoy with their friends and family on vacation.
We chose this property because we lived in Kingman, AZ and traveled many times to Williams, AZ to go fishing, browse through the antique shops, eat at the excellent restaurants and we just fell in love with the area.
This home is so unique because of the beautiful Knotty Pine walls throughout and the peacefulness we feel being surrounded by the trees and nature. It is a great escape from everyday life.
