Nouveau condominium d'unité Waikiki End dans la célèbre Fairway Villa Waikiki. Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est une unité de finition où le propriétaire a commencé avec une toile vierge et a ajouté toutes les touches modernes que vous pouvez ressentir du sol aux meubles. Il y a de nouveaux planchers, des armoires et des comptoirs, une cuisine complète, une place de stationnement GRATUITE et de nouveaux meubles! Sentez-vous à la maison avec un lave-linge / sèche-linge dans le condo, une fenêtre / climatisation dans chaque chambre, la télévision par câble HD, un téléphone local, Internet haut débit GRATUIT! La villa Fairway se trouve au centre de Waikiki, du côté Ala Wai, ce qui la rend plus isolée mais suffisamment proche pour faire l'expérience de la "vie urbaine" de Waikiki. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Waikiki et à un pâté de maisons du nouveau marché international. Le bâtiment lui-même dispose d'une piscine sur le toit et d'un barbecue offrant une vue à 360 degrés sur Oahu.

Nous sommes à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, du zoo et de la plage de Waikiki, et juste en face de Food Pantry, la seule épicerie à service complet de Waikiki (visitez HI Steaks juste à l'entrée, mon endroit préféré pour un déjeuner ou un dîner délicieux et rapide). Les courses ici sont un peu chères, mais vous ne pouvez pas faire mieux. Si vous voulez devenir un peu amateur, essayez Safeway sur Kapahulu ou Wholefoods au Kahala Mall.

Si vous êtes en forme, joignez-vous aux joggeurs et au parc Kapiolani, ou allez vous baigner le matin dans l’espace clos de la plage de Waikiki.

Another great stay

Another great stay in this unit. The only drawback is that it can be a bit noisy, especially on Wednesday mornings with the garbage pickup. Otherwise the unit and building are great, love the BBQs on the roof top. The free parking is a bonus.

Great location!

This was a great location for our month-long stay in Honolulu. Walkable to many shops and restaurants, a short block to the major bus lines, yet not directly on the busiest Waikiki streets. The nearby Waikiki Market is great for grocery essentials or a grab and go meal. The unit itself was as expected, clean, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We would stay here again.

Nice place.

Good location, nice building, free parking, and roof top bbqs are a bonus. We left 2 beach chairs to go with the other beach stuff. Kitchen has a good sellection. Only thing bad was garage pickup at 5 am . But definitely heading back next year. Thanks Rick and Sue.

We stayed for 5 weeks. The only complain we had was the construction noise but it was indicated in the description. Location is great, working distance to beaches, shops and good restaurants. We would come back when all the construction is done... which not sure when... Our experience with Alii Rental is also wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: at first I thought it was smaller than depicted in the photos however having stayed in Waikiki before I realized it was on par with all the other places ie comfortable but dated. Once we were settled in the place grows on you and you realize it is right for the area. Location is perfect and amenities are as expected no more but no less. I would rate it at a very neutral 5 out of 10 and yes I would stay there again.

From the balcony you had a beautiful view of the mountains and the canal. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and cafes in the area. The parking in the underground car park was also sufficient for our jeep compass. The check in was very easy, through the door code. The communication was very simple and questions were answered immediately. We felt very comfortable here and would book the apartment anytime again.

We loved the spaciousness of with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, giving us room for family when they came to stay. The washer/dryer were a real bonus, as was the parking spot. The suite had pretty well everything we needed. The pool deck on the top floor were great for swimming, BBQs and stargazing. The building is professionally managed, with friendly staff and residents. The location was perfect and we could walk easily to the beach as well as shops & restaurants. Our one concern was immediately addressed by Ali’i Beach management. We liked it so well we’ve booked for next year!

Glad we came back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: January 2022 was my first time in Hawaii. My friend, Carol, found the unit we stayed at from Ali i. We were so impressed with Ali i that we decided to come back to same condominium building, Fairway Villa, but we rented a different unit, which was even better than the one we had in 2022. Before getting into the physical unit, I must say that the Ali i staff: Rita, Gabby, Rington and Michael, were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. About the unit, the first thing we noticed was that it was very clean and had high end finishes, like the comfortable beds, ceiling fans, washer and dryer and couch. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We were on a higher floor and saw more of the sun. Our lanai faced the mountains, the Ala Wai Canal and the golf course. We liked that again our location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were about 2 blocks from a main street, Kuhio, where we had access to shopping, restaurants, coffee and convenience shops. The 24 hour Fairway Villa staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend Ali i and the unit 1101 at Fairway Villa to those who want to be where the action is in Waikiki.

