A perfect stay

Beautiful property in an ideal location, minutes from Sainte-Maxime center and boat to St-Tropez, yet still quiet. Fully equipped house with outdoor setup that could not have been better. Highly recommended.

It’s all about the location & view!

This villa is modern, clean and perfect for 8 guests to live comfortably. The local Town of Sainte Maxime is beautiful and only a very short walk with many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. We spent most days by the pool which was a great temperature and has views to die for, you never get bored to watching all the boats go across the bay. It’s a lovely villa in a great location and I’m sure we will be back again.

Like home

We had a great stay and still nice weather in Ste Maxime, combining visiting family and taking care of my elderly parents. We were very smoothly checked in and found a lovely bouquet of flowers awaiting us on the table, a cold carafe of water and a nice cool rosé in the fridge. The kitchen was fully equipped, spices and herbs included, which made cooking very easy. When outside you constantly hear the nearby traffic passing, but inside you don’t hear anything.

We loved it. Pictures didnt show that there were now more lounge chairs by the pool, the new L shaped coach andgreat coffee table by the T V and tables outside and inside. Everything you will need, including an ice maker, beach towels, and even a gorgeous tablecloth. Tip: set a specific check in time we had a little confusuion when we arrived. It all worked out fine but would have liked it to be more concrete in advance. Tip2: ask where the dish towels are :-) the house is half of a building. We onlysaw the other renters two times in the week, only heading out in the car. 10 minute walk to centre of town. Was amazing.

Great Location

Owner accommodated our late arrival (flight cancellation). Arrival - private parking behind coded gate was very convenient. - key to get in front door was very difficult to use. Caused us to question if we were at correct address. The home is a duplex and address is not on door. 1st Impression - home was very modern and updated. Bathrooms and fixtures all new as were kitchen appliances. - The cleaning service was not very thorough with their work before we arrived. One bed was missing bed sheets ( later resolved). Floors were not swept and mopped. Couches were soiled with loose dirt. We mopped, swept and vacuumed furniture upon arrival. Yard - Amazing views of the bay. Home is across the road right along the water. Back gate gets you right there! - Outdoor furniture not high end but functional. - yard bushes needed trimming as it made the wall out the back gate difficult to navigate - did not use the pool. Needed vacuuming. - pool had very convenient retractable cover. Storage portion where the cover retracted needed cleaning. - Outdoor Lounge chairs also needed to be cleaned. Location - Best area to stay! Walking distance to town. Wali g distance to port for ferry service up and down coast. - Located before traffic volume area, made it very easy to get in out by car - Easy walk to convenience store for groceries.

Tout est dit et effectivement, avec le soleil, nous avons bien profité de cet emplacement et de sa vue. La proximité du centre ville et l'espace à l'intérieur sont parfaits pour une famille. La piscine a été appréciée également.

Would very highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable/convenient, modern and fully equipped place, ideally located you can forget about your car for the full duration of your stay. The heated pool and the view are the cherry on the cake. Thank you Laurent and team.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa. Tout est fonctionnel et le plus bel endroit, c'est la magnifique terrasse ouverte et cette vue sur le golf. Nous avons également apprécié ses salles de bain. Tout simplement pratiques. Je recommande cette superbe maison!! Nous en garderons un souvenir mémorable. Nicole

Family Holiday in Style

This villa was a wonderful place to call home for the week. Newly renovated and in great condition, it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were 3 families with 4 kids (3, 3, 1, 0) so it was nice to have a good place to hang out in the evening and cook and drink wine while the kids slept. There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes each with their own shower and sink and two toilets outside the bedrooms (1 on each floor). During the day we took the ferry to St Tropez (10 min walk to ferry) and walked into town daily (10 min) for fresh bread (and more wine). The pool and the view was incredible and paying extra to have it heated (May visit) meant we used it all the time. The only downside: 1) Having to pay extra for the 3 year old kids to stay as they were charged as adults. But that was clear during the booking so no starts deducted. 2) The internet was awful. There are 3 routers throughout the villa, but the internet speed was terrible. Unfortunately a few of us had to do some skype video conference calls for work and we weren't able to connect. Even sending/receiving regular emails was impossible. I couldn't even check in for my flight online. We didn't choose this villa for the internet though so I haven't removed any stars from this review. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Amazing location & great space!

