Vous allez absolument adorer cette villa! Endroit incroyable Ă  un prix incroyable. Cette villa a une magnifique cuisine toute neuve ET toutes les photos sont mises Ă  jour.

Cette villa en bord de mer dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et de 1 200 draps pour une incroyable nuit de sommeil aprÚs vos aventures insulaires! De plus, je vous fournirai tous les meilleurs conseils pour les plages, les restaurants et plus encore.

La villa:
Cette villa est située sur Point Pleasant Resort avec une vue imprenable sur 9 ßles! Du porche, vous pouvez entendre les doux sons des vagues ci-dessous. Cette villa a des meubles neufs et une rénovation complÚte de la cuisine et de la salle de bain, ce qui est magnifique!

Chambre:
Tout nouveau lit king-size avec 1 200 draps pour un sommeil de nuit incroyable. De plus, vous vous rĂ©veillez, levez la tĂȘte et regardez l'ocĂ©an! Il a un nouveau ventilateur de plafond haute puissance et une climatisation pour rester au frais, ainsi que de nouvelles lumiĂšres et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Salle de bains:
Salle de bain neuve avec des carreaux de finition haut de gamme, une magnifique vanité, de nouvelles toilettes, des accents et plus encore. Vous allez l'adorer.

We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. The view was incredible both inside the unit because of the large sliding glass doors and on the large balcony that also had a dining table and chairs. The AC, appliances and TV worked fine. Parking was not a problem, though it might be a little competitive when all the units are booked. The grounds were well maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing. We used the free shuttle to go to the oceanside Sun and Sea grill twice during our 7 night stay. We highly recommend renting from Shawn.

Enjoyed our Stay

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Views were amazing. Loved the location of the condo on the property - very convenient to the Onsite Restaurants which are great, also a short walk to the pool. Host was friendly and very responsive. Would recommend if you are headed to St Thomas.

Relaxing property with great views

This was a great place to stay! We could not get over how amazing the view was from the room/balcony. Even better than pictures can show. The whole property/resort was gorgeous.

The view, the view, the view. We really enjoyed our vacation. The resort had everthing you needed. It was great having a kitchen and enjoying cocktails and a few meals on the large porch. The pool, and restaurants were nice to have on property. Shawn was available quickly for any questions, and made sure our stay was great.

Gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this simple but perfect villa! The view is absolutely stunning. At sunset the small beach was peaceful and a nice reprieve from the sun with the prettiest sunset. The onsite tiki bar was fun, laidback, great service & drinks. All nearby beaches were conveniently located. Overall such an amazing trip! Our host provided great recommendations and answered any questions in a timely manner.

Honeymoon

We were super impressed with the views, checkin process, host communication, and overall just a solid 5 star place to stay ! Great restaurant about 20 yds away and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay ! There’s 3 pools on the resort and the middle level one was just out the front door. We loved it , almost no people there ever.

Shawn's place was a great getaway. The view is spectacular with a few resort perks! His recommendation were super helpful. Highly recommend getting a car. No complaints

Great view

It was an OK place but it could use a deep clean. They should also update their description of place because it is obviously outdated as well as all his recommendations. We enjoyed are stay and toke advantage of their snorkel gear, cooler and chair.

Bday stay....

Myself, my wife and husband went from 3/21- 3/25 we had an ABSOLUTELY GREAT TIME. The VIEW was AMAZING. He property was BEAUTIFUL and the apartment was FABULOUS just like the photos provided. But better. We rented a jeep to get around. St Thomas is very hilly. We walked to 2 of the near by beaches, drove 5/10min to other and ate local food all over.

Point Pleasant was pleasant and quiet

We loved the view and that one of the pools was so close to this unit. There is a shuttle that will take you to the other places on the property if you're not up to walking. There was no blender or toaster in the unit as shown so keep that in mind if you wanted smoothies or blender drinks. The owner said we could buy one and he would reimburse us but we only went to town twice so no time for buying blenders.

Great view, great location

We loved this little condo. Perfect for 2 people. Well stocked and not cluttered. Shawn was responsive and the folks working at the property were lovely and helpful. We used the pool but didn't use the beach here. Highly recommend having a car at this property. The Point Pleasant shuttle will run you up from the restaurant at the bottom of the property . Easy to get to all the beaches and St John and Redhook for dinners or groceries with a vehicle. Could use 2 more beach towels 😁. But the laundry room was a bonus!!

The view was indeed amazing! The property was very hilly, but worth it to us for the view. The owner contacted us soon after we booked and provided helpful information on things to do in the area. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. We chose to rent a car for our stay and had access to pretty much anything we wanted to do with less than 30 minute drive. The food was a little pricey but excellent at the Ocean 180 restaurant, which is very close to the condo. The shower in the unit was pretty small but adequate. We were happy with our choice to stay here on our first trip to St. Thomas.

Best. Trip. Ever.

It would be enough that St. Thomas is paradise. It would be enough for Shawn's condo to look out over sapphire-blue water. It would even be enough that the resort itself is as tranquil as can be. But on top of all that, Shawn is a beyond gracious host and a master planner and advisor on all things St. Thomas. The place is spotless, the wi-fi fast, and the location unbeatable. There can't be enough good things said about either his home or him--and we'd recommend staying at his place in St. Thomas to anyone who is looking for adventure, relaxation, and a trip you'll never forget. Get on the next flight out--you won't regret it.

Paradise

The location and property was AMAZING!! So close to great excursions, restaurants and beaches!!! The property owner, Shawn, was very attentive to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He had the A/C fixed within hours. The Sun and Sea restaurant had great food and drinks.The three pools were all so clean and relaxing after a day of adventures.Must do activities would.be the Jammin' Jeep Tour (half day) with G and The Stormy Pirates snorkeling around St. John with a stop at Lime Out ( floating Taco bar off of St. John's) BEST TACO TUESDAY YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE!!! A sunset dinner at Seaside Grille, fun times at Duffy's Love Shack, and best pizza at Island Time Pub. Booking Shawn's Island Villa will be the best vacation and one to always remember!!!

It's all about the view here!

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo. I booked this condo as it had great reviews and everyone said the view was amazing. It did not disappoint. The condo was well appointed, clean and the bed was comfy. It is steps from parking although we just used a taxi if we wanted to go to town. There are 2 restaurants on site which was very handy and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We especially enjoyed feeding the sturgeon! Fun to watch. The pools also had a beautiful views and were nice and quiet. Just a note, there is a lot of walking and stairs but the resort will shuttle you around. Communication with the host was very good as well. Thank you Shawn!
