Notre propriĂ©tĂ© unique est un loft / appartement au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage situĂ© au cƓur du centre-ville historique d'Auburn Ca. Il s'agit d'un appartement de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t qui se trouve au-dessus d'un charmant magasin de vente au dĂ©tail situĂ© sur la rue principale du centre-ville d'Auburn. Construit en 1889 et actuellement mis Ă  jour en 2018. Nous avons travaillĂ© dur pour garder le charme du caractĂšre du dĂ©but du siĂšcle tout en nous assurant de mettre Ă  jour l'espace pour offrir des Ă©quipements modernes pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable et agrĂ©able. Nous espĂ©rons que vous apprĂ©cierez l'appartement et tout ce que Auburn a Ă  offrir.

Dawn is a wonderful host! We’ve stayed here three times now, and each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment is always clean, well outfitted, and in the perfect location. We would definitely stay again.

Pictures in the listing don't do this property justice. What a gem of a location. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect home base. The space was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy and living spaces were cozy as well. Check in and check out was incredibly simple and easy. Would stay again.

I have passed through Auburn many times on the way to the Sierras. We had a concert date at Thunder Valley Casino and also wanted to enjoy the countryside for the weekend, Auburn was a perfect weekend getaway and the apartment was an excellent hub for relaxing while enjoying the surroundings, just steps away from great restaurants and shopping, very spacious, clean and roomy with plenty of room to spread out.

This is a beautiful apartment. Excellent facility and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds.Only drawback was an over abundance of scented oils and incense which was overpowering to our breathing.

The pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's even better in person. It was the perfect location. Easy walk to Downtown and Old Town with lots of nearby shops and eateries. The place was super cozy and very charming. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate my birthdya. Dined at Josephine. Stayed one night with just my husband and me. Had my friends come stay for a girl's night the next day. Perfect for both.

After a delightful visit to Coloma, we drove to Auburn. I had high hopes for our third stay in Auburn at The Apartment, and they were exceedingly met. We have loved its location. We walked to most everything we wanted to see - museum and little stores. The place was quiet yet convenient to restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and it was fun to look out the windows and see downtown below. Dawn was welcoming as usual.I very much hope to be able to return next time we are in Auburn.

In 2017 we purchased this wonderful property. We quickly renovated the downstairs retail space for a new business to move in. In 2018 we remodeled the upstairs Apartment area. We take great pride in providing such a unique property for you all to stay and relax.
We love the outdoors. Auburn has so much outdoor fun to be had. We fell in love with this town over 30 years ago, we still love Auburn to this day. We hope you find the beauty this town has to offer.
