We have a walk-in ready basic beach life two bedroom, one bathroom everything included for a wonderful, simple, relaxing stay. Either for the weekend or for a while. This location is everything. You are in the middle of paradise, close to everything. Lots of good local restaurants and bars are within a five minute walk. Also, you can have your toes in the sand in less than five minutes on a safe, well lit path to the beach.

Tybee Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Tybee Island. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach within minutes. It is also a short walk to the only restaurant on the beach on the island. We loved walking and exploring the island park and lighthouse. Bonnie, our host, was super accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. Also, can’t beat that there is nothing required at checkout!! We will definitely have to come back!

Very nice condo

The condo itself was very nice. The main issue was parking. Parking is a precious commodity on Tybee Island. We had 2 reserved spots. The spots had signs indicating that the spots were reserved for our unit. The signs were cemented in a 5 gallon bucket and could be moved to the middle of the space. We quickly learned that if we did not move the signs to the middle of the space before we left, the space would be occupied when we got back. The signs are not exactly easy to move. Luckily, we only had one car. We did not put the sign for our unused space in the middle of the space. That extra space that we had was almost always occupied despite signage at the front of the space that it was reserved for our unit. Had we had two cars, the parking situation would have been very problematic.

Bonnie was a fantastic host! Communication was great from the moment I booked. The apartment is cute and comfortable, had everything I needed for a weekend at the beach. Good location - it’s in a building next to a restaurant and brewery, with convenience store and other restaurants close by. I was a little concerned about noise level at night, but even with live music going on next door it was surprisingly quiet and cozy in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well cared for. The air conditioner rocks! An easy walk or bike ride to the beach. I recommend Tim’s bikes - especially this time of year it’s a hassle to park, and you can get anywhere on Tybee on a bike. Also Tybean has the best coffee anywhere! Thank you, Bonnie - I’ll be back!

Had fun

My only complaint was the beds were like a slab of granite made my back hurt something fierce. Overall was a nice place about a 10 minute walk to the beach and right by several good bussiness .

Great spot

Stayed here with two friends for a little girls trip. Loved the location, it wasn’t on the main strip so it wasn’t super loud or tons of people. And it was an easy walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants!

Overall a Great Stay

The property was as pictured except the pizza shop directly underneath. However, they are only open a few hours and we heard zero noise from them so it's not a concern. The location is very close to the beach which was awesome and we were able to walk to the Inlet as well as the lighthouse very quickly. The only concern is that when we arrived, the toilet had been used and not flushed or cleaned, Also, there is a cigarette smell when you walk in the door but that could be from the previous owners and I know it's difficult to get rid of. It was not bothersome but noticeable.

Overall the place is adorable on Tybee and the host is amazing. She's available for all questions and even checks in to make sure you have everything that is needed.
