Tout neuf!! Paradis de la piscine de Poipu avec vue sur l'océan

Condo en bord de mer avec accès gratuit au Poipu Beach Athletic Club, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, à 15 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Poipu, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'une des plus belles plages de Kauai, la plage de Mahaeulepo. La propriété est située dans le complexe Makahuena, parking gratuit, à proximité du centre-ville de Koloa et d'un des principaux terrains de golf. Situé sur le côté sud de l'île, l'endroit le plus ensoleillé de l'île. Le condo est rempli de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la cuisine. Pour ceux qui voyagent en décembre et janvier, vous apprécierez le coucher du soleil et l'observation des baleines depuis votre propre Lanai. Le condo est au deuxième étage mais a très peu de marches à monter.

Great condo in beautiful Poipu. Enas was great to communicate with and condo was nicely stocked with all the beach gear which was so helpful! Loved the pool and watching the turtles in the ocean.

Wonderful Stay!

We are so glad we stayed at Enas’ home. The location and property were perfect for our family. One of the most important things to us was the view and it was was excellent. You won’t regret staying here!

Would stay here again

This place came loaded with a lot more things than the description listed, which was a pleasant surprise, since we traveled as a family. Having a coffee with the ocean view was amazing as was the direct access to the pool downstairs. We also loved the access to the Poipu Athletic Club, which had an incredible pool and delicious lunch menu. The access to everything was very convenient and most things we wanted to see or visit were only a short 20-30 minute drive away. Enas was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, as well. Definitely would say here again!

A quiet resting place

We enjoyed the lanai view during the wind storm and turbulent waters, the stunning sunsets, the fully furnished kitchen (we ate in when we could.) Enas was quick to resolve problems.

Great Poipu Condo!

This was a great condo; a good location and had all the amenities one could need, including beach chairs, cooler, AC, washer, dryer, pool, hot tub! The kitchen had everything one needs to cook a meal. Very clean and comfortable. The owner Enas, provided great communication. We would definitely return!

Great location with ocean view!

Kauai is such a beautiful island and this is the perfect spot for a home base. Beautiful views, so many rainbows, beautiful sunsets, whales and dolphins galore. Great walks, trails and close to golf courses, shopping and restaurants. The condo is very well equipped for cooking or going to the beach. Ai/C is a plus. Beds are comfy. The car and athletic club are added benefits. Will be coming again. Enas is a great host and responds immediately!

Broken washer

We had 2 children with us and needed a washer, which was advertised as having one. We were unfamiliar with the area and we had to buy more clothes to get us through our vacation. We only had one change of towels for 7 days.

I let Geraldine know that the washer was out of order before she arrived. It was out of my control. The washer was barely three years old and was under warranty. I even made a special delivery for fresh towels, which were left very soiled and unusable by the guest. The place was dirty and there was significant damage to my couch.

Wonderful, relaxing, everything you need!

We have just returned from a wonderful 8 night stay in this condo. This is one of those places that exceeds your expectations. Everything was very clean and it had all the items and more needed for a great stay. Lots of dishes, utensils, extra blankets, beach chairs and on and on. I loved the eclectic decor - a little Indonesian. a little Japanese - modern and comfortable couch, great bed. Honestly - this was just perfect. The owner is upgrading a lot of things - it has a new stove and fridge, washer and dryer. We could see more was in the works. The condo is generally quiet and the lanai a great place to watch pods of dolphins and whales - we saw several! We will be back again!

Enas was very responsive & helpful! We took advantage of the rental car which was great! I was contacted by the shuttle guy who tracked our flight (we were delayed) and were picked up from the airport to get the car. We loved the key-less entry & the close proximity to the pool & parking. There were plenty of parking spaces available.The living space was clean and cool upon arrival. Each bdrm & living room had an AC mini split & fan w/remotes. We liked the option to have the AC at our own preferred temp.The combo AC and ceiling fans made it cool down fast and kept it comfortable. There were beach towels, chairs, pool noodles & a cooler available. The freezer had ice trays filled and there were coffee filters with coffee for us to start our first morning. We had the best view for sunsets. We walked a short distance to experience the sunrise too. The pool was clean and not crowded. I spent each morning (at 4am being from CA) on the lanai with my coffee, book and booklight.The condo was close to so many things! We shopped at Old Koala town (don't miss JavaKai & Kauai Chickens), the Poipu Shopping center. We enjoyed the rental car and it was spacious with heavy duty car mats to catch any sand and were easy to clean. It was great on gas too. We had an amazing time and I really enjoyed my first visit to Kauai. I hope to stay again!

PROPERTY ADVERTISED WITH WASHER/DRYER BUT WASHER HAD NOT BEEN WORKING FOR A WHILE, SO HAD TO MAKE TRIPS TO LAUNDROMAT 14 MILES AWAY. ADVERTISED AC IN EVERY ROOM BUT ONE IN MASTER BEDROOM COULDN'T LEAVE ON BECAUSE OF NOISE LEVELS, SO WE SLEEP EACH NIGHT FOR 14 DAYS WITH BOX FAN. HOST STATED, "NOT HER FAULT"? AT CHECKIN NO UNIT NUMBER PROVIDED NOR CODE FOR LOCKBOX. WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR HOST TO RESPOND TO EMAIL WITH INFO.

I have been and continue to attempt to fix the washer. The technician was there the day before James checked in. I had to chase after the technician to get an update. I informed James about the washer not working. It is out of my control. The washer is barely three years old and was only used for half that time. The AC unit was brand new. I attempt to have the noise fixed as soon as James told me about the noise. I just checked my messages to verify how long it took me to respond to James about the code. I responded within a minute. James didn’t complain about what he mentioned while staying. I even offered to reimburse him for the laundromat. He waited four days after he checked out to send me a message threatening me to either refund him half of the reservation or he will take me to court. I try my best to provide and excellent experience but unfortunately not everyone can be pleased. I have a ton of great reviews for the same property. It is unfortunate that James had to be like this.

Convienent and family friendly

I really enjoyed staying at Enas place. Her property is close to the beach and has all the amenities that we needed-like boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear etc. She was an efficient communicator. Her place is clean, updated, and listing was accurate. We didn't spend much time at the condo, but we appreciated the air conditioner. I would stay here again next time I visit Kauai.

Best place to stay in the island.

This condo is amazing! The pictures don’t capture how beautiful the view is from the lanai. You can see the sunset and the sunrise in the same location. The sounds of waves will relax you. The best beach for boogie boarding and snorkeling for kids is only a 15’ beautiful walk. The condo itself is quite spacious for the 4 of us. There is plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Detergents and shampoo/lotion were available. The best part is the availability of high quality beach chairs, umbrella snorkeling gear, water shoes, and boogie boards for use. The communication with the owner is very easy. We got great tips on what to do on the island and where to eat. We really appreciated how easy it was to rent this place. We were very comfortable. Thank you!