Truly great location with immediate access to the walking / jogging path along the Mediterranean which also leads into the center of Ste Maxime. We stayed here with our three young children and enjoyed the short walk to dinner each night. The Bateaux Verts are also within easy walking distance to visit St Tropez and La Plage Nartelle is a short drive. The pool offers a great view of the Med and is perfect for cooling off. We never ate inside and enjoyed watching the large yachts come and go from St Tropez. Check in and out was a breeze with Sylvie! We can't wait to come back!

Villa in a fabulous location. Breathtaking views !

We have had a lovely time in the villa Kalypso, which is in a fantastic location, with everything we needed close at hand and within easy walking distance of many sights. This is a wonderful villa with fabulous views of the Mediterranean. A great place to stay for a large family.. with 4 full bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The villa was also very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very nicely done in contemporary interior design. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to stay in. The pool and outside furnishings are wonderful and where we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the views. The owner as well as Sylvie, the person who welcomed us were very friendly, very responsive. Thank you again for your hospitality and hopefully we will be back in the future in your villa, very central and convenient for us.

Modern Villa. Breathtaking views. Best location !

The villa was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and also very central and convenient. We have had a most delightful stay here. The owner was charming, friendly and helpful when we arrived. The house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and we appreciated having in each bedroom a private bathroom and a TV. The villa is much better than the pictures, with a great garden and pool. The views are fantastic .. from the house, terraces, balconies, garden, swimming pool !!! We spent hours to contemplate the sailing boats on the sea. All in all, we liked the piece and quiet, the neighborhood, and your professional service. I was also most impressed with the comfortable bedding, and the new decor was nice to enjoy. Laurent, we had a wonderful stay and you helped make that possible. We love Sainte-Maxime! We plan to be back… Thank you so much.

Eine schöne Zeit in Saint Maxime

Wir haben in der Villa einen herrlichen Ausblick gehabt und den Pool und die Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbad genossen. Die Ausstattung in der Villa ist sehr umfangreich und die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Villa, zum Zentrum und zum Hafen ( 300 - 400 Meter), machte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr einfach für den Weg zur Bäckerei, wie auch zu den zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben nichts vermisst!

Relaxing stay in Sainte-Maxime

The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. The property was at least as nice if not nicer than what is shown in the pictures. The only downside was some noise from the street but this couldn’t be avoided as the main road runs right by the water. Also most noise was drowned out by the sound of our kids jumping in the pool, so it really didn’t bother us at all! Overall, the property felt very private. We highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we get the opportunity. It will go down as one of our favorite family vacations.

Wonderful Villa

We had originally booked this property over two years previously and the owner had kindly deferred our reservation due to COVID. This is a lovely well presented property with a modern interior and a great view over the sea. Location is ideal being in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from a sandy beach and the pretty town which has plenty of restaurants, bars etc. We had two rental cars between us and there was private parking for both. There is a fairly busy road between the property and the sea but as the garden is raised above this it was not an issue for us. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert und das Haus war auch sehr schön. Es war etwas kleiner als erwartet und zu Anfang nicht 100% sauber. Es war jetzt nicht extrem dreckig aber auch nicht 100% sauber. Großer Kritikpunkt das WLAN hat fast gar nicht funktioniert. Ich wollte zu dieser Zeit von dort arbeiten und das war leider überhaupt nicht möglich. Unten nur begrenzt WLAN und oben gar keins. Dafür gibt es leider ein paar Punkte Abzug. Ansonsten super lieb und ein sehr tolles Haus mit allem was benötigt wird. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wenn das WLAN besser wird :)

Nice house very close to the center of Ste Maxime

The house is very well equiped and offers an awesome view of the sea. The road behind the pool/garden may be a little loud but it was not a big issue for us. One should bote that the address communicated is not the address by which one can access the house by car. This was a little confusing. Wifi signal was weak and the TV in the living room did not work. However the stay was great overall.
