La Villa Lucia est située dans la ville de Fontane Bianche à Syracuse, à proximité d'une cÎte enchanteresse facilement accessible, avec la mer à 5 minutes à pied.
Villa principale avec 2 chambres à 2 lits chacune (changement des draps chaque semaine), plus un lit simple et un lit pour les enfants (70cmx140cm), 2 salles de bain (changement des serviettes chaque semaine), un salon avec coin repas et coin salon avec air conditionné. Cuisine avec frigo et micro-ondes. wi-fi. Barbecue avec table d'extérieur, trois télévisions, une véranda extérieure avec salon et une face au jardin. La partie à louer n'est que celle du rez-de-chaussée.

Bereits die Kommunikation im Voraus war freundlich und problemlos. Paolo ist ein Ă€ußerst angenehmer, netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer total ruhigen Umgebung ohne StraßenlĂ€rm, umgeben von Hecken, so dass die PrivatsphĂ€re immer gewahrt ist. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Vielen Dank Paolo!

A good base from which to explore all that SE Sicily has to offer. The garden and pool are lovely and a great place to relax. Paolo is very pleasant and responded quickly to any question/request we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo’s Villa in sunny Fontane Bianche. The Villa came equipped with everything to make our stay easy - the Pool and gardens were lovely and our daughter enjoyed feeding the fish! Rooms of the Villa much bigger than the photos suggest and with airy high ceilings and kept cool in the height of summer thanks to the air conditioning. Parking was really easy just outside the property in a quiet area with no through traffic. Location meant we could walk to the beach in under 10mins but also hop in the car to explore the South and East of the island easily. Would highly recommend - 10/10

Beautiful Villa and Pool

The villa is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of the lovely Fontain Bianche beach. The infinity pool is the highlight of the property and is edged with banana trees
..just beware of mosquitos. It is clean and well equipped for a perfect and peaceful holiday. Paolo is very friendly and is at the end of the phone for anything you might need.

Amazing holiday at Villa Lucia!

We had the most amazing week holiday at Villa Lucia, we didnt want to come home. Everything was exactly as expected, in fact even better than expected! The pool and garden are incredible and so relaxing. We loved using the bbq and the facilities indoors are excellent, the air con was very good! Paulo and Giovanni were lovely hosts and gave us great tips and some lovely fruit :) Lovely area to visit and we will certainly come back again!

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, man hat ihn kaum bemerkt, konnte sich aber jeder Zeit bei Fragen an ihn wenden. Man kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Villa - beautiful pool

We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. The villa was a great place to relax after a day site seeing. Paulo was incredibly helpful and very obliging if we needed anything. It’s a perfect place for two couples or a family of 4. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Tolle Location, prima Lage, hohe Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Buchungsportal und ist ideal fĂŒr eine kleine Familie. Die Lage ist sehr gĂŒnstig und ermöglicht Entspannung am Pool oder Strand und Sightseeing in kĂŒrzester Entfernung (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa etc.). Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen und extrem gastfreundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder in die Villa Lucia fahren.

Very nice stay

This is a perfect place for a family gateway. The house also has a great location for visiting Syracuse, Noto, Modica or Ragusa. If you prefer to have a relaxing time with BBQ, beach, or swimming pull it is perfect as well. Great stay. Highly recommended

Latein Autumn Culture Tour

This place was a wonderful starting point for tours to Syracuse, Catania, Noto, Etna and even a swim in the sea nearby in late October. Giovanni is a very kind and welcoming host and a very special person.

Best of the best!

It is just as in pictures - delightful! Great pool in lovely garden. Easy walk to super beach with fine sand and clear aqua colored water. Shallow and great for kids and adults, bakery and market walkable. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. AC and internet worked well.

Vacanza a Villa Lucia - Fontane Bianche

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, in questa villa ben strutturata e con uno spazio esterno, compreso di giardino e piscina, davvero eccellente. La villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla comunque vicina al mare. L'interno della struttura Ăš molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino con piscina Ăš davvero fantastico, curato con possibilitĂ  di grigliare e mangiare all'aperto. Proprietario diaponibile ed attento alle eventuali richiste

Merveilleux

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour chez Paolo. Le logement est bien situĂ© dans un endroit calme Ă  quelques minutes de la plage. La maison typiquement sicilienne est trĂšs mignonne, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent trĂšs vite chez soi. Le jardin est juste magnifique et trĂšs bien entretenu avec sa splendide piscine. On y trouve Ă©galement des espaces ombragĂ©s non nĂ©gligeables lors des fortes chaleurs. Et enfin, Paolo est une personne accueillante, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, toujours Ă  l'Ă©coute et soucieux du bien ĂȘtre de ses voyageurs. Son papa Giovanni vit Ă  l'Ă©tage mais sait se faire discret et est aussi trĂšs sympathique. Vous le remarquerez Ă  peine. Merci pour tout!😄
