Cute home. Very clean and comfortable. Great location on Freret St near coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants. 5 minute Uber to Tulane campus

Clearly the property is not closely managed. There were literally 8 garbage carts on the curb lawn in front of the house, some of them really smelly. There was also flood debris that still wasn't picked up. The layout of the apartment was such that the only way to access the second bedroom was by walking thru the first. So the apartment with the queen bed had no privacy. The lighting in the kitchen was so poor, it wasn't possible to cook after dark. The hall light bulb was out, and the rear entry door knob fell off in my hand. The landscaping in the front and back yard consisted in 2" gravel. I guess thats what you get when you rent from a business rather than an individual

Perfect location

It was a perfect location in New Orleans. Easy to get to different parts of town with little hassle. Nice rooms and plenty of space to live.

Lovely property

I throughly enjoyed my stay at 2430 Valance...I was concerned on street parking availability would be a problem, but it wasn’t. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. And had good neighborhood restaurants in easy walking distance.

Great location. Very nice property.

My wife and I loved this place. It is close to Downtown New Orleans and also has great coffee and restaurants within walking distance. The property itself was beyond great. Clean and very well maintained. Overall great experience.
