Rancho Espinoza situé dans une oasis

La maison Ranch a été construite en 1900 et en Adobe. Il a été restauré dans son "architecture d'hacienda" d'origine en 2016. Il
est situé à environ 2 miles de la place et de la mission de San Ignacio.
Le ranch a une cuisine complète, y compris cuisinière avec four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur. Il est équipé d'une cafetière, de casseroles, de poêles, d'argenterie, etc.
Chambre 1 a un lit king size avec salle de bain privée. Chambre 2 a un lit double avec salle de bain privée. Chambre 3 a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée. La chambre 4 est un loft à l'étage avec lit queen et coin salon.
La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le salon a une télévision satellite.

Very interesting property with lots of unique plants and plenty of room to spread out. There were 5 (two couples and one single) so did not use two of the bedrooms (hence 4 stars on value). The owner was always available and very accomodating.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. Very convenient place to stay if you are whale watching out of San Ignacio. Host met us, made good suggestions, etc. Has everything you need....many thoughtful touches.....

Very, very nice place. Myself and 5 friends took over the entire main house and we were very impressed! Everything clean as a whistle! Some people complain about the road noise, no issues for any of us! I’m giving it 5 stars.

Amazing stay!

Excellent from beginning to end. William and his wife provided excellent service from initial booking to check out. Cleanest and nicest place I’ve stayed in in 6 trips to various areas in Mexico. So much attention to detail and making us feel welcome!

Great place to relax and cook with friends

Beautiful place and William & Maria were there to attend to all our needs. Very nicely decorated, all quality kitchen pots and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware that you need! Rooms are big, patios -2- are well appointed.

Awsome old world adobe rancho updated with all the modern conveniences.

Cool combination of Mexican rancho architecture with all modern interiors. Full living room kitchen setup with separate rooms around the courtyard. Hosts are super responsive and present to help with whatever you need. Quiet and close to town square and whale watching. Truly a special place.

The ranch house was far better than expected. Very modern yet really cool and authentic. Hope to be back with more family. Communication was top notch. Remarkable host going so far as to take my rental car to get a replacment tire for me after I ruined one. Thanks William!!

Wow, beyond expectations!

We took some friends away from our homes in Loreto, Baja for a couple days as a gift. We just wanted a quiet place, with nice amenities for a little R & R. Good Friends, Good Food and Good Times! We found Rancho Espinoza on VRBO after quite a bit of research. We were looking for something a little off the beaten track, but comfortable and welcoming. When I read the reviews and saw the pictures of Rancho Espinoza it seemed like it would work. The property held true to everything noted on VRBO, especially the reviews. William and Maria were wonderful hosts, helpful and always available but never intrusive. Rancho Espinoza itself was a huge charmer. It was an old Baja Rancho that was now offered as a vacation rental. William and Mary did plenty of upgrading to her grandparent´s rancho WITHOUT losing the original charm of an old western ranch. The beds, bedding and baths were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. And never have we seen such a wonderful selection of beautiful Talavera dinnerware. One night we prepared a formal dinner and served it at the beautiful 6-person dining table. Morning coffee on the back patio listening to the birds wake up was amazing. The furnishings, decor and artwork were wonderful. There were also many old western artifacts throughout the property; very fun to explore. The trip was all about relaxing and enjoying the company of our friends. I cannot think of a better place. As I said, wow, beyond expectations!

An Absolutely Beautiful Rancho In A Desert Oasis!

William is one of the best hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is friendly, generous, and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms and outside spaces are decorated with authentic Mexican furniture, beautiful custom doors, and beautiful Mexican artwork carefully chosen by him and his wife. Comfort is a top priority in this home. There are many common areas, some outside and some inside and all are very comfortable. The common kitchen area has top notch appliances and the cabinets and refrigerator are stocked with coffee, milk, juice, and cookies. A large comfy living room with a big screen TV adjoins the kitchen. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large en-suite bathroom. It is a wonderful place to call home for a night, a week, or longer as it's a great base for seeing San Ignacio and the surrounding area.

Had to reschedule short notice

Although we didn't stay at Rancho Espinoza our friends did. We had to cancel very last minute due to a unexpected rain storm that impacted our travel. Our friends loved staying there and highly recommend it. I hope we get to go one day!

Helpful host

William was great; excellent communication and helped us with the Kuyima staff since their English is limited. This is a great place to stay before or after a visit to San Ignacio Lagoon. The Kuyima van picked us up at the house and brought us back. We were able to safely leave our rental car here for 3 days while we were at the Lagoon. The house is large and spacious and has everything you need. My favorite part was the patio on the rear part of the house. It was a lovely spot to sit and have margaritas at the end of the day. Abuelita bedroom is large and comfy.

Great time in San Ignacio while visiting the whales

We had a wonderful stay in San Ignacio. The rooms had very comfortable beds and the common areas were great- 3 of them (2 outside and then Kitchen/Living room in side.) Our host William was incredibly helpful and called us to help us navigate to his property, helped us find our away around the town order pizza for our son's 13th birthday and even let me do a load of laundry. I would definitely recommend this property for a family/group who needs more space.
