Cross Creek 308 est un magnifique condo de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains acceptant les animaux domestiques situé au cœur de Frisco sur la rivière Ten Mile. 8 personnes. Un décor lodge amusant est idéal pour les enfants. Grande cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et beaucoup ou espace de préparation. L'unité a un garage simple attaché et est située aux premier et deuxième étages. Écran plat dans le salon avec foyer au bois en roche de rivière, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et câble. Sièges de table à manger 6 et sièges de bar de cuisine 4. Sortez la porte du pont de la rivière. Complexe a de vastes terrains. Ponts privés face au sud avec vue sur la rivière et le mont. Royal. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, une salle de bain privée avec une baignoire profonde, un écran plat et une terrasse privée avec deux chaises et une table. Écoutez la rivière la nuit. Première chambre d'hôtes a la reine et terrasse partagée avec l'unité à côté. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et une fenêtre sur la rivière. Grand canapé-lit dans le salon avec salle d'eau de la cuisine. Laveuse et sécheuse en unité. Deux entrées - une à chaque étage. Grill complexe et table de pique-nique sur la rivière est juste en face de la copropriété. Magnifique club house avec piscine intérieure / extérieure, 3 bains à remous, tables de billard et de baby-foot. Pour les grands rassemblements, il y a également un pique-nique en plein air et un espace grill. Marchez vers les magasins, restaurants et discothèques de Main Street. À quelques minutes d’aliments Whole Foods, Safeway ou Natural Epicers sur Summit Boulevard à Frisco. 7 minutes à Copper Mountain, 20 minutes à Breckenridge ou Keystone, 25 minutes à Arapahoe Basin ou Vail. La piste cyclable / de loisirs du comté de Summit est située juste en face de la rue principale. Un endroit magnifique et pratique.

The property was in a great location and had great outside space along side the creek with picnicking area, the space was clean and the areas were as described with the sleeping accommodations as defined. The property bathrooms could use updating. The bath with a normal tub has a great deal of creeking and cracking sounds while standing in the tub and moving around to shower. The spa tub has some very funky handles to turn on the shower and they are somewhat difficult to turn on and off.

Being right next to the creek and walking distance from restaurants and shops was amazing! The unit is cozy and comfortable. We noticed a few things that needed repairing with windows and the garage wasn’t usable because of some construction happening, but neither were a big deal. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and pool. We will definitely be back!

Ski Get Away

Great location, short walk to Main Street in Frisco and a quick drive to Copper Mountain. Spacious with the third bedroom and the convenience clubhouse was a great addition for traveling with teenagers.

Great place to stay

Great stay in Frisco with my family. Very well laid out & roomy for 4 adults & our dog. Kitchen was well equipped & we had no issues. Could walk to restaurants & shopping on Main St. Highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay in the beautiful mountains.

Great stay

The place worked great for our group. The only issue was the hot tub wasn’t warm on our last night. Otherwise, we had everything we needed, and had a great stay!

Frisco Getaway

This property is well maintained and equipped. It feels very private, with a wonderful creek running out back. There is easy access to town, hiking, and biking. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a mountain get away.

Great location

great location for summit county get away. walkable to main street frisco, trails and the great sound of a rushing river by the back door. If you're a light sleeper this may not be a good place for you, as the upstairs and next door neighbor activity can be heard at all hours of the day / morning /night

Comfortable and convenient

This property was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Perfect location. Easy access to Frisco, Vail and Breckenridge. Very cozy cabin styling made us feel right at home. Very well stocked kitchen and easy drive to grocery store for supplies. Kids and adults loved the complex indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. We were very pleased and would definitely book this property again.

Nice property

We love the Frisco area. This was an excellent property for myself and four kids. My only complaint is the kitchen and the bathrooms are so dated they did not feel tidy and clean. The bedrooms and the living room were super cute and comfy. The view off the back patio was very nice.

Perfect location in cute little Frisco

This condo is older but well maintained. We loved the location right off I-70 and one mile walk to Frisco. We skied the Epic mountains so all were within 45 minutes. We loved cooking in and relaxing in the evenings at the condo. Pool, Hot Tub and Dry sauna were awesome after a day on the slopes. We would definately return!

Unexpectedly Wonderful

Everything about this condo was perfect for a holiday family trip. The river view and park-like grounds were unexpected - exceptional location! Bedrooms are spacious, living room is comfy and enhanced by fireplace, and kitchen/dining room arrangement is conducive to family dining and game nights. Drive to Copper Mountain is an easy 5 miles. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying at this home together. The fireplace and the views of the trees and river right out our windows was beautiful. It was incredible to have our dogs there - the location blocks from Frisco and near a trail was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the living room easy to hang out in, even if not large. The Summit Group were so helpful - giving me updates on the weather (big storm) so we could travel better and extended our checkout by a few hours to help us out when we were jammed as we departed. The only thing I would say (which lowered my rating a bit) was that the sheets were really scratchy and pillows were so flat - bedding just wasn't up to par with the rest of the experience. We actually went out and got some sheets at Walmart for our stay to use. And... the knives (our family loves to cook) were super dull - with no sharpener so it made it hard to cook which was a bummer. Even though there were a few drawbacks, I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others! Thank you for our stay~
