Nous louons maintenant notre paradis / escapade d'été !! Un emplacement parfait et mis en place pour votre famille !! Situé à Antler Acres à seulement 5 km de la rampe de mise à l'eau de Honey Creek State Park. Notre mobil home moderne et récent est situé sur un coin de rue paisible, avec une très belle vue. Cadre de quartier idéal, avec 2 lots d'espace de cour pour les jeux et les feux de camp. Nous avons beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement, y compris votre bateau ou vos jet-skis. Belle grande terrasse avant donnant sur une superbe vue sur l'étang et les grands espaces. La maison a un salon à aire ouverte avec coin cuisine complet. Gril à gaz sur le pont arrière pour cuisiner à l'extérieur. Une chambre a un lit double et une salle de bain principale, l'autre a un lit double avec 2e salle de bain à proximité. Vous trouverez de superbes routes à prendre en toute sécurité pour ces belles promenades rafraîchissantes et tout autour de votre quartier.

This place was well taken care of and we enjoyed our stay. It could have been more family friendly by allowing pets, being handicap accessible, and allowing more people to gather at the property.

Before you book a property you need to read the house rules that are listed. Everything was clearly stated before you even booked our property. You booked our property knowing what the property entailed. We love all pets and have always had one or 2 at the same time. Alot of people are allergic to pets so we have decided it was best to not allow them. You should have followed the house rules and not have had more people staying at our property than what is allowed. Our rental sleeps 6 people comfortably not the 7 people you had in there. You did not even stay at our property.

Property and amenities were perfect for us. Huge driveway to keep our boat and truck, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, clean beds and linens and gracious hosts. Will come again!

The best hosts!

Can’t say enough great things about Brad and Bernie as hosts. Clean and comfortable accommodations combined with regular check-ins and communication - they made us feel like family. This is a GREAT option if you are visiting the Rathbun area to hunt, fish, or just enjoy some of Iowa’s finest outdoors and wilderness areas. 5 stars, highly recommend! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Our property is on a corner lot with a great view and is very peaceful. We only have neighbors on the east side of us. Plenty of parking and lots of lawn area to use. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake!
