Découvrez le luxe isolé mais pratique d'East Vail! Élégamment rénové en 2017, ce penthouse de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est l'une des plus belles résidences de tout le développement de Timber Falls. Les améliorations comprennent des armoires New Box, des comptoirs Caesarstone, des planchers en bois Maffi à larges planches, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une somptueuse salle de bain principale de 5 pièces, une laveuse-sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité, et bien plus encore.

Bénéficiant d'un emplacement spectaculaire à quelques minutes de la télécabine One dans le village de Vail, le bâtiment 19 a été construit en 2000 et offre un accès à un bain à remous exclusivement pour le bâtiment, ainsi qu'une vue pittoresque sur Bald Mountain au nord. Vous pourrez facilement accéder à la navette gratuite Town of Vail qui se trouve à seulement un pâté de maisons. Cette maison de montagne loin de chez vous est parfaite pour votre escapade d'été ou d'hiver!

Excellent property

Well maintained, cleaned, superb location (10 mins drive to Vail village), great amenities - and to top it off, we loved the humidifiers which were a huge help when sleeping in dry weather. Would 100% stay here again.

I highly recommend this property- the condo was very clean & comfortable. Fully stocked with all your needed supplies. Great location, just a short drive into Vail Village. Best part was the high ceilings & large windows overlooking the mountains. Staff was also very friendly & responsive.

Great condo, filled with everything you need. We loved sitting in the living room with the fireplace going and looking at the beautiful views. Bedrooms worked out great for me and my husband, my mother, our daughter, our son and his fiancée. Easy 10-15 drive to Vail or Lionshead Village. There is a bus stop right there too - we just didn’t use it. Thanks for having us!

Perfect East Vail

Great location - open space, clean, equipped! Wonderful condo!! Hot tub at foot of stairs, parking easy, shuttle very close... kitchen well stocked for cooking families. Master bed is SO comfortable.

Love this Condo!

We had a great stay and the condo is great! Beautiful view and great location. Everything as advertised. All updated and was very well stocked - extra blankets, dishes, seaonings, etc. We had a wonderful time! We also had great communication with the manager about a couple of questions. Highly reccomend!

Quiet Retreat in East Vail

It was worth dragging luggage up a couple of flights of stairs--unit was clean, lovely view, highway noise a constant as is the case in much of Vail. We were not in the unit enough to use the pool or explore the property, but definitely would stay again. Appreciated the layout of the bedrooms.

Clean modern cozy spot

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, renovated condo, kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well equipped. Nice views of the mountains from the living room. Large gas fireplace. The hot tub was a nice finish to a long ski day. Good communication, if staying in East vail would recommend!

I only have one complaint. I requested multiple times for tennis court to be opened and no action was taken for full 4 days we stayed.

Nice place!

The condo was clean and had tons of natural light and great views of the valley. It was close to the pool and an easy drive in to Vail Village. Our only complaint is that the pillows and sheets were very low quality. We recommend bringing your own if you can unless owner upgrades.

Overall a good trip

The property is nicely located in East Vail with easy access to Vail and the surrounding area. While you can see I-70 from the deck, it really didn't distract from our experience. A couple things to note. There were some maintenance items that I'm surprised the property management company hadn't addressed prior to our stay and the failed to call during the stay to tell us that they were coming in the next day to move something from the common area.

Fantastic Stay!

The place was fantastic... Everything that was detailed in the Property Info was accurate and there were no curveballs. Be careful in the parking lot as it was very icy when we were there and saw a handful of cars hydroplane. Other than that, 10/10!

Quiet mountain retreat

We loved staying in East Vail, away from the busy Vail Village & Lionshead area. The balcony overlooking the Gore River was a favorite spot. Super clean & well appointed condo. I highly recommend this place!
