Bienvenue dans votre propre villa avec piscine d'inspiration marocaine. Ce très privé 3000 Sq. Ft. la maison dispose d'une piscine privée et de beaux jardins. En outre, le jacuzzi, la piscine et la piscine profiter du soleil presque toute la journée. 6 salons de chasse ainsi que des sièges à l'extérieur est prévu sur la terrasse de la piscine.
Chacune des 3 chambres disposent d'une salle de bains privative et chacun se trouve dans sa propre zone de la maison. Cela crée une grande séparation de l'espace. En 2016, les salles de bains ont été rénovés en Carrera marbre. En plus des 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, il y a une tanière avec une 4ème salle de bain qui peut fonctionner comme une quatrième chambre semi-privée pour un supplément de 2 personnes si moins de 12 ans. La chambre familiale ainsi que la plupart des chambres ont de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat. Everything is first-rate! The landscaping is beautiful front, sides, and back. Great views of mountains and of palms on the property as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. House interior is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great communication.

Another wonderful, relaxing stay! This property continues to be well maintained, quiet and the perfect getaway. Check in and check out is easy and once the gate closes you are in your own oasis. The house is ideal for a getaway! Starting with off-street carport parking and a gated lot to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful pool/spa and back yard, it has everything you need! The interior is colorful and very clean with a floor plan perfect for guest privacy with none of the bedrooms adjacent to one another. The a/c work great and the temp is set just right. Two small suggestions are that 1) each bedroom have a tv with Roku or some sort of access to streaming and 2) a couple of umbrellas and floating devices be added to the pool area. We loved it!

For years we had tried to maintain Umbrellas on the pool deck but the problem was the wind, which can come suddenly and distroy them in a flash. We also offered floats but with sun tan oil they became dirty and not appealing very quickly. Thaks again, All the best, Thom

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Awesome house and location

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Casual, airy atmosphere
