Ceci est l'une des meilleures propriétés sur la plage avec une cuisine complète. Des vues fantastiques sur l'océan, BVI et Saint- John. À pied de votre salon à la terrasse et vous êtes juste sur la plage pour aller dans les Caraïbes ou la piscine situé à 20 minutes! Restauration sur place chez Sapphire Village juste en haut de la colline ou visitez Red Hook pour la vie nocturne, le shopping, les restaurants, ou prendre le ferry pour Saint- John, toutes les 5 minutes. Si les sports nautiques est votre activité choisi la marina est juste moins d'une minutes à pied de deux et réserver une pêche ou tournée de l'eau excursions ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage ou à la piscine, plongée en apnée (à droite de récif dans la baie) l'équipement et d'autres équipements disponibles. Great location, everything at Sapphire was great everyone was accommodating. Red Hook is close by to catch a ferry, highly would recommend this condo for a great vacation also we got groceries delivered the first day thru sapphire provisions,I'd recommend it for basic stuff then go to Red Hook for anything else.

This was a tiny piece of paradise! It was supplied with any bathroom supply you may need, is just steps from the beach and pool, and sleeps 3-4 comfortably. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back! The host communicated quickly and was very helpful.

This place was perfect for my husband and I! We stayed one week and couldn’t be happier with the location and amenities here. The owners added small thoughtful touches like extra sunscreen, reusable ice packs, seasonings and spices, etc. The location of the condo is perfect, we loved the constant breeze coming off the water and the proximity to all the fun and restaurants in Red Hook. We explored nearly all of the island and beaches and had the best time! Stacy was responsive and kind in all communications with us, and we couldn’t be happier! We plan to return, maybe again the same time next year!

We LOVED this condo! Great location - literally steps from beach or pool, with amazing views! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and plenty of extra; towels, a beach bag, smaller cooler, flippers, floaties, etc. The hosts were great, and sent us tips for the area (much appreciated), clear instructions for check in (basically enter the code provided to the door lock!) and check out...it was so easy. As for activities, we did the "do it all" snorkel through Ocean Surfari and highly recommend it - great bang for your buck. The Tap and Still is a good go to, easy/affordable (yet very limited and casual) meal in Red Hook. We were happy we had a car because we liked to explore the island.

The perfect location for the perfect vacation. Everything from the booking, location of the condo on the island and in the resort ( 10 steps from the swimming pool), the ease of access , and the beauty of the condo. Stacy was fantastic with communication and every question was answered. This condominium has been updated and it’s very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, fantastic air-conditioning, worry, free generators for any power outages, comfortable king size bed and furniture. We loved eating outside on the patio with the fantastic views of not only the pool and the ocean. The lower floor because made it so easy to walk out to the beach or the pool. Very quiet with no disruptive noises from neighbors. Security is on site and they do a great job of making sure everything went smoothly. Even though we were right by the pool, it was very quiet, often times we would be the only ones there The complex was clean and had several restaurants on site. We’re ate some very delicious pizza as well as morning breakfast and coffee. Red Hook is about a mile away and there is shopping and restaurants as well as a very easy to catch Ferry so you can explore. There’s a marina that has several charter boats. Some of our favorite beaches were within a couple of minutes drive like Lindquist (parking, showers and bathrooms, and practically deserted. Taxis stand onsite. Location was great, building D, and very quiet on the first floor. The condo complex itself is a little run-down but access to Sapphire Beach made it worth it. The first night, the thermostat stopped working and the AC ran all night at a very low temperature. We learned the owner thought the batteries might need to be changed out and they did. Listing states newly renovated. I would say the only new renovation was the tile in the shower. No washer and dryer in the unit and I felt that was misleading.

This was an amazing property we stayed for 8 days and had an amazimg view. Pool right outside the back patio beach minites away. Security on site shout out to Oliver for keeping us safe. Owner responded promptly if any issues. The only downfall was the electricity it went off a couple times during the stay usually resolved within minutes to a couple hours will definitely stay again. It was amazing

The local power company has been a problem with supplying power. The homeowners purchased generators which were being installed on each building by 12/2025.

The host and cleanung crew allowed us to drop our bags off a little early in the room and to change into beach clothes. This was a tremendous help since we took a taxi straight from yhe airport. The view is spectacular! The sleeper sofa is a litte worn, hard to get up from cushions but otherwise in good shape. Make sure you plan to stop for provisions at a larger grocery store chain because the small convenience stores are way too expensive. Sapphire Beach Bar & Grill, The Beach Buzz breakfast site, Paradise Pie (pizza) and SeaSalt (an upscale restaurant) are all onsite as well. We had a great time and plan to go back.

We are always glad when guests enjoy their stay and the area. The Food Center and Cost U Less are the best stores for groceries to stop for food and supplies. It is advised to stop before your first arrival. The sofa sleeper was just purchased in Spring of 2024 and we will look at it next time we are at the condo. We have not had any other guests with concerns since we had it replaced. It is hard to find good furniture on island (as well as most places).
