Un condominium avec une chambre et une salle de bains en ville, près du parcours de golf Sierra Star et de la navette pour le remonte-pente Eagle Lodge Express à Mammoth Lakes Dort jusqu'à 4. Unité rez de chaussée. La chambre principale a 1 très grand lit et il y a une alcôve séparée entre l’entrée et le salon avec 1 ensemble de lits superposés. Poêle à bois dans le salon. Accès Internet Wifi dans l'unité.  Vous entrez dans l'unité à partir du rez-de-chaussée et c'est un seul niveau. Il y a 2 places de parking extérieures disponibles. Il y a une salle de jeux avec un billard, une table de ping-pong et un jeu vidéo dans le hall des condos du Sunshine Village. En été, vous aurez accès à des zones de barbecue dans tout le complexe et à un court de tennis situé près de la piscine de Sunshine Village.  Buanderie payante située dans la zone commune près du bureau.  INTERNET ET CABLE TV COMPLIMENTARY sont fournis, toutefois AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT ne sera accordé pour des problèmes de connectivité ou une défaillance Internet.  LICENCE TOT 3390-SV177.

Shower hardly had any water pressure. Kitchen lights very dim. Entire unit is outdated. For the price it was disappointing.

Amazing stay with over 4 feet of snow. Property is exactly as described great condo for a ski weekend. I would recommend.

Good Location for ski trip

15 minutes away from the Mountian can’t complain. Apartments a little gross, especially the bathroom with its green carpet. But look past that enjoy the nice wood stove and shred the Mountian

Perfect for our family of 4

Location was perfect for our snowboarding trip! We have two teenagers so the bunkbeds were all we needed with the one bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was cozy not cramped. We loved being able to take the shuttle service to the mountain. We hope to come again and would defiantly stay in this unit again. Thank you!

Nice cozy comfortable space in good location on bus line.

We really enjoyed this nice cozy comfortable, convenient and well equipped condo. This is a first floor apartment right off the parking lot with easy access. We had good clear check in instructions. We were right near a bus stop on Meridian Ave to catch local free shuttle to village center or Eagle Lodge lifts. The only issue we had was not being able to make the TV work but we did not ask for help on that either. I would stay here again.

Mammoth April 2023

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. Near stores and shuttle. The only issue was the TV does not work. I called central reservations of mammoth just like they want folks to do if there is a problem. They never called back. If TV is important to you - think twice.

Condo rental

We were very disappointed in this property. It was dirty! Several things were broken, which I reported. It was not well stocked in the kitchen area (pots, pans, bowls, etc.) We have stayed in other units in the Sunshine Village group of condos which were fine! This one was not fine and will be sure not to stay in this unit again!

It's dated, but clean and great location

First of all, we enjoyed the place and it met our needs. For the price is as-expected, I am here to ski, not luxuriate in a condo. But here are the bare facts for those who might prefer something more: The decor is dated, the floors are creaky, the fireplace fan is wildly noisy (needs new) the kitchen outfitting is so/so (good coffeemaker though), the toilet is vintage lowboy, the showerhead is at neck height lol, bunk bed is lumpy and the master is *very* firm, light switches and outlet placement is kinda wonky, and the smoke alarm was missing (kinda important!?) Again, we were fine with this. The place was spotless, the hot tub and sauna nearby were great, the appliances were functional, the heat worked. We slept, cooked, and skied, showered, repeat. If you don't require fancy this place was perfect for the money.

A place to lay your head

This place was a perfect spot to lay my head at night. Its an older place, but if all you need is a spot to sleep, and make some breakfast then its great. my only complaints were there was carpet in the bathroom. we all know how gross old carpet in a bathroom is. espeically in a rental like this. and the DVD player wouldn't work with ANY of the DVDs we brought. that was a bummer. i did run into a bear in the parking lot around 1130pm one night. its in an area just hugged up against the forest, surrounded by a few big blocks of rental condos. most people were there to ski/board. i came for the fishing. 20 min drive from the upper owens and hot creek. not a bad place for a headquarters.

Overall a great Condo!

Overall a great condo to stay in for 2 people, even though not using same bed... The bunk beds are ok, but best for either 2 children on one adult to use... Niggly things... CABLE is really spotty. We had no connection for news or other most used channels - Shopping channels, no problem... LOL! Kitchen dish drain absent... I don;t like to use dishwasher cause often , 50%, time they have issues - which I'm not up there to participate in - hand wash dishes works fine. Pan assortment is minimal. Microwave large bowls not available. People towels - Great! Paper Towels in kitchen, not so much. Otherwise very comfortable.

cozy spot

Great cozy cabin in a nice location. Dishwasher had not been emptied, but no issues other than that. Close to shuttle stop and Starbucks!
