Grande maison de plage familiale au milieu du quartier de Sea Isle. La maison est sur 2 lots complètement clôturé et chien amical. Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes dans 2 lits queen-size Crate Barrel à l’étage et 1 lit double en bas. Obtenez grand repos ici! Il y a aussi des lits superposés et un futon en bas pour les enfants. S'il vous plaît voir les images. WiFi, télévision ATT haut et bas, lecteur DVD, excellente barre de son pour les films, énormément de puzzles et de jeux et 3 kayaks (veuillez utiliser notre gilet de sauvetage). Immense terrasse avec mobilier et barbecue au gaz. Nouvelle cuisine énorme bar social et grande table à manger. Style contemporain. La plage est à 2 pâtés de maisons avec un parking privé réservé aux résidents de Sea Isle. Marina et restaurant / bar, parc pour enfants et terrain complet de basketball, terrain de tennis et piscine de quartier (ouvert Memorial Day-Labor Day) sont tous situés à quelques rues de la maison. Il y a aussi une jetée privée qui s'étend dans la baie pour les résidents seulement. Oui, vous pouvez entendre la plage! Cette maison est mieux entretenue et meublée que la plupart des autres maisons à loyer, car c’est aussi notre lieu de divertissement. Viens une fois et tu seras de retour encore et encore. Nous n'acceptons que les petits groupes qui resteront à la maison à de rares exceptions près. Absolument aucune invitation sur invitation ou plus que les habitants payés convenus ne seront autorisés. Une description détaillée de vos animaux de compagnie est requise et pourrait avoir une incidence sur la location de cette propriété.

This was a great house! My folks, husband, stepson, and son were able to visit and get to know each other without stepping all over each other’s space. The house had everything we needed and the host was responsive and kind. It was close to the beach and a marina with a bar and restaurant. Beds were comfy and clean.

Our stay was very short and it rained all day our full day there but we didn’t mind because the house was perfect for us to stay in, It had everything we needed! The house was clean and the host was super nice and easy to get in contact with if you needed anything. We would definitely book here again!

Would come back to this property again 100%. Love that the parking area is right next to the house and is fenced/gated. Host is very kind and friendly. The only thing that could have been better would be more pillows on the beds. The ones provided were awesome and comfortable, but there were only 2 per bed and some of us sleep more comfortably with extra pillows. We made do by taking pillows from unused beds. Everything was clean and neat with nice decor.

The host was extremely nice however the property downstairs was very dirty smelled of mold and must. Bathroom was a step up so my mother who was in a wheelchair could not use which made this discount. The property was not in condition however what I did like was the niceness of the owner. Rose - I was unaware that you had a handicap person in your party. Most beach houses that have downstairs areas have raised bathrooms because the foundation was laid before the bathroom was installed. It’s for the piping. I agree that’s not very handicap friendly but until your review I had no idea it was an issue. I assure you great steps have been taken with the environment downstairs. I have tenants stay down there year-round without issue. And Rose in all the years I’ve been doing this which is coming up on 200 reviews. No one has ever commented on the state of my washroom/garage. I appreciate your comments about the house and about me being nice. Thank you for staying.

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
