Bienvenue à SummerSnow - Une toute nouvelle montagne privée s’évade dans une impasse de la forêt nationale de White Mountain, vous permet de vous évader et de rester sur la ligne des 50 mètres si près de tout. Laissez la rivière vous endormir la nuit ou apportez un tube et sautez directement de l'arrière-cour avant de profiter du feu autour du feu. Depuis le porche, baladez-vous vers le chemin de fer panoramique de Conway à midi ou admirez un million d'étoiles la nuit. Construit en 2018, SummerSnow est une nouvelle maison avec 3BR, 2. 5 BA, une cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée pour rassembler, un grenier pour une soirée cinéma et un salon avec cheminée pour profiter en famille et entre amis, et un grill Weber sur le grand bord de la rivière plate-forme.

Niveau principal: zone «Mudroom» avec demi-bain, chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et lit queen, cuisine / salle à manger / salon à concept ouvert avec grand îlot, cuisinière à gaz, table de salle à manger pour 6 personnes, foyer au gaz en pierre, et laveuse / sécheuse.

À l’étage: mezzanine ouverte avec canapé, grande table à café idéale pour les puzzles, téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces avec câble et console Xbox prête à être utilisée. Chambre Queen, chambre complète et salle de bain complète du loft.

À l’extérieur: Vaste terrasse surplombant la rivière Saco avec barbecue à gaz Weber, table et parasol pour 8 personnes. En saison, les tubes sont prêts pour la rivière. Fire pit avec des sièges pour 6 et plafonniers tivoli.

Attractions à proximité: Nagez le Saco dans votre porte arrière avec une incroyable trou pour nager à Second Iron dans la rue. Attitash se trouve à quelques minutes de la maison pour le ski ou ses sorties en plein air en été. Louez un motoneige en haut de la rue ou apportez le vôtre et découvrez la rivière et les montagnes sous un nouvel angle. Le quatrième sentier Iron and Davis et de nombreuses randonnées sont faciles à parcourir en 302. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans les deux sens sur 302, la maison est idéalement située pour ceux qui aiment la nature de Crawford Notch mais qui veulent aussi s’amuser à North Conway ou choisir de rester à la maison et de profiter de tout ce que SummerSnow a à offrir. Apportez vos skis, planches, motoneiges, chaussures de randonnée, maillot de bain ou un livre à lire sur le rocher au bord de la rivière.

We stayed in this lovely home for a few nights as a Christmas gift to our children. It was awesome!!! We can’t wait to go back. The host Andi was so welcoming and accommodating. She was able to accommodate our request for an early check in so we could enjoy the patriots game and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The house was extremely well appointed and the location right on the river was beautiful and so private and peaceful. Game room downstairs was a nice added feature and my kids enjoyed getting back to their childhoods with Wii and my son and I played Connect Four on the giant one they had. 5 star weekend all around. Thank you Andi for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I have been staying at VRBO properties for many years across the US. Andi’s property by far rates as the top for many reasons.As a Host, Andi is very responsive and provides several contact options. Everything you need to know in the Welcome package, including dining options, groceries, things to do and much more. The home is well taken care of, immaculate, with multiple extra touches, including a welcoming gift, fully stocked cleaning supplies, toiletries and the list goes on.All the rooms are comfortable and nicely. The game room has nicely separated areas for all ages, and includes board games, books, foosball and a table arcade machine. Thank you Andi. We will definitely stay again in the future when in the area.

Truly a beautiful home and even nicer in person. Kitchen was well stocked and planned with great thought and care. Loved the coffee station and then sitting by a cozy fireplace. School vacation getaway

HI! My name is Andi. My husband and I have been coming to the North Conway / Bartlett area for over 25 years, since we were dating and counted pennies. We camped for years at the now-closed Silver Spring Family Campground and then the Crawford Notch Family Campground where we raised our kids on camping every summer and spent hours in the Saco. We rented across the Valley every ski season for years with our family until we were lucky enough to find this small piece of heaven on the river and build SummerSnow. We have tried to decorate and outfit SummerSnow with every amenity - learning from years of renting ourselves that 2 bowls is never enough, a family of 6 actually needs more than just 10 forks, and sheets and towels should always be included because it's such a pain when they are not. We hope to retire at SummerSnow some day, but until then, we love hosting.

Our private drive is a dead end, it fronts the Saco and in the summer, the Conway Scenic Train passing is such a treat. Our kids still go crazy every time they see it. We fell in love with this area when we camped in the late 90's across the river - we always wondered how to get across the river and thought how lucky are the people that live there and can explore the river right out their backyards. We have tried to add personal touches to make this house a home and hope everyone feels it. We have direct access, off the back deck, to the Saco River as well as access to The Bear Notch Snowmobile trail network across the street.

We have stayed in what feels like hundreds of short term rentals and from that experience, have tried to equip SummerSnow with everything a guest would need or want., even the small things like chip clips or zip locks for packing a picnic. We hope that our hospitality and home allow us to welcome back guests again and again, and it's our goal to do what we can to earn that opportunity.