An easy stroll to much of Waikiki

He (and owners) quickly addressed a few concerns we had at the beginning of our stay. Full sized frig, stove and dishwasher made it easy to live in Waikiki for a month. Availability of washer and dryer was a huge plus. Very nice pool and deck with BBQs and beautiful views. Security on at all times. All were very polite and helpful.Cons: The fire department was called due to elevator issues, ironically, the day we arrived and the day we left. We were scrambling to make it to our shuttle to the airport due to the lost time waiting for the elevator to be fixed, but we chose to find humor in it all. ;)The water and electricity are routinely turned off for maintenance. If you see the posted announcement, one can make it work, but it does require extra planning.The condo is clean and nicely maintained. The elevators and hallway to get to the condo need a serious cleaning.This condo is a better fit for 4 rather than 6, unless 2 of the 6 are children. Would we recommend this condo?...absolutely...part of the fun of Hawaii is relaxing, getting outside, enjoying the beaches and going with the flow. For us, time spent indoors was minimal, so this condo was a good fit for us.

Fairway Villa 1101 - August 31 to September 30, 2024

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ali’i Beach Rentals: Our experience with Ali’i Beach Rentals was generally positive. The booking process, payments, and communication were all handled efficiently. However, we are rating them 4 stars due to the cleanliness issues we encountered upon arrival. The unit was not clean, and there were several maintenance issues, including a broken couch. The cable service was non-functional, the lanai door was difficult to operate, the walls and stovetop were dirty. Our first day was spent purchasing cleaning supplies and tidying the unit. After contacting Ali’i Beach Rentals, they promptly sent Mike to assist us. Mike managed to fix the couch temporarily, but it needs replacing which was not done. He also resolved the cable and lanai door issues. It was surprising that these problems had not been reported by the housekeeping staff.Fairway Villa: We are pleased to rate Fairway Villa 5 stars. The amenities, including the pool deck, barbecue, and lounge area on the 29th floor, were exceptional. The building’s security, with a guard on duty at all times, was reassuring. We would certainly consider staying at Fairway Villa again, though perhaps in a different unit.Unit Owner: We are rating the owner of this unit 3 stars. Ali’i Beach Rentals is limited by the owner’s decisions regarding replacements and upgrades. This unit is in dire need of painting, new curtains, and improved furniture.. While the lanai was a great feature, the furniture was subpar. With some effort, this unit could be significantly improved. The stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher are outdated and often required multiple cycles to clean dishes properly. Although the washer and dryer are newer, the dryer is not vented, which is concerning. Additionally, only one set of sheets was provided for our month-long stay, necessitating frequent laundry. Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood near Waikiki

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood near Waikiki. The apartment is very nice and clean just like in the photos. It’s only two blocks from Waikiki Beach in the big shopping centers which is very convenient for tourists like us. There are tons of restaurants around us. The management is very nice and helpful. Thank you for giving us a new set of kitchenware to cook our meals. The swimming pool on the top is very nice area and super relaxing too, it’s very spacious and can accommodate everybody although they are only a few people each time I go there. It’s an ideal place to sunbathe or relax in the serenity and the view of Waikiki & the mountains around. The apartment has AC in every room which is a big plus since it’s hot in August . This is a good place and I will refer to friends and families.

Wonderful Hawaii experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Fairway Villas. The security staff was friendly and always helped us with anything we needed. The location was very close to main Waikiki beach. We loved having the secure parking and rooftop view was breathtaking. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil and dishes needed to cook all meals there. There were places to store bikes and surfboards for a small $50. deposit which was returned to me within two weeks of checking out. We were very pleased with our experience and would stay there again.

The location is perfect, the local building staff was fantastic and very helpful and the unit was acceptable. We had a few issues with bugs and the refrigerator had issues with water. The technology in the unit was fantastic, the wifi was fast and reliable. The TV's had Netflix and Amazon Prime. The door has a digital lock and the Mailbox had digital access. The check in was very easy. The parking was great. We received several packages from Amazon Prime with no issues. I shipped a bike and the building provided a safe/secure place to store it. Overall, our stay was very good. Wirth a little attention, this place could be a perfect place to stay.

A week in paradise

The location was perfect to access all restaurants, food, and shopping. The staff was very friendly and were always quick to respond to any questions. The views from the balcony were beautiful and a wonderful spot to unwind and relax morning and night. The overall experience was above and beyond any expectations.

The condo itself was very clean and welcoming. The extra ammentities were a bonus and made you feel right at home. Waking up and sitting out on your deck in the morning set the tone for the day.
