Ce cottage pittoresque est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Footbridge. Il y a 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, cuisine et salon. La maison a été entièrement mise à jour pour 2019. Comprend une salle de bain entièrement rénovée et les nouveaux ajouts suivants à la maison - canapé avec lit gigogne en mousse à mémoire de taille, têtes de lit, matelas, literie, TV et laveuse / sécheuse. Les chambres ont toutes été fraîchement repeintes. Il y a des climatiseurs et des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre.

Il y a un hangar dans la cour qui est équipé de chaises de plage, de parasols, de jouets de sable ainsi que d'un buggy de plage pour se rendre facilement à la plage. Un gril à gaz est également disponible pour utilisation.

La maison a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit gigogne en mousse à mémoire de forme flambant neuf dans le salon. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Lot unique avec une suite de cottage séparée (détachée) d'une chambre (liste VRBO # 1396693) sur la même parcelle. Louer les deux maisons ensemble serait une excellente solution pour les familles de plusieurs générations ou entre amis. Ensemble, les maisons peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes.

Situé dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Footbridge Beach à Ogunquit. La maison est dans un emplacement idéal à seulement quelques pas de Footbridge Beach et de la rivière à marée Ogunquit permettant des possibilités de loisirs sans fin pour tous les âges. Apportez ou louez votre SUP ou votre kayak. Pêcher le bar rayé juste à côté de la passerelle ou de la plage de sable blanc. Descendez la chambre à air avec la marée. Footbridge Beach est équipée de toilettes.

Cet emplacement vous donne accès à des kilomètres de plage de sable blanc. Empruntez un chariot de la plage de Footbridge vers le magnifique centre-ville d'Ogunquit pour découvrir une variété infinie de boutiques, de galeries et de restaurants. Visitez Perkins Cove pour voir un véritable quai de travail et regarder les bateaux de pêche aller et venir. Perfect spot for our family

We stayed here for a family beach vacation. It was an easy walk to footbridge, which was great for times when some kiddos needed a nap, or someone wanted to walk the beach alone. The crab nets and the boogie board in the shed was a hit! We truly hope to stay again.

This cottage was amazing. It was perfect for our family of 4. You can’t beat the location to footbridge beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect stay!

Our family of 4, with a 4 and 6 year old, we’re so happy to be able to stay here! The location to footbridge beach was truly the best part. Communication with the owners was incredible and very helpful! We forgot we had to bring our own sheets, so stopped and bought some on the way, otherwise very smooth process!

Perfect location

Cottage was perfectly sized for my family of four. Communication with the hosts was easy and we were very comfortable during our stay. Footbridge beach is a 5 minute walk away and is the best beach I have visited in Southern Maine--spacious, beautiful surf, and the June beach roses were just gorgeous. Would highly recommend and would be happy to book again!

Perfect location for a family vacation at the beach! Quiet street and just a very short walk to Foot Bridge beach and the trolley stop! We had a fabulous time, the home had everything we needed, sized just right for our family of four. Also loved the extra beach gear in the shed! A short walk to restaurants at the end of the street and short ride up the street to the center of Ogunquit! We would absolutely LOVE to return to this property again, and the owners were so sweet, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this gem, and the cottage could not be cuter!!

Great vacation home

Great house! The house was well taken care of and very clean. A quick walk to footbridge beach made the week with our 2 year old very easy. Nice area to grill and some out door space. The owners responded immediately to a few of our questions. We will be back for sure!

Perfect

My family and I enjoyed staying here for a perfect week at Footbridge beach. The owners had great communication and we had everything we needed. The location is amazing. The beach was so close. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and the trolley stop is pretty much right out the front door, so you get to avoid all the traffic of downtown. We look forward to being able to return in the future.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay, the house was super clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We lucked out and had great weather and hit the beach every day, the proximity of the house to the beach is unmatched. Also, the property had PLENTY of beach chairs/beach toys etc., definitely regretted packing our own! We walked to downtown Ogunquit a few nights, which was about 20 minutes away - we even walked the beach straight down one of the nights. Just a great stay, can’t say enough good things about Steve or the property!

Perfect Location to Relax and Enjoy the Beach!

This front cottage was a perfect spot for a young family looking to stay slightly off the beaten path in Ogunquit and focus on the sand and waves at Footbridge Beach. We enjoyed the simplicity of this clean cottage, with all the extra beach needs at your finger tips - such as chairs, umbrellas, shovels, pails, etc. The homeowners were attentive and provided all the information you need for a simple and seamless get away. If we were ever to travel with a larger family group, renting both the front and back cottages would be ideal in giving family members close proximity to each other - yet a little extra vacation space too! We loved staying in this cottage and thank you to the owners for giving us a great inaugural Maine vacation!

Lovely property. Short walk to Footbridge/beach. House was clean/neat. Very well stocked with supplies renters might need. Washer & dryer. A/Cs & numerous fans. Walking. distance to at least 4 restaurants. Beautiful beach. Owners responsive. We had a very nice time and would consider this rental again in the future.

Great house but has issues

Perfect location and clean, but has a very musty smell and I did not feel well in the house. All my clothes ended up smelling like the house, which I really noticed when I got home and opened my suitcase. They have a dehumidifier running constantly in the basement. I suspect there is mold. It’s too bad because the house is adorable and the location can’t be beat and the hosts were great.

We hired All Dry to inspect the main living space of the house and cellar for mold. They completed the inspection today using mold testing equipment as well inspecting the house visually. All Dry determined that there is absolutely no mold present in the main living space of the house or the cellar. Providing a clean and safe house for our guests and family (we also stay in the house frequently throughout the year) is our number one priority.

Lovely House by the Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental, a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. Steve and Margi, the owners/hosts, made sure we were able to reach them if needed. Clean and very comfortable, this property is well maintained. Great restaurants nearby and lots to do in this area... We hope to return next year!

Fantastic cottage & location

I grew up in the area and this is an ideal location! Super close to Footbridge beach, so you don't have to deal with expensive parking or more crowded beaches at Ogunquit or Moody. If you don't mind a walk it's also ~20-25 min walking to the center of Ogunquit. Steve & Margi have done a great job updating the place while keeping it feeling like a beach cottage, and it was spotless.

Great Week

We spent the week WFH at Steve and Margi's cottage and had a great experience. The place was exactly as pictured/described and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was recently updated as mentioned with good water pressure. The wifi was strong and stable and the area was quiet if considering WFH. The biggest treat was proximity to the beach. We would absolutely stay there again and hopefully not work!

Awesome!

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed, including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, stocked shed with beach stuff, and it was so close to the beach. Steve and Margie are excellent and super courteous owners and will accommodate any need you have. We loved staying here, it was by far our favorite place, and we are in OGT a lot!

We had a wonderful stay and the house and property was perfect clean and all amenities you need especially in proximity to the beach and short walk to trolley to go into town Our girls took a walk every morning to go crabbing or walk along bay side before breakfast and before we went to beach for the day Also great communication throughout our stay Thank you again for making our stay comfortable and like at home We were sad to leave
